    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;Mediante Decreto de Alcaldía núm. 267, de fecha 01/04/2022, se ha resuelto lo que se transcribe textualmente a continuación:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Nombrar funcionario en prácticas de la escala de administración especial, subescala de servicios especiales, clase policía local, del subgrupo C1 de clasificación, del Ayuntamiento de Ferreries, al aspirante que ha superado el proceso selectivo y que ocupa el primer lugar, J.M.M.F., amb DNI ****320**.. El&amp;nbsp;nombramiento tendrá efectos en fecha 25 de abril de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;J.M.M.F. tiene que realizar el curso básico de capacitación de acceso a la categoría de policía local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segundo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Comunicar a J.M.M.F. que día 25 de abril iniciará el periodo de prácticas que realizará en el municipio y que tendrá una duración de 6 meses, en conformidad con el previsto en el punto 11 de las bases y los artículos 177 y siguientes del Decreto 40/2019, de 24 de mayo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Designar al señor S.B.C., tutor para evaluar las prácticas en conformidad con el que establecen los artículos 180 y ss del Decreto 40/2019, de 24 de mayo, por medio del cual se aprobó el Reglamento marco de coordinación de las policías locales de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quart. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Notificar esta resolución a las personas interesadas, porque tomen conocimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quinto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Publicar esta resolución en el BOIB, de acuerdo con las previsiones del artículo 176 del Decreto 40/2019, de 24 de mayo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
