    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aprobada por la Comisión de Gobierno del Consejo Insular de Formentera, en sesión de carácter Ordinario que se celebró el día 6 de mayo de 2022, de la cual se transcribe el siguiente acuerdo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;(...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PROPUESTA DE ACUERDO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero. &lt;/strong&gt;Conceder una subvención al Club de Cazadores Federado de La Mola con CIF G07639172, con fecha 30 de noviembre de 2020, y registro de entrada en esta Corporación núm.2020/26098 por un importe de 2.369,18€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo. &lt;/strong&gt;La gestión de las subvenciones se llevará a cabo de acuerdo a las siguientes condiciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;NORMATIVA APLICABLE. &lt;em&gt;Ley 38/2003 y bases de ejecución del Presupuesto&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;FINALIDAD DE LA SUBVENCIÓN &lt;em&gt;funcionamiento de las sociedades federadas de cazadores.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;PLAZO DE REALIZACIÓN DE LA ACTIVIDAD SUBVENCIONADA. &lt;em&gt;Desde el 1 de enero de 2020 hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2020.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;PLAZO DE JUSTIFICACIÓN DE LA SUBVENCIÓN. &lt;em&gt;Antes de 31 de diciembre de 2020.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;FORMA DE JUSTIFICACIÓN SUBVENCIÓN. mediante&lt;em&gt; presentación de la cuenta justificativa según modelo, relación de gastos y facturas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;IMPORTE DE GASTOS A JUSTIFICAR. &lt;em&gt;la cuantía para justificar tendrá que ser como mínimo el importe de la cantidad concedida&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;MOTIVOS DE PERDIDA DE LA SUBVENCIÓN &lt;em&gt;la falta de justificación&lt;/em&gt; de la actividad o e&lt;em&gt;l objeto de la subvención supondrá la pérdida de la subvención.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;OBLIGACIÓN DE COMUNICAR &lt;em&gt;la concesión de otras ayudas o subvenciones públicas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;PAGO, &lt;em&gt;una vez informada favorablemente la cuenta justificativa por los servicios técnicos del servicio de pesca i caza del área de infraestructuras, sector primario e interior del Consejo Insular de Formentera.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;RÉGIMEN DE GARANTIAS &lt;em&gt;no procede.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero. &lt;/strong&gt;Autorizar y disponer el gasto con cargo a la partida presupuestaria 2021/1/410/48000/01 a favor de los beneficiarios por el importe concedido.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Aceptar la justificación presentada por los beneficiarios y, en consecuencia, reconocer la obligación, ordenar el pago y pagar el importe de las subvenciones íntegramente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto.- &lt;/strong&gt;Notificar este acuerdo al Club de Cazadores Federado de La Mola con CIF G07639172 para su conecimiento y efectos oportunos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto- PUBLICAR &lt;/strong&gt;el presente acuerdo en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB), en el tablón de anuncios del Consejo Insular de Formentera y en la página web de esta Administración, a los efectos legales oportunos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sexto.- DAR CUENTA &lt;/strong&gt;a la Base de Dades Nacional de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;La Comisión de Gobierno, en ejercicio de sus competencias, sobre la base de lo propuesto (que conforme a los artículos 6, 35 i 88.3 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas supone la motivación de este acto), adopta, por unanimidad, el siguiente&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ACUERDO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ÚNICO. &lt;/strong&gt;Aprobar la propuesta transcrita que se da aquí por reproducida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
