    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De conformidad con la legislación vigente en materia de haciendas locales, el Pleno del Ayuntamiento, en sesión celebrada el día 31 de marzo de 2022, aprobó inicialmente la modificación de crédito por Pleno número 6 en el Presupuesto del Ayuntamiento para el año 2022 y se publicó en el BOIB núm. 45 del 2 de abril de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Habiendo transcurrido el plazo de exposición al público de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 177.2 en concordancia con el artículo 169.1 del Real decreto legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, no se ha presentado ninguna alegación ni reclamación a la modificación de crédito por transferencia de pleno número 6/2022, por lo que queda aprobada definitivamente, transcribiéndose el detalle de la modificación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“PRIMERO&lt;/strong&gt;. Aprobar el expediente de modificación de créditos núm. 6/2022, en la modalidad de suplemento de créditos con cargo al Remanente de Tesorería resultante de la liquidación del ejercicio anterior, como se detalla a continuación:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Además, queda acreditado el cumplimiento de los requisitos que establece el artículo 37.2., apartados a) y b) del Real Decreto 500/1990, de 20 de abril, por el que se desarrolla el capítulo primero Título sexto de la Ley 39/1988, de 28 de diciembre, reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, en materia de presupuestos.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a) El carácter específico y determinado del gasto a realizar y la imposibilidad de demorarlo a ejercicios posteriores.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b) La insuficiencia o inexistencia en el estado de gastos del Presupuesto de crédito destinado a esta finalidad específica, que deberá de verificarse en el nivel en que esté establecida la vinculación jurídica. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.&lt;/strong&gt; Exponer este expediente al público mediante anuncio en el BOIB, por quince días, durante los cuales los interesados podrán examinarlo y presentar reclamaciones ante el Pleno. El expediente se considerará definitivamente aprobado si durante el citado plazo no se hubiesen presentado reclamaciones, con caso contrario, el Pleno dispondrá de un mes para resolverlas. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
