&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CONVOCATORIA PÚBLICA DE LOS PREMIOS DEL CONSELL DE MALLORCA A LA INNOVACIÓN SOCIAL 2022&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;1. Objeto y finalidad de la convocatoria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El objeto de estos premios es reconocer los proyectos que promuevan la innovación y la generación de valor público para afrontar necesidades y retos sociales, incluidas las nuevas necesidades para&lt;span style="color:#008000"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[por|para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; hacer frente a la pandemia provocada por el &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;covid-19, &lt;/span&gt;y que sean capaces de activar procesos de empoderamiento de la ciudadanía para la construcción de una sociedad más justa e inclusiva en la isla de Mallorca. Además, se quieren reconocer las trayectorias ejemplares de una persona o una entidad en el marco de los servicios sociales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Premios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Los Premios a la Innovación Social&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;t&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;endrán &lt;/span&gt;una única categoría y podrán concederse a aquellas personas, físicas o jurídicas, públicas o privadas, de cualquier nacionalidad que cumplan el objeto y finalidad de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Las candidaturas podrán basarse en:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Proyectos de actuaciones realizadas durante los años 2019, 2020 y 2021 que sean ejemplares por su coherencia y el impacto de sus resultados sobre los derechos sociales, la calidad de vida, la igualdad de oportunidades de los ciudadanos y ciudadanas, que puedan estar relacionadas con minimizar las consecuencias de la pandemia provocada por el covid-19. También se valorará su carácter innovador, la cohesión social generada, su sostenibilidad y la replicabiliad en en otros territorios o situaciones de necesidad social. Pueden ser actuaciones de tipo municipal, insular o de cooperación internacional, desarrolladas desde Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Estudios, investigaciones o publicaciones que promuevan la eficiencia, la agilidad y la sostenibilidad del sistema de los servicios sociales en temas como, por ejemplo, los modelos de gestión responsable del gasto público en el &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;sistema&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;servicios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;sociales&lt;/span&gt;, los instrumentos de la administración pública para la mejora social, las investigaciones promovidas desde el tercer sector social, los estudios de coyuntura y análisis socioeconómico de los observatorios, y cualquier otro estudio o investigación que pueda ser referencia en el ámbito de los servicios sociales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Campañas&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;sensibilización.&lt;/span&gt; Se podrá premiar la publicación, programa, &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;campaña&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de información,&lt;/span&gt; sensibilización o formación, acción ciudadana, producto informativo, audiovisual, página web, red social, u otros medios, que hayan conseguido &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;resultados de impacto &lt;/span&gt;social transmitiendo una imagen positiva de los derechos sociales y de la participación ciudadana para afrontar las necesidades, incluidas las nuevas a consecuencia del &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;covid-19&lt;/span&gt;, y los retos sociales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Reconocimientos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Además de los premios se establecen dos reconocimientos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3.1 Reconocimiento a la trayectoria ejemplar de una entidad o grupo de entidades. Se reconocerá la trayectoria de una entidad o grupo de entidades del tercer sector social por su contribución a la transformación social hacia una sociedad más justa e inclusiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3.2 Reconocimiento a la trayectoria ejemplar de una persona. Se reconocerá la trayectoria personal o profesional de una persona como ejemplo para la &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;igualdad de oportunidades &lt;/span&gt;y los derechos sociales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Junto con los reconocimientos, se pueden hacer una o más menciones a iniciativas o proyectos que, sin que se hayan presentado a esta convocatoria, sean dignos de ser mencionados como proyectos referentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Dotación de los Premios, importe que se destina y crédito presupuestario&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Los Premios del Consell de Mallorca a la Innovación Social tienen una dotación económica de &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;cuarenta y ocho mil&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;euros&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;(48.000&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;€),&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;que&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;irán&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;cargo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;la&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;partida&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;presupuestaria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; 4&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;0.23159.48101&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;del&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;vig&lt;/span&gt;ente &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;presupuesto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;gastos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El importe de los premios se distribuye de la siguiente forma:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;4.1 Un premio a la innovación social &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Pere&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Mascaró&lt;/span&gt; de 10.200 € al candidato con más puntuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;4.2 Seis premios a la innovación social de 6.300 € para los seis postulantes siguientes en puntuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Los reconocimientos y las menciones no tienen dotación económica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Requisitos de los participantes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;De acuerdo con el establecido en el punto 2, pueden participar las entidades o personas que cumplan los requisitos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;5.1 Cualquier entidad privada de carácter no lucrativo inscrita en el registro correspondiente, siempre y cuando no hayan recibido premios anteriormente por el mismo proyecto que postulen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;5.2 En cuanto a estudios e investigaciones, podrán ser candidatos la persona o &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;equipo de personas,&lt;/span&gt; entidad privada o administración pública que hayan realizado el estudio o investigación, siempre y cuando no hayan recibido premios anteriormente por el mismo estudio o investigación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;5.3 En cuanto a &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;campañas de sensibilización,&lt;/span&gt; podrán ser candidatos la persona o entidad propietaria del proyecto o trabajo o que sea titular de los &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;derechos de autor,&lt;/span&gt; siempre y cuando no hayan recibido premios anteriormente por la misma &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;campaña&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;sensibilización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Con respecto a los reconocimientos los requisitos son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;5.4 Reconocimiento a la trayectoria ejemplar de una entidad: cualquier entidad privada de carácter no lucrativo inscrita en el registro correspondiente con una trayectoria mínima de 15 años en los servicios sociales de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;5.5 Reconocimiento a la trayectoria ejemplar de una persona: cualquier persona física con una trayectoria mínima de 15 años en los servicios sociales de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;5.6 Menciones: cualquier persona/grupo de personas o entidad/grupo de entidades públicas o privadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Presentación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;de&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;candidaturas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;6.1 Quién puede presentar candidaturas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;a) Premios a la innovación social: la propuesta la hará cualquier entidad&lt;span style="color:#ff0000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;o la propia entidad, persona o personas que han desarrollado del proyecto, así como también el Consejo Asesor. Puede ser cualquier entidad pública o privada, y puede proponer unas o más candidaturas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;b) Reconocimiento a la trayectoria de una entidad/grupo de entidades o de una persona y menciones: la propuesta la hará el Consejo Asesor de Servicios Sociales del &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;IMAS&lt;/span&gt;, como el órgano de consulta y participación sectorial, regulado por el artículo 13 de los Estatutos del &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;IMAS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6.2 &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Plazo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; de presentación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El plazo para presentar las solicitudes es de 15 días hábiles a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación de esta convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6.3 Procedimiento&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Las candidaturas propuestas se tienen que dirigir a la Presidencia del &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;IMAS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Se pueden presentar las solicitudes de acuerdo con los modelos normalizados que figuran a la sede electrónica del Consell o a la web www.imasmallorca.net.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Las solicitudes se tienen que presentar mediante el registro electrónico del IMAS el cual se encuentra disponible en el siguiente enlace https://imas.sedipualba.es/segex/tramite.aspx?idtramite=12092&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;así como desde el icono que está en la sede electrónica del Consell de Mallorca https://seu.conselldemallorca.net/la-seu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Con el fin de facilitar información para la tramitación de las candidaturas que figuran en esta convocatoria, se puede contactar por la siguiente dirección electrónica: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000080"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;premis@imas.conselldemallorca.net&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; con la Sección de Recursos Sociolaborales del IMAS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En cualquier caso, las solicitudes tienen que contener todos los datos necesarios para identificar la entidad y su representante legal y tienen que ir acompañadas del resto de la documentación que se indica en esta Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Si la propuesta no reúne los &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;datos de identificación&lt;/span&gt;, tanto de la entidad que propone como de la entidad o persona propuesta, o algunos de los requisitos previstos en el artículo 66 de la Ley 39/2015 de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, se requerirá a la entidad que propone de acuerdo con lo que establece el artículo 68 de la mencionada Ley para que, en un plazo no superior a diez días, enmiende la falta o acompañe los documentos preceptivos con indicación de que, si así no lo hace, se tendrá &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;por&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[para|por]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;desistida su propuesta, previa resolución expresa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6.4. Documentación que se tiene que presentar&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;a) El &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;documento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;solicitud&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;propuesta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;candidatura,&lt;/span&gt; que se adjunta como anexo I.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;b) Una memoria breve del proyecto de acuerdo con el anexo II, según la modalidad en la que se presente. Si procede&lt;span style="color:#008000"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[pega|ocurre]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;, con la memoria se puede adjuntar otro documentación o material que acredite la información.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;d) Fotocopia del &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;DNI&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;de la persona representante de la &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;entidad&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;solicitante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Otros datos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La documentación de los puntos a) y &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;), además de registrarla, también se tiene que remitir en formato &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Word&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;al correo electrónico &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;premis@imas.conselldemallorca.net.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;No habrá que presentar los documentos c) y d) que ya se hayan presentado en el &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;IMAS &lt;/span&gt;los años anteriores, siempre que no se hayan producido modificaciones..&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. Criterios que tienen que regir la concesión de los Premios y los reconocimientos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El jurado tiene que valorar las candidaturas presentadas de conformidad con los criterios siguientes de acuerdo con la &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;fundamentación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[fundamentación|cimentación]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; del punto 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;7.1 Proyectos de actuaciones realizadas durante los años 2019, 2020 y 2021:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Calidad global del proyecto. Grado de coherencia interna y alineación entre las necesidades,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;los objetivos, la metodología, las actuaciones, los indicadores de evaluación y los resultados&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;obtenidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;b) Impacto del resultados. Mejoras conseguidas en derechos sociales, calidad de vida, igualdad de oportunidades y accesibilidad, ciudadanía y cualquier otro aspecto sobre &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;el &lt;/span&gt;que impacte el &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;proyecto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de acción&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;c) Carácter innovador. Creatividad aplicada a la &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;generación de valor público&lt;/span&gt; y la provisión de nuevas soluciones y nuevos modelos para responder a las necesidades y retos sociales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;d) Cohesión social. Participación y &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;empoderamiento &lt;/span&gt;de la ciudadanía en el afrontamiento de las necesidades y retos sociales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;e) Sostenibilidad. Capacidad del proyecto de mantenerse y evolucionar con el tiempo. Medidas de eficiencia y de reducción del gasto público, mejorando la calidad, la flexibilidad y la agilidad del &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;sistema&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;servicios&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;sociales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;f) Replicabilidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Grado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de aplicabilidad&lt;/span&gt; para otras organizaciones, personas o territorios que tengan similares necesidades o retos sociales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Se puntuará un máximo de 5 puntos por criterio hasta un máximo de 35 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7.4 Reconocimientos a la trayectoria de una entidad o de una persona&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Con respecto a los dos reconocimientos, será el mismo el Consejo Asesor &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;quien&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[quien|quién]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; hará la valoración y propuesta en función de los siguientes criterios:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;a) Años de trayectoria y compromiso social en Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;b) Visión innovadora y cambios sociales generados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;c) Grado de implantación, imagen positiva y cohesión social generada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;d) Generosidad, transparencia y &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;apertura&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;p&lt;/span&gt;ara colaborar y compartir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Se puntuará un máximo de 5 puntos por criterio hasta un máximo de 25 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7.5 Menciones&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El Consejo Asesor podrá proponer menciones especiales a un proyecto de Mallorca, España o Europa, que no se haya presentado a los premios y se quiera destacar como proyecto referente e inspirador en el contexto de los servicios sociales de Mallorca. Esta mención o menciones se tendrá que justificar de acuerdo con los criterios del apartado 7.1., sin que sea necesario hacer una puntuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. Instrucción del procedimiento&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El órgano instructor es el director insular de Personas con Discapacidad e Innovación Social del &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;IMAS, que tiene que llevar a cabo las actuaciones a que se refiere el artículo 18 de la Ordenanza&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;general de subvenciones (BOIB nº. 21, de 18 de febrero de 2017), así como tiene que formular&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;la&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;propuesta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El jurado designará de entre sus miembros a la persona que actuará como secretario o secretaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10. Procedimiento&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;de&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;concesión&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;de los&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Premios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El jurado valorará las candidaturas y propondrá un ganador para cada una de las modalidades. El jurado se reserva el derecho a solicitar informes complementarios o la documentación que permita acreditar o ampliar datos sobre los contenidos, siempre que lo considere oportuno. Para evaluar las candidaturas, además de la valoración de la aportada se podrán hacer&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;visitas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;comprobación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;in&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;situ.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El jurado validará la concesión del reconocimiento a la trayectoria de una entidad y el reconocimiento a la trayectoria de una persona hecha por parte del Consejo Asesor, así como las menciones especiales, si hay.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Las candidaturas presentadas podrán hacerse públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El jurado emitirá un veredicto antes del día de la entrega de premios y elevará a la Presidencia la&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;propuesta de concesión que se hará pública en el acto de entrega, que tendrá lugar en el mes de septiembre de 2022&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El fallo del jurado será inapelable. Podrán declararse desiertas las modalidades en las cuales las candidaturas presentadas no cumplan los requisitos establecidos en esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Todas las candidaturas que no se ajusten a la convocatoria no entrarán en concurso. La participación en este concurso supone la aceptación íntegra de las bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11. Derechos y obligaciones de los ganadores&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Los ganadores podrán hacer constar la condición de premiados en sus memorias, publicaciones, anuncios publicitarios y a los medios de comunicación. Los ganadores tendrán que cumplir las obligaciones establecidas en las disposiciones normativas que sean de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12. Resolución del procedimiento&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra las resoluciones de convocatoria&lt;/span&gt; y concesión que adopta la Presidencia se puede interponer recurso de alzada ante el Consejo Ejecutivo del Consejo de Mallorca en el plazo y con los efectos del artículo 114 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La resolución tiene que &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ser&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[ser|estar]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; expresa y motivada de acuerdo con los &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;criterios de valoración &lt;/span&gt;establecidos y tiene que fijar, con carácter definitivo, la cuantía específica de cada premio concedido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13. Entrega y pago del premio&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La resolución de la Presidencia que concede los premios, junto con el acta de la reunión del jurado tendrá los efectos administrativos para la justificación del premio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El pago de los premios se efectuará mediante transferencia bancaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Todos los premios serán objeto de la retención fiscal que proceda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Normativa&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;de aplicación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La convocatoria de concesión de los Premios se tiene que publicar en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Baleares (BOIB), a la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones y al tablero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[tablero|tablón]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de edictos y la web del&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Institut&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Mallorquí&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d'Afers&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Sociales&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;(IMAS).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
