&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;BASES DEL CONCURSO DE CARTEL RUA 2022 - LLUBÍ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Llubí convoca un concurso para elegir el mejor cartel de SA RUA 2022 de acuerdo con las siguientes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Bases&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;1. Objeto del concurso: El presente concurso tiene como finalidad potenciar la creación artística y la participación ciudadana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Los carteles concursantes tendrán que ser originales e inéditos. En el caso de utilizar imágenes de personas, bienes, logotipos y otros en el cartel, debe contar con las autorizaciones y/o permisos apropiados al respecto, tanto para su uso como para su reproducción difusión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Teniendo en cuenta la Ley de propiedad intelectual, todos los derechos de reproducción y difusión del cartel ganador pertenecerán siempre a favor del Ayuntamiento de Llubí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;2.-Participantes. Podrá participar en este concurso cualquier persona interesada. Si se quiere presentar un cartel en representación de un grupo, escuela o entidad sin ánimo de lucro, debe designarse una persona representante. En el momento de la inscripción se deben facilitar los datos de esta persona representante, acompañados de los datos identificativos del grupo, escuela o entidad sin ánimo de lucro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;3.-Técnica y dimensiones. La técnica para realizar los carteles es libre pero no se admiten tintas metalizadas ni fluorescentes, ni tampoco relieves o volúmenes pegados o pegados. El cartel se realizará sobre un DIN A4. En el cartel debe figurar la inscripción RUA 2022&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;4.- Admisión de carteles. Cada participante puede presentar un máximo de dos carteles. Se puede presentar en horario laboral en el Ayuntamiento hasta el día 6 de MAYO de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Los carteles no deben firmarse ni poner el nombre en ningún caso del que lo presenta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Cada uno de los carteles que se presente debe hacerlo dentro de un sobre con la documentación requerida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;ANEXO 1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Fotocopia del DNI&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Fotocopia del DNI de representante legal en su caso&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Fotocopia del CIF en caso de ser entidad, grupo o escuela.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;5.- Calificación de las obras. El jurado encargado de decidir las obras finalistas será designado por la alcaldesa de Llubí o la persona en la que delegue. El jurado se reunirá para calificar las obras una vez finalizado el plazo de presentación. La elección del cartel ganador se realizará por consenso y se tendrá en cuenta aquellas obras que ofrecen mejor calidad artística, originalidad y promoción de SA RUA 2022&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;6.-Resolución. El jurado propondrá al órgano municipal el cartel ganador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;7.-Exposición. El Ayuntamiento de Llubí se reserva el derecho a realizar una exposición pública de las obras presentadas o de las seleccionadas por el jurado para esta finalidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;8.-Devolución de las obras. Una vez terminada la selección de los carteles se devolverán a sus autores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;9.-Aceptación de las bases. El hecho de presentarse este concurso supone la estricta aceptación de estas bases. El jurado del concurso tiene la facultad de interpretarlas y suplir cualquier laguna o aspecto no previsto en estas bases de acuerdo con su finalidad. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
