    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Pleno de la Corporación, en sesión ordinaria de día 31 de marzo de 2022, ha aprobado la modificación de las bases reguladoras para la concesión de ayudas económicas a la rehabilitación de restauración de fachadas, eliminación de barreras arquitectónicas, mejora del eficiencia energética de los edificios, actuaciones para la instalación de placas solares fotovoltaicas y actuaciones para la instalación de puntos de recarga para vehículos eléctricos para los años 2021-2022. (Base datos nacional de subvenciones núm. 579071), concretamente las bases 3, 6, 9 y 14. Se publica el texto íntegro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Modificación de las bases reguladoras para la concesión de ayudas económicas a la rehabilitación y restauración de fachadas, eliminación de barreras arquitectónicas, mejora de la eficiencia energética de los edificios, actuaciones para la instalación de placas solares fotovoltaicas y actuaciones para la instalación de puntos de recarga para vehículos eléctricos para los años 2021 y 2022, y de la convocatoria pertinente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Pollença convoca la concesión de ayudas económicas para la rehabilitación, restauración de fachadas, eliminación de barreras arquitectónicas, mejora de la eficiencia energética de los edificios, actuaciones para la instalación de placas solares fotovoltaicas y actuaciones para la instalación de puntos de recarga para vehículos eléctricos para los años 2021-2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Base 1.-Objeto de la convocatoria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El objeto de la presente convocatoria es la concesión de ayudas económicas para fomentar la promoción de obras de rehabilitación y restauración de fachadas, eliminación de barreras arquitectónicas, mejora de la eficiencia energética de los edificios, actuaciones para la instalación de placas solares fotovoltaicas y actuaciones para la instalación de puntos de recarga para vehículos eléctricos del municipio de Pollença.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Base 2.- Ámbito de aplicación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Son susceptibles de gozar de las ayudas municipales las siguientes intervenciones realizadas en el término municipal de Pollença:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Actuaciones de rehabilitación y restauración de fachadas realizadas en inmuebles ubicados en edificios entre medianeras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Actuaciones para la eliminación de barreras arquitectónicas en edificios plurifamiliares en cualquier tipo de ordenación o unifamiliares entre medianeras, construidos con licencia solicitada antes del 21 de septiembre de 1994, o construidos antes de la entrada en vigor de la Ley de Régimen del Suelo y Ordenación urbana de 12 de mayo de 1956.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Actuaciones para mejorar la eficiencia energética pasiva de los edificios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Actuaciones para la instalación de placas solares fotovoltaicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Actuaciones para la instalación de puntos de recarga para vehículos eléctricos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cuando se trate de edificios incluidos en el ámbito del Plan Especial del Centro Histórico o bien incluidos en el Catálogo Municipal de Edificios definitivamente aprobado o con calificación de Bien Catalogado o Bien de Interés Cultural, ya sea el edificio de forma individualizada como monumento histórico o dentro de un conjunto histórico, se podrán beneficiar de estas subvenciones independientemente de la tipología edificatoria, ya sea aislada o entre medianeras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Base 3.- Beneficiarios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Tendrán la consideración de beneficiarios los propietarios y arrendadores de los inmuebles, ya sean persona física o jurídica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No podrán obtener la condición de beneficiarias las personas que se encuentren en la situación prevista en el artículo 13.2 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, excepto en los cargos electos regulados en la Ley Orgánica 5/1985, de 19 de junio, del Régimen Electoral General.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Base 4.-Créditos disponibles&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Consta crédito en el presupuesto municipal de 2021 por importe de 25.000 euros en la aplicación 0 151 48911 para las actuaciones descritas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Pollença se compromete a consignar en el presupuesto de gastos para el año 2022, crédito suficiente a la aplicación correspondiente para la financiación de las actuaciones descritas correspondientes a la anualidad económica 2022&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Base 5.- Condiciones generales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Podrán ser objeto de las ayudas municipales las obras referidas en la base 2 siempre que reúnan los requisitos que constan en las bases después de haber comprobado que los beneficiarios están al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias con el Ayuntamiento de Pollença (o acreditación de estar exentos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Todas las actuaciones y obras deberían garantizar su coherencia técnica y constructiva con el estado de conservación del edificio, así como su contribución efectiva en la mejora de las condiciones de uso, seguridad, estética exterior del edificio y la adecuación o supresión de parto o elementos impropios de las fachadas a rehabilitar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cuando se trate de actuaciones en el ámbito del Plan Especial del Centro Histórico las características de las fachadas, colores y materiales se tendrán que adaptar a las normas del PECH de Pollença, en concreto en el artículo 7 punto 3.4&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Base 6.- Tipo y ayudas económicas municipales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las ayudas tendrán la consideración de subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Pollença a los beneficiarios en las condiciones reguladas por estas bases, y consistirán en:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Ayudas económicas directas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.1. Disfrutarán de una subvención por los siguientes importes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Hasta un 20% del coste de las obras aquellas actuaciones destinadas a la rehabilitación de fachadas, eliminación de barreras arquitectónicas y mejora de la eficiencia energética de los edificios del Término municipal de Pollença, con un máximo de 2.000 € por edificio unifamiliar y 3.000 € por edificio plurifamiliar. En el caso de solicitudes de particulares en un edificio plurifamiliar (es decir, que no sean obras de la comunidad de propietarios) la cantidad máxima será de 2.000 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Hasta un 30% del coste de las obras aquellas actuaciones destinadas a la rehabilitación de fachadas, eliminación de barreras arquitectónicas y mejora de la eficiencia energética de los edificios del Término municipal de Pollença, con un máximo de 2.000 € por edificio unifamiliar y 3.000 € por edificio plurifamiliar, cuando se trate de edificios incluidos en el ámbito del Plan Especial del Centro Histórico o bien incluidos en el Catálogo Municipal de Edificios definitivamente aprobado o con calificación de Bien Catalogado o Bien de Interés Cultural, ya sea el edificio de forma individualizada como monumento histórico o dentro de un conjunto histórico. En el caso de solicitudes de particulares en un edificio plurifamiliar (es decir, que no sean obras de la comunidad de propietarios) la cantidad máxima será de 2.000 € (se equipara a los casos de edificios unifamiliares).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Hasta un 30% del coste de las actuaciones en caso de instalación de placas solares fotovoltaicas e instalación de puntos de recarga para vehículos eléctricos, con un máximo de 2.000 €. En el caso de solicitudes de particulares en un edificio plurifamiliar (es decir, que no sean obras de la comunidad de propietarios) la cantidad máxima será de 2.000 € (se equipara a los casos de edificios unifamiliares).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) Cuando para un mismo inmueble se solicite la subvención por más de una actuación de las enumeradas en la base 2 la cuantía de la subvención será hasta un máximo del 30% del coste acumulable con los siguientes límites máximos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;· Máximo de 4.000 € para edificios incluidos en el ámbito del Plan Especial del Centro Histórico o bien incluidos en el Catálogo Municipal de Edificios definitivamente aprobado o con calificación de Bien Catalogado o Bien de Interés Cultural, ya sea el edificio de forma individualizada como monumento histórico o dentro de un conjunto histórico. En el caso de obras de particulares en un edificio plurifamiliar el máximo se equiparará al máximo por edificios unifamiliares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;· Máximo de 3.000 € por edificio en el resto de casos. En el caso de obras de particulares en un edificio plurifamiliar el máximo se equiparará al máximo por edificios unifamiliares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e) En el caso de edificios sujetos al régimen de propiedad horizontal:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;OBRAS DE LA COMUNIDAD DE PROPIETARIOS: el importe máximo de la subvención otorgable a obras de la comunidad de propietarios será el resultado del producto del importe máximo subvencionable del edificio según el apartado d) anterior, así como los % de los apartados a), b) yc).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;OBRAS DE PARTICULARES en el que se acometan actuaciones parciales limitadas aparte de las propiedades incluidas en el edificio, los peticionarios podrán ser los propietarios de cada una de las propiedades y el importe máximo de la subvención otorgable a cada uno será el resultado de el importe máximo subvencionable del edificio según el apartado d) y los importes parciales según los apartados a), b) yc) anteriores,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.2Las obras que podrán acogerse a este tipo de ayuda serán:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.2.1Respecto a la rehabilitación y restauración de fachadas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Restauración de las partes de obra en mal estado (enlucidos, saneamiento de grietas, etc.)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Enfoscado o tratamiento de toda la fachada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Restauración de elementos escultóricos y ornamentales de fachada que puedan considerarse de interés.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Reconstrucción o restitución de elementos deteriorados o desaparecidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Limpieza y tratamiento de los paramentos pétreos o cerámicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Limpieza de los esgrafiados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Limpieza y restauración de los elementos de cierre (puertas, ventanas...).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Limpieza y restauración de los elementos de cerrajería (barandillas, rejas...).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Eliminación de aparatos acondicionadores de aire, antenas o cualquier otro elemento de este tipo situado en la fachada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Sustitución de bajantes y canales de recogida de aguas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Reparación de cornisas o voladizos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.2.2.Respeto de la eliminación de barreras arquitectónicas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Habilitación de rampas para salvar desniveles y obras complementarias para hacerlas posibles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Acondicionamiento de baños para realizarlos adaptados o practicables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Modificación de recorridos interiores en los edificios tanto en los espacios comunes como en el interior de las viviendas, para crear itinerarios adaptados o practicables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La instalación de ascensores o salva escaleras y las obras complementarias para hacerlas posibles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Adaptación de plazas de garaje en garajes particulares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.2.3..- Respeto de la mejora de la eficiencia energética:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Mejora del aislamiento térmico a la envolvente del edificio, tanto en fachadas como en cubiertas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Sustitución de carpinterías por otros de mayor grado de aislamiento. No se incluyen las persianas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Sustitución de acristalamientos sencillos por acristalamientos dobles con cámara estanca, de mayor grado de aislamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;1.2.4.-&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Respecto a la instalación de placas solares fotovoltaicas será subvencionable la instalación de éstas así como los elementos accesorios necesarios e imprescindibles para la puesta en servicio de las mismas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;​​​​​​​1.2.5.-&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Respecto a la instalación de puntos de recarga para vehículos eléctricos será subvencionable la instalación de éstos así como los elementos accesorios necesarios e imprescindibles para la puesta en servicio de los mismos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Base 7.- Condiciones particulares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Las obras se ajustarán al Plan General de Ordenación Urbana de Pollença y al Plan Especial de Centro Histórico cuando sea de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. No podrán ser objeto de estas subvenciones las intervenciones que sitúen o mantengan los aparatos de aire acondicionado, antenas o cualquier otro elemento de este tipo en los paramentos de fachada a rehabilitar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Para las intervenciones definidas en la base 2 b), deberá cumplirse con la normativa actual de supresión de barreras arquitectónicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Base 8.- Obligaciones de los beneficiarios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los beneficiarios de las ayudas económicas municipales se obligarán a cumplir las siguientes condiciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Llevar a cabo la obra objeto de la subvención de acuerdo a las condiciones establecidas en estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Permitir la inspección municipal de las obras y facilitar los datos y documentos que les sean solicitados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Obtener la licencia municipal de obras pertinente. En caso de comunicación previa la documentación presentada debe ser completa y correcta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Empezar y terminar las obras en los plazos previstos en la licencia, salvo que el acuerdo de concesión de la ayuda especifique otra cosa. El incumplimiento injustificado de estos plazos comportará la pérdida de la subvención. En caso de comunicación previa, ésta debe ser solicitada antes del inicio de las obras, en caso contrario se deberá solicitar licencia de legalización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Exhibir durante toda la obra el distintivo indicado en el Anexo VII. Si la subvención se concede una vez finalizada la obra, al menos se deberá exhibir en un lugar visible del inmueble durante un mes natural. Se deberá aportar un escrito indicando período y una foto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cumplir estrictamente las disposiciones municipales relativas a rótulos, salidas de humo, ruidos, aparatos de aire acondicionado, antenas parabólicas... y las específicas de construcción como las relativas a andamios, toldos, ocupación de la vía pública, seguridad y salud en el trabajo, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Acreditar ante el Ayuntamiento la realización de la actividad de acuerdo con el artículo 13 de estas bases y el cumplimiento de los requisitos y condiciones que determinan la concesión de la subvención, así como la notificación de cualquier modificación que se produzca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Base 9.- Documentación a entregar con la solicitud&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las solicitudes de ayudas económicas se formularán en el Registro General del Ayuntamiento, con independencia de la solicitud de la licencia de obras correspondiente o en paralelo con ésta, e incluirán como mínimo la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Instancia de solicitud de subvención con expresión de los datos de la finca y del solicitante o solicitantes.(Anexo I).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Documento acreditativo de la titularidad del inmueble.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Documento acreditativo de la identidad del titular del inmueble(fotocopia DNI, NIE o NIF).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) Documento acreditativo de la representación otorgada, en su caso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e) En el caso de comunidades de propietarios, acta de la Junta de Propietarios en la que conste el acuerdo de solicitud de la ayuda y la aprobación de las obras de rehabilitación a realizar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;f) Fotografías del edificio (generales de fachadas y de detalle de los elementos en los que se intervendrá) en el estado previo a la intervención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;g) Planos o croquis y pequeña memoria con indicación de las problemáticas del estado inicial y los materiales, acabados y colores de la propuesta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;h) Presupuesto detallado por capítulos o tramos con mediciones de cada una de las partidas y oficios y aplicación de precios unitarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;i) Si la solicitud se presenta por parte del arrendatario, autorización otorgada por el titular del inmueble de las obras/actuaciones a realizar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;j) En el caso de solicitud individual por actuaciones a realizar en edificios plurifamiliares, comunicación a la comunidad de propietarios, ó, en su defecto, comunicación al resto de propietarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Base 10.- Presupuesto de la subvención&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El presupuesto de la subvención, a efectos del cálculo de la subvención, está constituido por el presupuesto de ejecución material correspondiente a las partidas que afecten a las intervenciones definidas en la Base 2. No forman parte del presupuesto de la subvención los impuestos y las tasas derivadas de la obtención de la licencia municipal de obras y honorarios facultativos, gastos generales y beneficio industrial, ni, en su caso, los costes de los diagnósticos y estudios técnicos previos a la elaboración del proyecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El presupuesto subvencionable para la ejecución material de las obras será, como máximo, el previsto en las licencias municipales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. En caso de que las actuaciones afecten a diferentes puntos de los definidos en la Base 2, el importe de la subvención será acumulable por cada uno de los puntos, hasta los importes máximos indicados en la Base 6, apartado c.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Base 11.- Plazo de presentación de solicitudes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las solicitudes para estas ayudas económicas podrán ser presentadas hasta el 30 de septiembre de 2021, hasta que la disponibilidad presupuestaria permita la concesión de las subvenciones pertinentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Base 12.- Procedimiento de concesión: inicio, instrucción y resolución de la subvención y plazo de otorgamiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Las bases y el inicio del procedimiento de concesión de subvencio- nes se producen de oficio. El Ayuntamiento Pleno será el órgano encargado de su aprobación. Éstas serán publicadas en el BOIB, en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones BDNS, en el tablón de anuncios del Ayuntamiento y en la web www. ajpollenca.net, para que se puedan presentar las solicitudes durante el plazo establecido en la base undécima.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El órgano instructor del procedimiento de concesión corresponde a la Concejalía de Urbanismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los Servicios Técnicos Municipales (STM) examinarán si los beneficiarios cumplen con todos los requisitos necesarios para acceder a las subvenciones y evaluarán las solicitudes conforme a las condiciones establecidas en estas bases mediante la emisión del pertinente informe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El órgano instructor, a la vista del expediente y del informe previo emitido por los STM, formulará propuesta de resolución provisional, debidamente motivada, que se notificará al interesado/a para que en el plazo de diez días presente, si en su caso, las alegaciones que considere oportunas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si no se presentan alegaciones en el plazo concedido, la propuesta de resolución formulada tendrá carácter de definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En otro caso, una vez examinadas las alegaciones presentadas por los interesados, el órgano n instructor formulará propuesta de resolución definitiva, que deberá expresar el solicitante para el que se propone la concesión de la subvención y su cuantía, especificando su evaluación y las condiciones seguidas para efectuarla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. La competencia para resolver el procedimiento y conceder la subvención se atribuye a la Junta de Gobierno Local, que dictará este acuerdo formulada la propuesta de resolución definitiva y emitido informe de fiscalización por la Intervención Municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El acuerdo se notificará al solicitante beneficiario/a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Base 13.- Solicitud del pago de las ayudas y justificación de la subvención&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El plazo máximo para solicitar el pago de la subvención será el 30 de noviembre de 2022&amp;nbsp;para las subvenciones concedidas dentro de 2021 y el 30 de noviembre de 2023 para&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;ubvenciones concedidas en 2022. Se deberá presentar adjunta a la solicitud:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Instancia de solicitud del pago de la ayuda que corresponda con expresión de los datos de la finca y del solicitante o solicitantes, incluido el número de cuenta correcto a efectos de liquidación (Anexo II).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Declaración expresa del beneficiario de que los trabajos han finalizado de acuerdo con la propuesta técnica presentada en su momento (con los materiales, colores y acabados, con la adecuación de los servicios aéreos, y con la supresión o corrección de elementos añadidos disconformes con las ordenanzas), de acuerdo con la licencia de obras municipal(número y fecha) y de acuerdo con las bases que regulan la subvención(Anexo III).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En caso de que la parte de obra subvencionada esté incluida en un proyecto de alcance mayor que aún no cuente con final de obra por encontrarse en plazo de vigencia de la licencia, se podrá solicitar el pago de la parte subvencionada acreditando su correcta ejecución mediante un certificado de los STM que así lo acredite. En caso de que se tenga que actualizar las partidas o importes para adaptarse a las de las ayudas, deberá adjuntarse a la solicitud de licencia, antes de solicitar el pago, de la modificación del presupuesto en las partidas que se correspondan con las ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Acreditación del gasto mediante original o copia de las facturas de los industriales en correspondencia con el presupuesto presentado.(En relación con la factura o facturas que se presente/n para la acreditación del gasto, en caso de existencia de operaciones vinculadas, el beneficiario deberá comunicarlo de forma expresa ante el Ayuntamiento). (Anexo IV).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Fotografías del edificio en estado final de la rehabilitación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Modelo de solicitud de transferencia bancaria para pagos del Ayuntamiento de Pollença, debidamente cumplimentado, y asimismo conformado por la entidad bancaria, se encuentra a su disposición en la página web del Ayuntamiento de Pollença.(Anexo V).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Declaración responsable del beneficiario de que se encuentra al corriente de pago de las obligaciones tributarias con las Administraciones Públicas (AEAT y ATIB) y asimismo y específicamente con el Ayuntamiento de Pollença, que se encuentra al corriente de pago de las obligaciones con la Seguridad Social, y que no mantiene ninguna obligación con el Ayuntamiento de Pollença por reintegro de subvenciones o que en todo caso se encuentra al corriente de pago de obligaciones por reintegro de subvenciones con el Ayuntamiento de Pollença (Anexo VI).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Una vez presentada la solicitud de pago, los STM del Ayuntamiento realizarán una visita de inspección para comprobar que las obras se ajustan a las solicitadas para que se pueda proceder al abono de la ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Base 14.- Compatibilidad y concurrencia con otras subvenciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las ayudas obtenidas en aplicación de la presente convocatoria son compatibles con las obtenidas por el mismo concepto en aplicación de otros programas de fomento de la rehabilitación de la administración pública, siempre y cuando se dé cumplimiento al artículo 19.3 de la Ley 38/ 2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones en que el importe de la subvención/ayuda en ningún caso podrá ser de tal cuantía que, aisladamente o en concurrencia con otras subvenciones, ayudas, ingresos o recursos, supere el coste de la actividad subvencionada. El solicitante o solicitantes informarán en todo momento de las solicitudes efectuadas a otros organismos por este mismo concepto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Base 15.- Revocación y devolución de las subvenciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cuando el beneficiario incumpla total o parcialmente las obligaciones contraídas en estas bases al serle otorgada la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Base 16.- Régimen jurídico aplicable&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El régimen jurídico aplicable a esta convocatoria será el previsto en estas bases reguladoras; en la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, y en el Real decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Base 17.- Eficacia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Estas bases tendrán efectos a partir del día siguiente de aprobarse y publicarse en el BOIB y en la página web del Ayuntamiento de Pollença.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Disposición adicional primera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los edificios para los que se hayan concedido ayudas para rehabilitación o restauración de fachadas, eliminación de barreras arquitectónicas o mejora de la eficiencia energética, en campañas municipales anteriores, no podrán recibir nuevas ayudas para el mismo tipo de actuación hasta que haya transcurrido 5 años, a contar desde la fecha de pago de esta ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Disposición adicional segunda&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La condición de beneficiario de las ayudas incluidas en esta convocatoria supone la aceptación de que el Ayuntamiento pueda publicar y difundir imágenes y datos de las obras subvencionadas, así como el importe de las ayudas concedidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Disposición transitoria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las obras que solicitaron las ayudas de la anterior convocatoria 2018-2019 y no la obtuvieron por carencia de crédito podrán acceder a la presente línea de ayudas ya estos efectos su solicitud se incorporará de oficio, debiéndose ajustar a las condiciones de la presente convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las obras ya iniciadas, o incluso terminadas durante el año 2020, antes de entrar en vigor las ayudas establecidas por estas bases tendrán derecho a optar, siempre que se haya solicitado la correspondiente licencia de obras, si s procede, y se ajusten a las bases reguladoras de la presente convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Condiciones Particulares:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las obras deben ajustarse en todo caso al PGOU y otra normativa urbanística en vigor (PECH), especialmente en relación con la combinación de colores, materiales y composición de espacios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No podrán ser objeto de subvención las intervenciones que sitúen o mantengan los aparatos de aire acondicionado, antenas y otros elementos no permitidos en la fachada principal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los edificios que hayan sido objeto de ayuda municipal para la rehabilitación en los últimos 5 años no podrán recibir nuevas ayudas para el mismo tipo de actuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las obras ya iniciadas, o bien terminadas durante el año 2020, podrán ser objeto de esta subvención, siempre que se haya solicitado y/u obtenido la licencia municipal de obras pertinente y se ajusten a las bases reguladoras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Llevar a cabo la obra objeto de la subvención de acuerdo a las condiciones establecidas en las bases aprobadas por acuerdo del Pleno de la Corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Obtener la correspondiente licencia de obras o presentar la declaración responsable si las obras a ejecutar lo permiten.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Empezar y terminar las obras en los plazos previstos en la licencia o declaración responsable, salvo que el acuerdo de concesión de la ayuda indique otros plazos. El incumplimiento de éstos comportará la pérdida de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cumplir estrictamente las disposiciones municipales relativas a elementos de las fachadas y las específicas de construcción&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Justificar la ejecución de la obra de acuerdo con la base 13 de las bases reguladoras y el cumplimiento de los requisitos y condiciones que determina la concesión de la subvención, así como la notificación de cualquier modificación que se produzca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El plazo máximo para solicitar el pago de la subvención será el 30 noviembre de 2022 para subvenciones concedidas dentro de 2021 y el 30 de noviembre de 2023 para subvenciones concedidas dentro de 2022. Se facilitará el modelo de solicitud de pago y justificación junto con la resolución de aprobación de esta solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
