    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Finalizado el plazo de exposición pública para la presentación de reclamaciones contra el acuerdo adoptado por el Pleno del Ayuntamiento, en la sesión plenaria ordinaria de día 28 de marzo de 2022, el Reglamento de uso de las aulas de estudio colectivo del Centro Joven de Artà, publicado en el BOIB núm. 45 de día 2 de abril de 2022, sin que se hayan presentado reclamaciones, queda aprobado definitivamente el siguiente reglamento, de conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 70.2 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases del régimen local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El texto íntegro del Reglamento es el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;lt;&amp;lt;REGLAMENTO DE USO DE LAS AULAS DE ESTUDIO COLECTIVO DEL CENTRO JOVEN DE ARTÀ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 1. Salas de estudio del Centro Joven de Artà&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El Centro Joven de Artà dispone de dos espacios convertidos en aulas disponibles para estudio:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a)&amp;nbsp;En la sala núm. 1, hay mesas, sillas, enchufes, acceso a Internet y tres ordenadores. Está dotada para que la puedan ocupar, de forma individual, jóvenes matriculados en algún curso del programa Aula Mentor o para estudio colectivo o en equipo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b)&amp;nbsp;En la sala núm. 2, hay mesas, sillas, enchufes y acceso a Internet. Está disponible para estudio colectivo de un grupo, al menos, de dos personas y, como máximo, de ocho. En caso de que el número de personas exceda de 8, los motivos deberán justificarse en la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 2. Personas usuarias&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;Podrán utilizar estas salas jóvenes de entre 12 y 30 años. Las personas mayores de 30 años podrán acceder a la sala del programa Aula Mentor siempre que estén matriculadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Las salas de estudio colectivo estarán disponibles y a disposición de las personas usuarias durante el horario de apertura del Centro Joven de Artà.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 3. Acceso&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;Los lugares de estudio son limitados y, de acuerdo con la normativa vigente, el aforo máximo será de ocho (8) personas por sala. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;La forma de acceder será la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a)&amp;nbsp;Será necesario hacer la reserva al Centro Joven por WhatsApp (tel.&amp;nbsp;680563965) o por correo electrónico (centrejove@arta.cat).&amp;nbsp;Luego, el Centro Joven contactará con la persona que reserva la sala para confirmarla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b)&amp;nbsp;El día y a la hora reservados, todas las personas usuarias deberán dirigirse a la persona responsable del Centro Joven y deberán aportar el nombre, los apellidos y el teléfono de contacto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3.&amp;nbsp;Si no se alcanza el número mínimo de personas usuarias o si se excede el máximo autorizado, el personal responsable del Centro Joven podrá decidir si autoriza o no la reserva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 4.&amp;nbsp;Condiciones de la reserva&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;Las condiciones de la reserva serán las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a) La reserva tendrá una duración de una hora y media. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b)&amp;nbsp;Para poder utilizar &lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;las salas durante más tiempo, deberán realizarse reservas consecutivas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;c)&amp;nbsp;Si la persona que ha realizado la reserva no se presenta, esta se cancelará transcurridos veinte (20) minutos desde la hora de inicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;d)&amp;nbsp;La reserva deberá realizarse con una antelación mínima de veinticuatro (24) horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;En el caso de que no sea posible prestar el servicio por algún motivo no previsto anteriormente o en el caso de que no se pueda autorizar la reserva porque no se haya solicitado con la antelación establecida, el personal encargado de la gestión de los espacios quedará facultado para anular la reserva de la sala. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 5. Normas de uso &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;Todas las personas usuarias tendrán la obligación de respetar al resto de usuarios y al personal asignado para gestionar los espacios, así como los equipamientos e instalaciones que se ponen a su disposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;Aunque las salas están pensadas para trabajar de forma colectiva y para poder hablar en un tono moderado, no hay que provocar molestias al resto de personas usuarias. Asimismo, con el fin de ofrecer un buen ambiente de trabajo que facilite el aprendizaje, el estudio y la investigación, deberán silenciarse los teléfonos móviles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3.&amp;nbsp;El Centro Joven no se hará responsable de los objetos de valor de terceros que haya dentro de las salas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 6.&amp;nbsp;Incumplimientos de las condiciones de uso de las salas de estudio&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;Serán incumplimientos leves:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a)&amp;nbsp;Provocar ruidos molestos, con un tono superior al permitido, de manera reiterada o que molesten al resto de personas usuarias. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b)&amp;nbsp;Fumar en las salas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c)&amp;nbsp;Comer o beber dentro de las salas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d)&amp;nbsp;Modificar la disposición del mobiliario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e)&amp;nbsp;Ocupar los espacios y ausentarse más de treinta (30) minutos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;f)&amp;nbsp;Hacer un uso inadecuado de los recursos, accesos y mobiliario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;g)&amp;nbsp;No tener el teléfono móvil en silencio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;Serán incumplimientos graves:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a)&amp;nbsp;Sustraer cualquier material de la sala o de las otras personas usuarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b)&amp;nbsp;Causar daños en los equipamientos de forma intencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c)&amp;nbsp;Acumulación de cuatro incumplimientos leves.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d)&amp;nbsp;Cualquier otra falta de respeto hacia las personas que velan por el buen funcionamiento de los espacios. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 7.&amp;nbsp;Sanciones por incumplimiento de las condiciones de uso&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;Los incumplimientos leves comportarán la expulsión inmediata por un periodo máximo de un (1) mes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;Los incumplimientos graves comportarán la adopción de alguna de las siguientes medidas: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a)&amp;nbsp;La suspensión de la condición de persona usuaria por un periodo de hasta un (1) año.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b)&amp;nbsp;La suspensión definitiva de la condición de persona usuaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3.&amp;nbsp;Además, en el caso de que se provoquen daños en las instalaciones o a terceros, se podrá pedir una indemnización económica a la persona causante. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 8.&amp;nbsp;Otros usos permitidos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;Las personas que estén matriculadas en alguno de los cursos que ofrece la plataforma Aula Mentor podrán utilizar la sala núm. 1, que dispone de ordenadores de mesa, sin necesidad de reservarla previamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;Aunque las salas están diseñadas para ser utilizadas durante el horario de apertura del Centro Joven y para jóvenes de 12 a 30 años, de forma excepcional y fuera de estos horarios se podrá autorizar la ocupación a asociaciones o colectivos jóvenes. Para poder acceder, deberán ponerse en conocimiento del personal técnico de juventud, mediante una solicitud, los motivos por los que se pide la sala y los datos de las personas usuarias. Una vez aceptada la solicitud, se recogerá y devolverá la llave en el horario y el lugar indicados. En relación a los incumplimientos y las sanciones, se aplicará lo dispuesto en los artículos 6 y 7. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3.&amp;nbsp;Asimismo, el Área de Juventud, cuando lo considere oportuno, podrá utilizar las salas para hacer formaciones, cursos, conferencias y otras actividades. &amp;gt;&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;(Firmado electrónicamente, 23 de mayo&amp;nbsp;de 2022)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El alcalde,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
