    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La Comisión de Gobierno del Consejo Insular de Menorca en sesión de carácter extraordinario de 25&amp;nbsp;de abril de 2022, adoptó, entre otros, el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero&lt;/strong&gt;. Admitir a trámite el recurso administrativo de alzada interpuesto en fecha 5 de enero de 2021 (GE/000058/2021) por la señora M. C. J. F., con NIF. ****3761P, ante el acuerdo del Consejo Ejecutivo de día 30 de noviembre de 2020 relativo a la cuarta y última concesión de las ayudas del CIM con motivo de la crisis derivada de la COVID-19 (exp. 03140-2020-000001), publicado en el BOIB núm. 213 de 24 de diciembre de 2020, por el que se desestima la petición de la interesada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo&lt;/strong&gt;. Estimar el recurso de alzada mencionado al considerar que la recurrente finalmente ha justificado que cumple los requisitos establecidos en las bases que regulan la concesión de ayudas por ser beneficiaria de la línea 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero&lt;/strong&gt;. Conceder y tramitar el pago de la ayuda directa siguiente, correspondiente a la convocatoria de las ayudas del CIM con motivo de la crisis derivada de la COVID-19 (BOIB núm. 105 de 9 de junio de 2020), a cargo de la partida 5.43900 .4790000 del presupuesto del Consejo Insular de Menorca para el año 2022:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;** La base 13.1 dice que el artículo 25.3 f del Decreto ley 8/2020 prevé que las bases reguladoras y convocatorias pueden permitir la justificación de gastos inferiores a 3.000 € mediante una declaración formal de la persona o entidad beneficiaria, sin perjuicio de las actuaciones posteriores de comprobación y control.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Estas ayudas se rigen por la Comunicación de la Comisión Europea relativa a la modificación del Marco temporal de las medidas de ayudas estatales destinadas a apoyar la economía en el contexto del actual brote de COVID-19 de 4 de abril de 2020 y por el Marco nacional temporal relativo a las medidas de ayudas a empresas y autónomos consistentes en subvenciones directas, anticipos reembolsables, ventajas fiscales, garantías de préstamo y bonificaciones de tipos de interés en préstamos, destinadas a apoyar la economía en el contexto del actual brote de COVID-19 de 27 de marzo de 2020, aprobado por la Comisión Europea por Decisión SA.56851 (2020/N).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto&lt;/strong&gt;. Recordar a la beneficiaria la obligación de conservar los documentos justificativos de la aplicación de los fondos recibidos, incluso los documentos electrónicos, en tanto puedan ser objeto de actuaciones de comprobación y control posterior por parte de la Intervención General de la Comunidad Autónoma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto&lt;/strong&gt;. Notificar estos acuerdos a la interesada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sexto.&lt;/strong&gt; Remitir a la BDNS estos acuerdos en cumplimiento del arte. 20.8 de la LGS y publicarlos en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Séptimo.&lt;/strong&gt; Comunicar estos acuerdos a la Consejería de Modelo Económico, Turismo y Trabajo del Gobierno de las Illes Balears, a fin de que tengan los efectos que correspondan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
