661084 2022-05-26 2022-05-24 21486 text/html 21485 es CAIB es ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La Alcaldía del Ajuntament de Son Servera (Illes Balears), ha resuelto mediante Decreto de Alcaldía núm. 2022-0739 de 20 de mayo de 2022, lo siguiente: </span></p> <p><strong style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">“Primero. - </strong><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Dejar sin efectos el punto segundo del Decreto de Alcaldía núm. 2021-1947, de 23 de diciembre de 2021, por el que se aprueba la oferta de empleo público del año 2021 para la estabilización de empleo temporal del Ajuntament de Son Servera, publicada en el BOIB núm. 178 de 28 de diciembre de 2021, debido a que la plaza de técnico/a de Medio Ambiente no se considera una plaza vacante que haya sido ocupada de forma temporal e ininterrumpidamente al menos en los tres años anteriores a 31 de diciembre de 2020, de acuerdo con lo previsto en el artículo núm. 2 de la Ley 20/2021, de 28 de diciembre, de medidas urgentes para la reducción de la temporalidad en el empleo público.</span></p> <p><strong style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Segundo. - </strong><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Aprobar la Oferta de Empleo Público para la estabilización del empleo temporal, que cumple las previsiones de la Ley 20/2021, de 28 de diciembre, de medidas urgentes para la reducción de la temporalidad del empleo público, correspondiente a las plazas que a continuación se relacionan:</span></p> <p><strong style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">PERSONAL FUNCIONARIO</strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Tercero. - </strong>Publicar en la sede electrónica (http://sonservera.eadministracio.cat) de la Corporación y en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.</span></p> <p><strong style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Cuarto. - </strong><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Convocar las plazas ofertadas en ejecución de la presente Oferta de Empleo Público correspondientes a las tasas adicionales para la estabilización del empleo temporal antes del 31 de diciembre de 2022.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">La resolución de estos procesos selectivos tendrá que finalizar antes del 31 de diciembre de 2024.</span></p> <p><strong style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Quinto. - </strong><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Comunicar el presente acuerdo a los delegados del personal funcionario y laboral del Ayuntamiento, así como a los trabajadores y trabajadoras que ocupen las plazas incluidas en la Oferta Pública de Empleo para la estabilización del empleo temporal.”</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Contra esta resolución, que es definitiva en vía administrativa, pueden interponerse, alternativamente, los siguientes recursos:</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">a) Directamente el recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso Administrativo de Palma, en el plazo de dos meses, a contar a partir del día siguiente al de su publicación.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">b) El recurso de reposición potestativo ante la Alcaldía, en el plazo de un mes, a contar a partir del día siguiente al de su publicación.
