Lista provisional personas admitidas y excluidas convocatoria concurso oposición atrilero/a del Ayuntamiento de Palma]] ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El concejal del Área de Hacienda, Innovación y Función Pública por decreto número 9.127 de fecha 23 de mayo 2022, ha resuelto lo siguiente:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">1. Aprobar la lista provisional de personas admitidas para tomar parte en el concurso oposición por el turno libre, para la cobertura de una plaza de ATRILERO/A, vacantes en la plantilla de personal funcionario de este Ayuntamiento pertenecientes a la Escala Administración Especial, Subescala Servicios especiales, clase personal de oficios, especialidad atrilero/a, grupo C, subgrupo C2, tasa adicional de estabilización del trabajo temporal, dotadas presupuestariamente y correspondientes a la oferta de empleo público de 2018, publicada en el BOIB núm. 161, de 25 de diciembre de 2018, en los términos establecidos en el Anexo I que se adjunta en el presente decreto.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. Aprobar la lista provisional de personas excluidas para tomar parte en el concurso oposición por el turno libre, para la cobertura de una plaza de ATRILERO/A, vacantes en la plantilla de personal funcionario de este Ayuntamiento pertenecientes a la Escala Administración Especial, Subescala Servicios especiales, clase personal de oficios, especialidad atrilero/a, grupo C, subgrupo C2, tasa adicional de estabilización del trabajo temporal, dotadas presupuestariamente y correspondientes a la oferta de empleo público de 2018, publicada en el BOIB núm. 161, de 25 de diciembre de 2018, en los términos establecidos en el Anexo II que se adjunta en el presente decreto.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Para subsanar el posible defecto o presentar los documentos que sean preceptivos, las personas excluidas u omitidas disponen de un plazo de 10 días hábiles, contados desde la publicación de la relación de personas excluidas en el BOIB. Si no se presentan enmiendas a la lista, ésta se convierte en definitiva.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">3.- Publicar en la página web </span>www.palma.cat<span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Contra esta resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer por parte de las personas interesadas recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes ante el mismo órgano que las haya aprobado, de acuerdo con el artículo 123 de la ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.
