font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">Mediante Resolución de Alcaldía de fecha 20 de mayo del 2022 de este Ayuntamiento se aprobó la Oferta de Ocupación Pública para la estabilización de ocupación temporal, que cumple las previsiones de la Ley 20/2021, de 28 de diciembre, de medidas urgentes para la reducción de la temporalidad en la ocupación pública, correspondiendo a las plazas que a continuación se reseñan:</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">En cumplimiento del artículo 91 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, de la Ley Reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local y el artículo 70.2 del texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto Básico del Empleado público aprobado por Real decreto legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, se publica la Oferta de Ocupación Pública para la estabilización de ocupación temporal del Ayuntamiento de Estellencs en el Boletín Oficial de la Comunidad Autónoma/Boletín Oficial de la Provincia. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">Contra la presente Resolución, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, puede interponer alternativamente o recurso de reposición potestativo ante el Alcalde, en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente al de la publicación del presente anuncio, en conformidad con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, o recurso contencioso-administrativo, ante el Juzgado del Contencioso-Administrativo, a su elección, el que corresponda en su domicilio, en el plazo de dos meses, a contar desde el día siguiente al de la recepción de la presente notificación, en conformidad con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-Administrativa.
