&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De conformidad con lo previsto en los artículos 17.3 bi 20.8 a de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, se publica el extracto de la convocatoria el texto completo de la cual se puede consultar en la Base de datos Nacional de Subvenciones (https://www. infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/618646):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero. Objeto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Con el objeto de fomentar la escritura en lengua catalana en la modalidad de narrativa, poesia o teatro, el Ayuntamiento de Ferreries convoca el &lt;span style="color:#000009"&gt;XL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000009"&gt;I&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000009"&gt; Concurso Literario Francesc d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;'Albranca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo. Beneficiarios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Pueden participar en el concurso todas las personas interesadas, en una de las modalidades siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A) 3r ciclo de primària&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;B) 1r ciclo de ESO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;C) 2n ciclo de ESO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;D) De 16 a 18 años&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;E) Mayores de 18 anys&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Las modalidades &lt;em&gt;A, B y C&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt; són de carácter local; no obstante, también pueden participar los alumnos de otras poblaciones que cursen estudios en los centros escolares de Ferreries. Las categorias &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;em&gt;D&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt; y &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;em&gt;E&lt;/em&gt; són de ámbito insular. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero. Bases reguladores&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por Decreto de Alcaldía núm. 187 de fecha 09/03/2022 se aprobaron las bases y la convocatoria del &lt;span style="color:#000009"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;XL&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000009"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;I&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000009"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; Concurso Literario Francesc d&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;'Albranca&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;. Las bases pueden consultarse en el tablón de anuncios de la sede electrònica del Ayuntamiento de Ferreries:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;http://www. ajferreries.org/tauler/edictes.aspx?TIPO=01&amp;amp;HISTORIC=1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto. Premios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Para las categorias &lt;em&gt;A, B y C&lt;/em&gt; se establecen doce premios en material didáctico, seis valorados en 50 € cada uno para los ganadores y seis valorados en 30 € cada uno para los finalistas. Asimismo se concederá tanto a los ganadores como a los finalistas un vale para qualquiera de los espectáculos organizados en el Auditorio de Ferreries en el plazo de un año a contar a partir de la entrega del premio. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Para la categoria &lt;em&gt;D&lt;/em&gt;, un premio en metálico de 150 € y para la categoria &lt;em&gt;E&lt;/em&gt;, un premio en metálico de 450 €. En las categories &lt;em&gt;D y E &lt;/em&gt;habrá un único premio&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;por categoria. Se concederá un diploma a los ganadores y finalistas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Los premios podran ser declarados desiertos y estaran sujetos a las retenciones fiscales y a las disposiciones legales vigentes que deban aplicarse.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto. Plazo y lugar de presentación de las obras&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El plazo de presentación de obres finalitza a las 20.00 horas del dia 13 de abril de 2022, en la Biblioteca Pública Municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
