    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por Resolución de la Alcaldía de este Ayuntamiento de fecha 23/05/2022, se aprobó la Oferta de Empleo Público para la estabilización de la ocupación temporal correspondiente a la/s plaza/s que a continuación se reseñan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Mediante Resolución de Alcaldía de este Ayuntamiento se aprobó la Oferta de Empleo Público para la estabilización de empleo temporal, que cumple las previsiones de la Ley 20/2021, de 28 de diciembre, de medidas urgentes para la reducción de la temporalidad en el empleo público, correspondiente a la/s plaza/s que a continuación se reseñan:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En cumplimiento del artículo 91 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, de la Ley Reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local y el artículo 70.2 del texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto Básico del Empleado Público aprobado por Real Decreto Legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, se publica la Oferta de Empleo Público para la estabilización de empleo temporal del Ayuntamiento de Ses Salines, en el&amp;nbsp;BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra la presente Resolución, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, puede interponer alternativamente o recurso de reposición potestativo ante el Alcalde, en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente al de la publicación del presente anuncio, de conformidad con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, o recurso contencioso-administrativo, ante&amp;nbsp;el Juzgado de lo Contencioso-Administrativo,&amp;nbsp;en el plazo de dos meses, a contar desde el día siguiente al de la recepción de la presente notificación, de conformidad con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-Administrativa. Si se optara por interponer el recurso de reposición potestativo no podrá interponer recurso contencioso-administrativo hasta que aquel sea resuelto expresamente o se haya producido su desestimación por silencio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Todo ello sin perjuicio de que pueda interponer Vd. cualquier otro recurso que pudiera estimar más conveniente a su derecho.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
