    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Mediante Decreto de Alcaldía 121/2022, de 24 de mayo, el alcalde del Ayuntamiento de Mancor de la Vall ha acordado, en aplicación de lo dispuesto en el artículo 2.1.segundo párrafo de la ley 20/2021, dejar sin efecto la oferta de ocupación pública del año 2019, dado que las plazas todavía no se habían convocado y se tiene que utilizar el mismo sistema de selección que para la OPE 2021; así como la oferta de ocupación pública del año 2021, aprobada bajo el RD ley 14/2021, a fin de unificar ambas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De este modo, se aprueba la oferta de ocupación pública del año 2022 para la estabilización de ocupación temporal en base a la Ley 20/2021, de 28 de diciembre, de medidas urgentes para la reducción de la temporalidad en el empleo público, que incluye las plazas incluidas tanto en la oferta de 2019 como la oferta de 2021, y que se regirán por los sistemas de selección previstos a la misma norma, que son: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;* la plaza de policía local es de reposición ordinaria y por tanto, no se sujeta a la ley 20/2021. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En cumplimiento de lo previsto en el artículo 91 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, de la Ley Reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local, el artículo 70.2 del texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto Básico del Empleado público aprobado por Real decreto legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, y en el artículo 2.1 de la Ley 20/2021, de 28 de diciembre, de medidas urgentes por la reducción de la temporalidad en el empleo público, se publica la Oferta de Ocupación Pública para la estabilización de ocupación temporal del Ayuntamiento de Mancor de la Vall en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra la presente Resolución, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, puede interponerse alternativamente o recurso de reposición potestativo ante la Alcaldía en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente al de la publicación del presente anuncio, de conformidad con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, o recurso contencioso-administrativo, ante el Juzgado Contencioso-Administrativo en un plazo de dos meses, a contar desde el día siguiente al de la recepción de la presente notificación, de conformidad con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-Administrativa. En el caso de optar para interponer el recurso de reposición potestativo no podrá interponer recurso contencioso-administrativo hasta que aquel se haya resuelto expresamente o se haya producido su desestimación por silencio administrativo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
