2022-0092, de fecha 11 de mayo de 2022, se ha dispuesto lo siguiente:</span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#222222">De conformidad con los artículos 91.1 de la Ley 7/1985 de bases del régimen local y 128.1 del Texto refundido 781/1986 del régimen local sobre formulación por las Corporaciones Locales de la Oferta de Empleo Público.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#222222">En aplicación de la Ley 20/2021, de 28 de diciembre, de medidas urgentes para la reducción de la temporalidad en el empleo público, que establece la obligatoriedad de aprobar y publicar la Oferta de empleo público para la estabilización de los empleados del sector público antes del 1 de junio de 2022.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#222222">De acuerdo con el artículo 70 del texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto Básico del Empleado público, aprobado por Real Decreto Legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:white"><span style="color:#212121">Contra la presente, se puede interponer alternativamente o recurso de reposición potestativo, en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente a la publicación del presente anuncio, ante la Alcaldía de este Ayuntamiento, de conformidad con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento administrativo Común de las Administraciones públicas, o recurso contencioso-administrativo, ante el Juzgado de lo contencioso-administrativo de Palma de Mallorca en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente a la publicación del presente anuncio, de conformidad con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-Administrativa. Si se optara por interponer el recurso de reposición potestativo, no podrá interponer recurso contencioso-administrativo hasta que aquel sea resuelto expresamente o se haya producido su desestimación por silencio.
