Una vez analizada toda la documentación presentada, el vicepresidente del FOGAIBA resolvió favorablemente la concesión de la ayuda a favor de AGRÍCOLA DALMAU, SL, con NIF B07892706, por importe concedido de 77.721,02 €, y con los datos que consta en el anexo de la Resolución de concesión del vicepresidente del FOGAIBA de 18 de julio de 2019 y publicada en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares núm. 171, de 3 de octubre. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:11,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3. El 28 de noviembre de 2019, el beneficiario presentó una solicitud de pago PARCIAL (núm. RGE núm. 23951, de 28/11/2019), la cual se pagó el 18 de diciembre de 2019, por un importe de la ayuda elegible de 44.724,69€. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:11,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;4. El 21 de octubre de 2021 (RGE núm. 496185), el beneficiario presentó UNA SEGUNDA solicitud de pago PARCIAL. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:11,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;5. Debe indicarse que la Resolución de la convocatoria no establece la posibilidad de presentar dos solicitud de pago parcial, por lo que el beneficiario el 17 de febrero de 2022 (RGE núm. 84490) presentó el desistimiento de la segunda solicitud de pago parcial antes citada. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:11,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;6.
