&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Mediante acuerdo de la Junta de Gobierno de 11/05/2022, se aprobó lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;"&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Aprobar la modificación de las funciones específicas del puesto quedando con la redacción que figura en la propuesta adjunta &amp;nbsp;MFU-53, de acuerdo con la petición del Área.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Establecer como fecha de efectos la del día siguiente de su aprobación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Publicar el contenido del Acuerdo en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Aprobado con enmienda siguiente: allí donde dice "MFU-35" tiene que decir "MFU-53"&amp;nbsp; ”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Contra la presente resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer por parte de los interesados recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes ante el mismo órgano que las haya aprobado, de acuerdo con el artículo 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas. En caso de no interponer el recurso potestativo de reposición se podrá interponer directamente recurso contencioso administrativo, según el artículo antes mencionado y 45 y siguientes de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso administrativa, ante el Juzgado contencioso Administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses a partir del día siguiente de la publicación en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Cumplir las directrices, normas, procedimientos y acciones preventivas establecidas en materia de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales y asumir las funciones que le sean encomendadas en materia de actuación en emergencias, colaborando con el Servicio de Prevención cuando le sea requerido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
