&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;. Aprobar la Oferta de Empleo Público extraordinario 2022 para la estabilización de empleo temporal, con la siguiente relación de plazas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;A. Oferta de Empleo Público de Estabilización del Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep de Sa Talaia de acuerdo con la Ley 20/2021, de 28 de diciembre, de medidas urgentes para la reducción de la temporalidad en el empleo público (art.2.1):&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;Plazas de naturaleza estructural que, estando o no dentro de las relaciones de puestos de trabajo, plantillas u otras formas de organización de recursos humanos, hayan sido dotadas presupuestariamente y ocupadas de forma temporal e ininterrumpidamente al menos en los 3 años anteriores al 31 de diciembre de 2020:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Disposición adicional sexta. Plazas que reúnen los requisitos del artículo 2.1, hayan sido ocupadas con carácter temporal de forma ininterrumpida con anterioridad a 1 de enero de 2016.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Disposición adicional octava. Plazas vacantes de naturaleza estructural ocupadas de forma temporal por personal con una relación de esta naturaleza anterior al 1 de enero de 2016.&lt;/p&gt;
