    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Sr. Alcalde-Presidente de este Ayuntamiento, día 28 de abril de 2022, dictó la siguiente resolución, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;DECRETO DE ALCALDÍA N.º 2022-0454&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Esta Alcaldía tiene atribuido por ley la facultad de delegar determinadas atribuciones, conforme al artículo 46 del Reglamento Orgánico Municipal y el artículo 21.3 de la Ley 7/85 de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local, modificada por Ley 11/99, de 21 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local y el artículo 25 de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por motivos de conveniencia, agilidad y mejora de los servicios, hace aconsejable modificar delegaciones de área de Alcaldía ya existentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En consecuencia, vistos de entre otras, los artículos 46 del Reglamento Orgánico Municipal, 21.3 de la LBRL y 43, 44, 120, 121 y 122 del ROF, por la presente he resuelto:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.-&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;Nombrar a CONCEPCIÓN RODRÍGUEZ RODRÍGUEZ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- DELEGADA DE EDUCACIÓN, CULTURA E INFANCIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.-&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;Nombrar a JOSÉ HORRACH FLORES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- DELEGADO &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DE &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DEPORTES Y JUVENTUD&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- DELEGADO DE LA MUJER, SERVICIOS SOCIALES, GENTE MAYOR Y SANIDAD&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Sus atribuciones serán las propias de estas áreas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De la presente Resolución se dará conocimiento al Pleno a la primera sesión que celebre, notificando- se, además, personalmente en el designado, y se publicará en el BOIB, sin perjuicio de su efectividad desde el día siguiente al de la presente resolución, conforme se indica en el artículo 52.4 del RD 2568/1986. Binissalem, a la fecha de la firma electrónica. El alcalde, firmado y sellado”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
