&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La vicepresidenta primera y consejera ejecutiva de Cultura, Patrimonio y Política Lingüística ha dictado el 28 de abril de 2022 la siguiente resolución:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Conceder&lt;/strong&gt;, en el marco de la convocatoria de ayudas al fondo de cooperación cultural universitaria 2022, la cantidad total de 90.000,00 € a favor de la Universidad de las Islas Baleares, por el proyecto Dinamización de la comunidad universitaria y de la sociedad mediante la cultura y la formación, 2021-22, según los datos señalados en la tabla siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Disponer&lt;/strong&gt; un gasto de 90.000,00 € a favor de la Universitat de les Illes Balears, con NIF Q0718001A, con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 20.33430.45390 del ejercicio 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;3. Ordenar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt; la publicación de la presente resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y trasladar la información de la resolución de esta convocatoria a la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra esta resolución, que no finaliza el procedimiento administrativo, podrá interponer el recurso en el plazo de un mes, ante este director ejecutivo o ante la presidencia, que es el órgano competente para resolverla, a contar desde el día siguiente a la publicación de la resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra la desestimación expresa de recursos, puede interponer el recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso-Administrativo de Palma, en el plazo de dos meses, contados a partir del día siguiente a la recepción de la notificación de la desestimación de dicho recurso. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Transcurridos tres meses desde la interposición del recurso y no haya recibido la notificación expresa de la resolución, se entenderá desestimada por silencio y podrá interponer el recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso-Administrativo de Palma, sin limitación de tiempo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;No obstante lo anterior, podrá interponer, en su caso, cualquier otro recurso que considere oportuno. Todo ello de acuerdo con la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa y la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
