    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Consejo de Administración del Instituto Balear de la Vivienda (IBAVI), en la sesión celebrada el día 20 de mayo de 2022, adoptó, a propuesta del presidente y por unanimidad, los siguientes acuerdos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Primero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aprobar el cese de la señora Cristina Ballester Parets como directora-gerente del Instituto Balear de la Vivienda (IBAVI), con efectos desde el día 9 de mayo de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Segundo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Comunicar el cese de la directora-gerente al Consejo de Gobierno y publicarlo en el Boletín oficial de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por otra parte, el día 20 de mayo de 2022 el Consejo de Administración del IBAVI adoptó, a propuesta del presidente y por unanimidad, los siguientes acuerdos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Primero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Disponer el nombramiento de la señora María Olvido Terrassa Roca con la que, previa solicitud de aceptación del cargo, se formalizará, de conformidad con lo previsto en la Ley 7/2010 y con el Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 9 de marzo de 2001, el contrato laboral de alta dirección elaborado de acuerdo con el Real Decreto 1382/1985, de 1 de agosto, por el que se regula la relación laboral de ca rácter especial del personal de alta dirección.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Segundo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Comunicar el nombramiento de la titular de la Gerencia al Consejo de Gobierno y publicarlo en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
