font-size:12px">En virtud del Decreto nº 2022-0097, de fecha 19 de mayo de 2022, se ha dispuesto lo siguiente:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#222222">De conformidad con los artículos 91.1 de la Ley 7/1985 de bases del régimen local y 128.1 del Texto refundido 781/1986 del régimen local sobre formulación por las Corporaciones Locales de la Oferta de Empleo Público.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#222222">En aplicación de la Ley 20/2021, de 28 de diciembre, de medidas urgentes para la reducción de la temporalidad en el empleo público, que establece la obligatoriedad de aprobar y publicar la Oferta de empleo público para la estabilización de los empleados del sector público antes del 1 de junio de 2022.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
