&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. En fecha de 2 de abril de 2022 se celebraron en Palma dos plenos del Consejo de la Juventud de las Islas Baleares (CJIB), uno para aprobar la entrada de nuevas entidades miembro y el otro, para celebrar elecciones a los cargos electivos de la Comisión Permanente de este órgano de participación juvenil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Según el artículo 9.5 del Decreto 63/2016, de 21 de octubre, por el que se crea el Consejo de la Juventud de las Islas Baleares, se establecen las normas básicas de organización y funcionamiento y se aprueban los principios generales que regulan los consejos de la juventud de ámbito insular y local, el nombramiento y el cese de las personas que forman parte de la Comisión Permanente debe publicarse en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt; mediante una resolución del director o directora general competente en materia de juventud. Asimismo, el artículo 4.3 del citado Decreto prescribe que también deben publicarse en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares &lt;/em&gt;la incorporación de las entidades miembros del CJIB y el número de representantes que les corresponde, así como la pérdida de esta condición, cuando proceda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. La Consejería de Asuntos Sociales y Deportes, por medio de la Dirección General de Infancia, Juventud y Familias, tiene actualmente las competencias en materia de juventud, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el Decreto 11/2021, de 15 de febrero, de la presidenta de las Islas Baleares, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. La Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. La Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El Decreto 63/2016, de 21 de octubre, por el que se crea el Consejo de la Juventud de las Islas Baleares, se establecen sus normas básicas de organización y funcionamiento y se aprueban los principios generales que regulan los consejos de la juventud de ámbito insular y local (BOIB núm. 134, de 22 de octubre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. El Reglamento de funcionamiento interno del CJIB, aprobado en la sesión plenaria de día 8 de julio de 2017 y modificado en el Pleno de día 19 de diciembre de 2020 (BOIB núm. 32, de 6 de marzo de 2021).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Publicar el cese de los señores y señoras Maria del Mar Roig Sierra, Pau Roig Mas, Pau Emili Muñoz Canyelles y Jorge Soler Cantero de los cargos de vicepresidenta primera, vicepresidente segundo y vocales de la Comisión Permanente del CJIB, agradeciéndoles la tarea desarrollada.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Publicar el nombramiento de las personas que ocupan los cargos electivos de la Comisión Permanente, en concreto:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— Pau Emili Muñoz Canyelles, presidente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— Maria Antònia Ferrer Perelló, vicepresidenta primera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Asociación de lucha antisida de las Islas Baleares ALAS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que no agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso de alzada ante la propia directora general o de la consejera de Asuntos Sociales y Deportes, en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente a la su publicación, de acuerdo con los artículos 121 y 122 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas; y el artículo 58 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares. Si no se interpone recurso en este plazo, el acto se convertirá en firme a todos los efectos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El recurso de alzada debe entenderse desestimado si, habiendo transcurrido tres meses desde su interposición, no se ha dictado resolución. En este caso, queda abierta la posibilidad de interponer un recurso contencioso administrativo ante la Sala de lo Contencioso del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Islas Baleares, en el plazo de seis meses desde el día siguiente a la desestimación presunta, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
