&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Asunto: Rectificación anexos 1 y 2 del Decreto de aprobación de procedimiento de ampliación del Registro de personas docentes de la Escuela Municipal de Formación -Ayuntamiento de Palma-.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;INFORME: Dado que, en el BOIB Nº. 47 de 7 de abril de 2022, se publicó la Aprobación de procedimiento de ampliación del Registro de personas docentes de la Escuela Municipal de Formación del Ayuntamiento de Palma, por resolución del concejal del Área de Hacienda , Innovación y Función Pública número 4.974 de 25 de marzo de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Dado que se ha observado que, en el art. 13.3 del Anexo 1 y en el apartado final “Protección de datos” del Anexo 2 (solicitud de inscripción), hay error en cuanto a la Ley Orgánica 15/1999 referenciada por cuanto, debe hacer referencia en ambos casos a la vigente Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de protección de datos personales y garantía de los derechos digitales, y al Reglamento (UE) general de protección de datos 2016/679. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Visto lo que estipula el Decreto Alcaldía 13026 de 28/06/2019 BOIB núm. 94 de 11/07/2019, de organización de los servicios administrativos del Ayuntamiento de Palma, sobre delegación de competencias, así como los artículos 172 y 175 del Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Corporaciones Locales., el jefe de Servicio que suscribe PROPONE al Ilmo. SR. Concejal del Área de Función Pública se dicte y eleve a Decreto la siguiente propuesta:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1.- Rectificar el artículo 13.3 del Anexo 1 y el apartado final “Protección de datos” del Anexo 2 (solicitud de inscripción) del Decreto de aprobación de procedimiento de ampliación del Registro de personas docentes de la Escuela Municipal de Formación -Ayuntamiento de Palma- por cuanto se ha detectado error en cuanto a la Ley Orgánica 15/1999 referenciada dado que debe hacer referencia en ambos casos a la vigente Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de protección de datos personales y garantía de los derechos digitales, y en el Reglamento (UE) general de protección de datos 2016/679.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2. Se adjuntan los anexos 1 y 2 con el citado texto corregido. El resto se mantiene todo igual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3. El procedimiento, plazos y solicitudes presentadas se mantienen sin variaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;4.- Publicar en el BOIB, una vez aprobada, esta Resolución así como los anexos 1 (procedimiento de ampliación del Registro de personas docentes de la Escuela Municipal de Formación) y 2 (solicitud de inscripción en el Registro de personas docentes de la Escuela Municipal de Formación) con los textos corregidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Preámbulo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Visto que, en el BOIB núm. 21 de fecha 02/15/2018, se publicó la aprobación del Procedimiento de creación y mantenimiento del Registro de personas docentes de la Escuela Municipal de Formación y que, en el BOIB núm. 182 de fecha 24 de octubre de 2020 se publicó la aprobación de procedimiento de ampliación del Registro de personas docentes para dar respuesta al incremento de las necesidades de personal docente para conseguir las acciones formativas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Visto el número de peticiones por parte de personas docentes externas e internas que tienen la intención de colaborar con la Escuela Municipal de Formación, se considera adecuada la ampliación del citado Registro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Artículo 1. Objeto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El objeto de este procedimiento es ampliar la base de datos del profesorado de diversas materias, incluidas en las áreas del Plan de formación general de la EMF, a partir de un proceso de inscripción a través del registro municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Artículo 2. Alcance&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Este procedimiento afecta al personal docente de actividades formativas desarrolladas en el marco de los planes de formación o de cualquier acción formativa programada y ejecutada por la EMF.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Artículo 3. Ampliación de la Base de datos general del profesorado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Se amplía la Base de datos general del profesorado de la EMF para que cualquier persona interesada en formar parte de su equipo de docentes quede registrada telemáticamente y para ordenar y clasificar los datos del personal docente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Artículo 4. Procedimiento de inscripción en la Base de datos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1. Se establece como plazo para presentar las solicitudes de inscripción en la Base de datos del profesorado los 15 días siguientes a la fecha de publicación en el BOIB y en la web de la EMF del anuncio de creación de la Base de datos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2. Las solicitudes deben presentarse en el Registro General del Ayuntamiento de conformidad con el modelo de inscripción que figura como anexo y que detalla la materia o materias a impartir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3. Una vez finalizado el plazo de presentación de solicitudes la EMF establecerá un procedimiento mediante el cual se evaluará el currículo y la documentación presentados. El resultado de esta evaluación, que se publicará en el BOIB, permitirá seleccionar al personal docente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;4. La EMF revisará cada 2 años la Base de datos. Sin embargo, a petición de la persona interesada se podrá actualizar e incorporar nuevos docentes, aunque las personas ya inscritas quedarán exentas de una nueva inscripción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Artículo 5. Criterios de valoración de méritos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1. Los criterios para evaluar los datos del personal docente son los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;a. Titulaciones académicas superiores a la exigida&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;b. Niveles de catalán&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;c. Formación en género&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;d. Experiencia docente en la especialidad de la acción formativa durante los últimos cinco años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;e. Experiencia profesional o práctica acreditada en la materia de la acción formativa propuesta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;f. Compromiso de aportar programación didáctica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;g. Compromiso de aportar material didáctico de elaboración propia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;2. También se puede valorar que marquen en la solicitud la aceptación de la publicación de los resultados obtenidos en la evaluación de satisfacción y el compromiso de aceptar ser evaluados por personal experto en alguna de las acciones formativas de la cual sea el docente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Artículo 6. Tabla de valoración&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Se establecen las siguientes puntuaciones para los criterios de evaluación mencionados en el artículo anterior:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Punto a: Se valora con 0,5 para cada titulación superior a la requerida, hasta un máximo de 1,5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Punto b: Se valora con 0,5 cada nivel de conocimientos a partir del B2, hasta un máximo de 1,5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Punto c: 0,05 puntos por hora de formación en género, hasta un máximo de 2 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Punto d: 0,05 puntos por cada hora de docencia en acción formativa, hasta un máximo de 2, 5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Punto e: 0,5 puntos por cada año de experiencia profesional directamente relacionada con la materia formativa, hasta un máximo de 2,5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Punto f: 2 puntos por compromiso de aportar programación didáctica, de acuerdo con el Plan de formación vigente o con la necesidad formativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Punto g: 1 punto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Máximo de puntuación: 13 puntos (con la posibilidad de sumar 1 punto más).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Artículo 7. Formación y acciones formativas de apoyo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Con el objetivo de mejorar las competencias y las habilidades docentes, la EMF se compromete a diseñar un proceso formativo adecuado, del que se excluirán las personas docentes con una trayectoria profesional y docente que garantice que ha alcanzado los objetivos del programa formativo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Artículo 8. Órganos responsables de la selección&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El órgano responsable de la selección es una comisión integrada por un mínimo de 4 miembros, que serán:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Vocales: los / las jefes de sección de la EMF&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Artículo 9. Pruebas selectivas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La Comisión puede llevar a cabo pruebas o entrevistas para determinar la idoneidad de las personas inscritas en relación con sus competencias pedagógicas y tecnológicas, entre otros aspectos a valorar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Artículo 10. Inscripciones de oficio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La Comisión podrá acordar la inscripción de oficio de las personas que acrediten un prestigio profesional o docente en el ámbito de las administraciones públicas, si han manifestado su interés en ser inscritas o autorizado la inscripción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Artículo 11. Comunicación de la inscripción&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La inscripción se comunica mediante notificación personal. En caso de exclusión, esta circunstancia se debe motivar en la notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Artículo 12. Bajas y exclusiones de la base de datos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1. El personal inscrito se puede dar de baja del Registro en cualquier momento, mediante solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2. Pueden ser motivos de exclusión:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;a. El incumplimiento de las directrices para el personal docente o las instrucciones establecidas en los procedimientos de la EMF relativas al desarrollo de acciones formativas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;b. La valoración negativa de los alumnos o del personal de la EMF en dos o más acciones formativas impartidas, de acuerdo con los procedimientos de la EMF.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3. Cualquier exclusión requiere un informe previo justificativo de la Comisión, que debe aprobar la Dirección General de Función Pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Artículo 13. Inclusión en la base de datos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1. La inclusión no implica la selección directa de las personas inscritas como personal docente, pero permite tener en cuenta los méritos y las competencias del personal inscrito y solicitar sus servicios cuando lo requieran las necesidades formativas. Cualquier persona puede acceder a su información para conocer la situación que ocupa en la base de datos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2. La EMF debe velar para mantener una presencia equilibrada entre hombres y mujeres en el equipo docente seleccionado, con un porcentaje mínimo del 60/40.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3. De acuerdo con la Ley orgánica la Ley O. 3/2018, de protección de datos personales y garantía de los derechos digitales, y el Reglamento (UE) general de protección de datos 2016/679, los datos facilitados por las personas inscritas en la base de datos se registrarán en un Registro de Actividad de Tratamiento y se utilizarán únicamente para la finalidad descrita.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;4. La EMF puede permitir, con la autorización de la persona interesada, el acceso a la información de la base de datos a organismos públicos y promotores de formación de las Administaciones públicas que lo soliciten, de acuerdo con la legislación vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Artículo 14. Desarrollo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Esta propuesta de regulación del registro de profesorado de la EMF estará vigente en todas las acciones formativas que se lleven a cabo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
