    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 70 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, de bases de régimen local; artículo 45 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre de Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas; artículo 21 de la Ley 8/2000, de 8 de octubre de Consejos Insulares; y artículo 17.4 del Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de Haciendas Locales, se hace público que &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;mediante&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Decreto de Presidencia de&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;fecha&lt;/span&gt; 8 de abril de 2022, adop&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;tado por&lt;/span&gt; delegación &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;del &lt;/span&gt;Pleno del Consell Insular d'Eivissa &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e 25 de mar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;zo &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de 2022&lt;/span&gt; (BOIB núm. 45 de 2 de abril de 2022) de &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;todas las facultades que la normativa de contratos atribuye al órgano de contratación en relación con el Contrato para la redacción de los proyectos, la construcción y la puesta en funcionamiento y la explotación de algunas instalaciones de tratamiento integral de residuos municipales contempladas en el Plan Director Sectorial de Gestión de Residuos Urbanos de Eivissa y Formentera aprobado mediante Decreto 46/2001 (BOIB núm. 45, de 14/04/2001), &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;se &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;han apro&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;do los siguientes cánones&lt;/span&gt; de explotación del servicio de gestión de residuos prestado en régimen de concensión por la UTE GIREF, en las instalaciones del Área ambiental de Ca na Putxa, resultantes de la aplicación de la fórmula de revisión de precios prevista en el articulo 2 del Régimen económico de la concesión y que estarán vigentes desde el &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1 de enero de 2022 hasta el 31 de diciembre de &lt;/span&gt;202&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
