font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%"><em><em>2.Con fecha 30 de enero de 2021 se publicó la Resolución de la presidenta del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) por la que se aprueba la convocatoria, para el año 2021, de las ayudas por prorrogar los compromisos asumidos para el fomento de la agricultura ecológica en la convocatoria del 2016. </em></em></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%"><em><em>3.Con fecha 12 de febrero de 2022 se publicó la Resolución de la presidenta del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) por la que se modifican los créditos y la financiación de diversas convocatorias de subvenciones del FOGAIBA, correspondientes a la medida 11 que prevé el Programa de desarrollo rural de las Islas Baleares 2014-2020 </em></em></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%"><em><em>4.Los órganos gestores del Servicio de Ayudas al Desarrollo Rural han llevado a cabo el control administrativo de las solicitudes y documentación aportada de acuerdo con las normas reguladoras de esta ayuda. </em></em></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%"><em><em>5.Los interesados señalados en el Anexo I adjunto han presentado, en tiempo y forma, la documentación prevista en la convocatoria, y se ha comprobado que cumplen con los requisitos exigidos para prorrogar los compromisos adquiridos en 2016 por en el Fomento de la Agricultura Ecológica. </em></em></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%"><em><em>- Mantener sin disminuir la superficie comprometida a nivel de grupo de cultivo, independientemente de que pueda variar la ubicación del cultivo dentro de las parcelas que integran la explotación agraria o de los cambios de las parcelas donde se ubica el cultivo. Este compromiso se considera cumplido con una tolerancia máxima de disminución de la superficie comprometida de 0,1 ha en grupos de cultivo que tengan hasta 0,5 ha de superficie comprometida y un 10% en aquellos de más de 0,5 ha de superficie comprometida. </em></em></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%"><em><em>- Cumplir en las parcelas lo que establecen las normas genéricas y específicas de cada cultivo sobre producción ecológica. </em></em></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%"><em><em>- Mantener y actualizar el cuaderno de explotación específico para la agricultura ecológica donde se inscribirán operaciones de cultivo y actuaciones realizadas (abono, fitosanitarios, cultivo, etc) en cada una de las parcelas ( o grupo de parcelas en caso de ser el mismo cultivo), con indicación de la fecha de realización y las incidencias, si las hubiere. </em></em></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%"><em><em>- Participar, durante el período de compromiso, en actividades de formación relacionadas con la agricultura ecológica.
