&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. El Consejo Ejecutivo, en la sesión de día 13 de diciembre de 2021, aprobó el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones del Consejo Insular de Menorca (PES) del CIM para el año 2022 (BOIB núm. 8 de 13 de enero de 2022). El PES establece la previsión de la actividad subvencionadora en la línea de fomento de actividades de interés general, dentro del marco normativo establecido para la concesión de subvenciones. Una de las líneas de subvención incluidas en este PES es la ayuda a las asociaciones profesionales de agricultura de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Son funciones de las organizaciones profesionales agrarias (de ahora en adelante OPAS) representar, defender y coordinar los intereses económicos de sus asociados en el ámbito insular y de la comunidad autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Estas organizaciones profesionales desarrollan una actividad de formación en el medio rural que hay que fomentar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. Las organizaciones disponen de unas estructuras de funcionamiento que permiten una coordinación más efectiva con el sector agropecuario y aportan información importante para el desarrollo de las políticas del Departamento de Economía y Territorio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5. El presupuesto del Consejo Insular de Menorca del el año 2022 prevé una ayuda para las OPAS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6. El Departamento de Economía y Territorio del Consejo Insular de Menorca tiene interés a apoyar a la agricultura y a la ganadería de Menorca y a fomentar los organismos interesados en su mantenimiento y su representación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7. El Consejo Ejecutivo del Consejo Insular de Menorca, reunido día 20 de septiembre de 2021, aprobó, entre otros, el Texto refundido de las bases de las ayudas del CIM a las OPAS. Este texto refundido de las bases se publicó en el BOIB núm. 136 de 5 de octubre de 2021. La normativa específica que regula estas ayudas no ha cambiado por lo cual la convocatoria de este año se regirá por el texto refundido de las bases aprobado en 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Vista la propuesta del consejero ejecutivo del Departamento de Economía y Territorio,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Consejo Ejecutivo, por unanimidad de los cinco miembros presentes (señora Mora Humbert, señora Torrent Bagur, señor Pastrana Huguet, señora Gomila Carretero y señora Gómez Estévez) y en votación ordinaria, adopta los acuerdos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.&lt;/strong&gt; Aprobar la convocatoria de ayudas del Consejo Insular de Menorca para las organizaciones profesionales agrarias (OPA) correspondiente al periodo comprendido entre día 1 de enero y día 31 de diciembre de 2022, que se rige por el texto refundido de las bases aprobado por el Consejo Ejecutivo del CIM en sesión de día 20 de septiembre de 2021 (BOIB núm. 136 de 5 de octubre de 2021) con las condiciones siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Importe global máximo de las ayudas y crédito presupuestario: las ayudas concedidas serán atendidas con cargo a las partidas presupuestarias y con los importes máximos que se indican más abajo, sin perjuicio que los importes puedan ser ampliados por aportaciones expresas de terceros para contribuir a la financiación del objeto de la convocatoria:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La aportación del año 2023 resta condicionado a la cobertura presupuestaria futura según la aprobación del presupuesto del Consejo Insular de Menorca para el año 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) El plazo de presentación de las solicitudes es de 20 días naturales contados a partir del día siguiente de haberse publicado esta convocatoria en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; (BOIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) La instructora de este expediente es la señora Isabel Martín Neira, técnica agrícola del Departamento de Economía y Territorio. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d) La composición de la Comisión Evaluadora de estas ayudas es la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.&lt;/strong&gt; Remitir a la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones información sobre la presente convocatoria, en los términos establecidos en el artículo 20.8 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, de forma previa en la publicación en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; (BOIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra este acuerdo, que no agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso de alzada ante la Comisión de Gobierno en el plazo de un mes a partir del día siguiente en que se haya publicado, de acuerdo con el artículo 122 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y el artículo 22 de la Ley 8/2000, de 27 de octubre, de los consejos insulares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El mencionado recurso se entenderá desestimado, si no se notifica la resolución correspondiente, cuando hayan transcurrido tres meses des de su interposición. Contra la desestimación del recurso de alzada por silencio administrativo se puede interponer recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
