    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Finalizado el proceso selectivo por el procedimiento extraordinario de acceso a las plantillas de las policías locales de las Islas Baleares establecido en el Decreto Ley 1/2017, de 13 de enero, para cubrir 22 plazas vacantes de policía local pertenecientes a la Escala de Administración Especial, Subescala servicios especiales, escala Básica, grupo C, subgrupo C1, dotadas presupuestariamente y correspondientes a la Oferta pública de empleo para el año 2019 del Ajuntament de Palma. El Alcalde acordó los nombramientos de funcionarios/as de carrera de las personas que han superado el proceso selectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;ANTECEDENTES DE HECHOS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Mediante decreto de la regidora del Área delegada de Función Pública número 17.793 de 17 de septiembre de 2019 se convocó el proceso selectivo por el procedimiento extraordinario de acceso a las plantillas de las policías locales de&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;las Islas Baleares establecido en el Decreto Ley 1/2017, de 13 de enero, para cubrir 22 plazas vacantes de policía local pertenecientes a la Escala de Administración Especial, Subescala servicios especiales, escala Básica, grupo C, subgrupo C1, dotadas presupuestariamente y correspondientes a la Oferta pública de empleo para el año 2019, aprobada por Acuerdo de Junta de Gobierno de fecha 11 de septiembre de 2019, publicada en el BOIB 128 de 19 de septiembre de 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. La aprobación de las bases del proceso selectivo mediante decreto 15095 de 7 de agosto de 2019, de la concejala del Área delegada de Función Pública, publicadas en el BOIB núm. 110 de 10 de agosto de 2019 y subsanadas por decreto núm. 21591 de 20 de octubre de 2019, del concejal de Hacienda, Innovación y Función Pública, publicada en el BOIB 151 de 7 de noviembre de 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Visto en el acta del tribunal de la mencionada convocatoria la relación de personas aspirantes que han superado el proceso selectivo, debe procederse a adjudicar al personal funcionario de carrera de nuevo ingreso el correspondiente puesto de trabajo después de haber presentado la documentación pertinente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Una vez ofrecidos a las personas aspirantes los puestos de trabajo a cubrir, todas ellas han elegido un orden de preferencia, por lo que, es necesario adjudicar los puestos de trabajo según lo solicitado por la persona interesada teniendo en cuenta el orden de puntuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. Por todo lo expuesto, se procederá a adjudicar al personal funcionario de carrera de nuevo ingreso el correspondiente puesto de trabajo después de haber presentado la documentación pertinente, y de acuerdo con la petición efectuada por las personas interesadas y con la puntuación obtenida en las pruebas selectivas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;NORMATIVA APLICABLE.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Real Decreto Legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, de la Ley del Estatuto Básico del Empleado Público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Ley 3/2007, de 27 de marzo, de la Función Pública de la comunidad autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Disposición adicional primera del Real Decreto 896/1991, de 7 de junio, por el que se establecen las reglas básicas y los programas mínimos a los que debe ajustarse el procedimiento de selección de los funcionarios de administración local y el artículo 27 Real Decreto 364/1995, de 10 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el reglamento general de ingreso del personal al servicio de la administración general del Estado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. La base décima de las bases generales que deben regir los procesos selectivos para cubrir las plazas vacantes de personal funcionario prevista en la oferta pública de empleo publicadas en el BOIB núm. 129 de 21 de septiembre de 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. Decreto de Alcaldía núm. 13.026 de 28 de junio de 2019, relativo a la organización de los servicios administrativos del Ayuntamiento de Palma, y el Acuerdo de Junta de Gobierno de día 31 de julio de 2019 de delegación de competencias de la Junta de Gobierno de Palma los titulares de las áreas y áreas delegadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
