font-size:12px">Además, queda acreditado el cumplimiento de los requisitos que establece el artículo 37.2, apartados a) y b), del Real Decreto 500/1990, de 20 de abril, por el que se desarrolla el Capítulo primero del Título sexto de la Ley 39/1988, de 28 de diciembre, reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, en materia de presupuestos, que son los siguientes:</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">a) El carácter específico y determinado del gasto a realizar y la imposibilidad de demorarlo a ejercicios posteriores.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; font-size:12px">Contra el presente Acuerdo, en virtud de lo dispuesto en el artículo 171 del Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, los interesados podrán interponer directamente recurso contencioso-administrativo en la forma y plazos establecidos en los artículos 25 a 42 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, Reguladora de dicha Jurisdicción.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
