&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;"(...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Aprobar&amp;nbsp;la convocatoria de ayudas para el fomento de la moda Adlib, para el año 2022, sus bases (CSV: 14161354764200553541) y su extracto (CSV: 14161356012201047764), que constan en el expediente de 2022 nº 2182F, en conformidad con aquello establecido en los artículos 20.8 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones y el artículo 4.1 de la Resolución de 10 de diciembre de 2015, de la Intervención General de la Administración del Estado, por la cual se regula el proceso de registro y publicación de convocatorias de subvenciones y ayudas en el Sistema Nacional de Publicidad de Subvenciones (BOE 299, de 15 de diciembre de 2015).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Aprobar&amp;nbsp;la dotación económica de la convocatoria por un importe total máximo de ciento cincuenta mil euros&amp;nbsp;(150.000,00 €), que irán a cargo de la aplicación presupuestaria 4220.77000 del vigente presupuesto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Delegar&amp;nbsp;en la consejera ejecutiva del Departamento de Promoción Económica y Empresarial, y Cooperación Municipal, la concesión, el abono y la revocación de las ayudas objeto de esta convocatoria, de lo cual dará cuenta al Consejo Ejecutivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;.- Designar&amp;nbsp;como miembros de la comisión evaluadora prevista &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en&lt;/span&gt; la base décima de la convocatoria, las siguientes personas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINTO&lt;/strong&gt;.- PUBLICAR las bases en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB) y, posteriormente, remitir la convocatoria y el extracto de la convocatoria a la Base de datos Nacional de Subvenciones que dará traslado al Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares del extracto para su publicación, tal como establece la normativa vigente de subvenciones. La eficacia de la convocatoria queda supeditada en la publicación del extracto en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Bases de la convocatoria de ayudas para el fomento de la moda Adlib, para el año 2022&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Objeto y finalidad de las ayudas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El objeto de estas ayudas es dinamizar y fomentar la industria de la moda Adlib en la isla de Ibiza a través de la participación en ferias, pasarelas y acontecimientos especializados que permitan la promoción de la moda Adlib y de la marca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Todo esto con el fin de promover el mejor conocimiento de la industria de la moda de Ibiza en el exterior y su mejor posicionamiento en el mercado, consolidar la industria textil de Ibiza, e incrementar la comercialización de la moda Adlib. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Estas ayudas están previstas en el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones del Consejo Insular de Ibiza para el año 2020-2021-2022, publicado en el BOIB n.º 20, de 15 de febrero de 2020, y modificado por resolución del consejero ejecutivo del Departamento de Hacienda, Gestión Económica, Deportes y Juventud de 27 de enero de 2021 (BOIB nº 13 de 30 de enero de 2021).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Régimen jurídico&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Esta convocatoria se regirá por las disposiciones contenidas en las presentes bases, por la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas (en lo sucesivo LPAC), por la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de régimen jurídico del sector público, por el Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones (TRLS en lo sucesivo), y por la Ley estatal 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones (LGS en lo sucesivo), y su Reglamento, aprobado por el Real Decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio, en todo aquello que sea de aplicación, y el resto de normativa aplicable (en lo sucesivo RLGS).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Dotación económica&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El presupuesto total para esta convocatoria, en 2022, es de ciento cincuenta mil euros&amp;nbsp;(150.000,00 €) del vigente presupuesto del Consejo Insular de Ibiza, que irán a cargo de la aplicación presupuestaria 4220.47000, y que se distribuirán de la manera siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Línea 1: para actividades ejecutadas entre el 11 de octubre de 2020 y el 31 de marzo de 2022 (ambos incluidos), se destinará una cuantía de Cien mil euros&amp;nbsp;(100.000,00 €).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Línea 2: para actividades ejecutadas entre el 1 de abril y el 14 de octubre de 2022 (ambos incluidos), se destinará una cuantía de Cincuenta mil euros (50.000,00 €). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Una vez dictada la resolución definitiva de concesión de las ayudas correspondientes a la línea 1, la cuantía sobrante del crédito disponible podrá ser añadida, bien a la cuantía asignada para la línea 2, o bien a cualquier otra convocatoria del Departamento de Promoción Económica y Empresarial, y Cooperación Municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Actividades subvencionables&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Serán objeto de subvención las actividades llevadas a cabo entre el día 11 de octubre de 2020 y 14 de octubre de 2022 (ambos incluidos), que se incluyan en las líneas de actuación siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Asistencia y participación en actividades tales como ferias, pasarelas, showrooms o acontecimientos especializados de moda locales, en la isla de Ibiza, excluidas las organizadas por el Consejo Insular de Ibiza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Asistencia y participación en actividades tales como ferias, pasarelas, showrooms o acontecimientos especializados de moda nacionales, fuera de la isla de Ibiza. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Asistencia y participación en actividades tales como ferias, pasarelas, showrooms o acontecimientos especializados de moda celebradas fuera de España.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Asistencia, participación y/u organización de sesiones fotográficas y/o filmaciones que permitan obtener recursos para la promoción de la moda Adlib a través de las diferentes plataformas y medios online y offline.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Participación en ferias y acontecimientos virtuales de moda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Contratación de anuncios o campañas publicitarias en medios de comunicación escritos, audiovisuales y online.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Y, concretamente, de estas actuaciones serán consideradas gastos subvencionables:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Gastos derivados de la inscripción o alquiler de espacio físico o digital para realizar la actividad promocional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Gastos derivados del transporte de material (prendas de ropa, complementos, utensilios de apoyo, etc) para participar en la actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Gastos derivados del alojamiento para asistir en representación de la marca a la actividad promocional. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Gastos derivados de contratación de servicio de modelos para la actividad promocional, sesión fotográfica y/o filmación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Gastos derivados de la contratación del servicio de peluquería, maquillaje y estilismo para la actividad promocional, sesión fotográfica y/o filmación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Gastos derivados de la contratación del servicio de fotografía y filmación (incluida la edición de las imágenes) para la actividad promocional, sesión fotográfica y/o filmación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Gastos de la contratación de publicidad en medios de comunicación: planificación técnica, diseño y/o edición, y reserva del espacio publicitario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;En ningún caso se considerarán gastos subvencionables:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Los gastos que no cumplan el objeto de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Los impuestos indirectos cuando sean susceptibles de recuperación o compensación, como es el caso del IVA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Personas beneficiarias. Requisitos y obligaciones&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;5.1 Requisitos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Podrán solicitar las ayudas los diseñadores y las diseñadoras de moda, complementos y accesorios de moda Adlib que cumplan los requisitos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Haber participado en las campañas de promoción de la moda Adlib promovidas por el Consejo Insular de Ibiza, durante los años 2020, 2021 y 2022. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Estar dado de alta en Hacienda, como sociedad, como autónomo o como CB en la isla de Ibiza, en el epígrafe correspondiente y, en todo caso, en el momento de la solicitud de la ayuda y hasta la fecha de justificación de la actividad objeto de subvención. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Tener taller de confección propio o contratado en la isla de Ibiza, especificando dirección y datos de contacto, horario, número de trabajadores/oras y breve descripción del inventario. El taller tiene que estar inscrito o tiene que haber solicitado la inscripción en el Registro Industrial del Gobierno de las Islas Baleares. El Consejo Insular de Ibiza podrá comprobar presencialmente el cumplimiento de los requisitos mencionados antes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Estar de alta en la Seguridad Social, en todo caso en el momento de la solicitud de la ayuda y hasta la fecha de justificación de la actividad objeto de subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Estar al corriente en el cumplimiento de las obligaciones económicas con el Consejo Insular de Ibiza y de las otras obligaciones tributarias con Hacienda y con la Seguridad Social impuestas por la normativa vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- No incurrir en ninguna de las prohibiciones para ser beneficiario establecidas en el artículo 13 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones (en lo sucesivo LGS), y en el artículo 10 de texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones (de las Islas Baleares), aprobado por el Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre (en lo sucesivo, TRLS).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;5.2. Obligaciones de las personas beneficiarias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Además de lo que se dispone en el artículo 14 de la LGS, y del RLGS y el TRLS, son obligaciones de las personas beneficiarias: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Justificar debidamente la realización de la actividad, como también el cumplimiento de los requisitos y de las condiciones que determinen la concesión de la subvención. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Someterse a las actuaciones de comprobación, seguimiento e inspección que pueda efectuar el Consejo Insular de Ibiza y aportar toda la información y la documentación que le sea requerida en el ejercicio de estas actuaciones. En este sentido, el Consejo Insular de Ibiza podrá inspeccionar las actividades subvencionadas y el cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos (incluyendo realizar visitas a los talleres), sin perjuicio de las competencias que puedan corresponder a otros organismos e instituciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Comunicar al Consejo Insular de Ibiza la solicitud o la obtención de otras subvenciones para la misma finalidad procedentes de cualquier administración o entidad pública o privada, nacional o internacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Esta comunicación tiene que hacerse en el plazo de diez días hábiles a contar a partir de la solicitud o la obtención de la subvención concurrente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Conservar los documentos justificativos de la aplicación de los fondos percibidos, con inclusión de los documentos electrónicos, mientras puedan ser objeto de actuaciones de comprobación y control.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Reintegrar los fondos percibidos en los supuestos previstos legalmente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Adoptar medidas de difusión relativas al carácter público de la financiación de la actividad objeto de subvención. A tal efecto, se tiene que incluir de forma visible el apoyo del Consejo Insular de Ibiza o se dará difusión de la ayuda, mediante menciones, a las páginas webs, redes sociales, u otros medios de comunicación ordinarios (revistas, comunicados, etc.) de que disponga el/la beneficiario/aria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Cualquier alteración de las condiciones tenidas en cuenta para conceder la ayuda y, en cualquier caso, la obtención de subvenciones incompatibles, puede dar lugar a la modificación de la resolución de concesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Importe de las ayudas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;La cuantía máxima de las subvenciones que se podrá conceder en esta convocatoria es de ciento cincuenta mil euros&amp;nbsp;(150.000,00 €), que irán a cargo de la aplicación presupuestaria 4220.47000, y que se distribuirán de la manera siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Línea 1: para actividades ejecutadas entre el día 11 de octubre de 2020 y el 31 de marzo de 2022 (ambos incluidos), se destinará una cuantía de cien mil euros&amp;nbsp;(100.000,00 €)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Línea 2: para actividades ejecutadas entre el 1 de abril y el 14 de octubre de 2022 (ambos incluidos), se destinará una cuantía de cincuenta mil euros&amp;nbsp;(50.000,00 €). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La cantidad máxima a recibir por cada solicitante, sumando las ayudas recibidas por las diferentes actividades que hayan realizado, en esta convocatoria de subvenciones será de 15.000 euros. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Así mismo, una vez dictada la resolución definitiva de concesión de las ayudas correspondientes a la línea 1, la cuantía sobrante del crédito disponible podrá ser añadida, bien a la cuantía asignada para la línea 2, o bien a cualquier otra convocatoria del Departamento de Promoción Económica y Empresarial, y Cooperación Municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;6.1. Las ayudas se concederán de acuerdo con la distribución siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Gastos derivados de la inscripción o alquiler de espacio para realizar la actividad promocional, hasta un máximo del 75% del gasto. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Gastos derivados del transporte de material (prendas de ropa, complementos, utensilios de apoyo, etc) para participar en la actividad, hasta un máximo del 75% del gasto. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Gastos derivados del alojamiento para asistir en representación de la marca a la actividad promocional, y hasta un máximo de 100 euros por día de alojamiento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Gastos derivados de contratación de servicio de modelos para la actividad promocional, sesión fotográfica y/o filmación, hasta un máximo de 75% del gasto. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Gastos derivados de la contratación del servicio de peluquería, maquillaje y estilismo para la actividad promocional, sesión fotográfica y/o filmación, hasta un máximo del 75% del gasto. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Gastos derivados de la contratación del servicio de fotografía y filmación (incluida la edición de las imágenes) para la actividad promocional, sesión fotográfica y/o filmación, hasta un máximo del 75% del gasto. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Gastos derivados de la contratación de servicios publicitarios, hasta un máximo del 75% del gasto. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Los beneficiarios no podrán recibir ninguna ayuda que sea superior al coste de la actividad subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;6.2 Distribución de las ayudas en caso de que la cuantía de la convocatoria fuera insuficiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si la cantidad máxima prevista para cada línea de esta convocatoria (N) no resultara suficiente para hacer frente a las solicitudes de los beneficiarios, esta cuantía (N) se repartirá entre todos los beneficiarios de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las subvenciones se otorgarán a cada solicitante siguiendo un criterio proporcional en función de la suma total (S) de los importes resultantes de la aplicación del valor de los módulos entre todas las solicitudes que se presenten y cumplan los requisitos de estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Una vez obtenido el importe total de la suma realizada en cada línea, se aplicará el criterio proporcional según la siguiente relación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;K= N/ S&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Dónde:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;(N) es Cuantía de las ayudas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;(S) es la Suma del total de los importes resultantes del valor de los módulos de todas las solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;(K) es una constante de proporcionalidad a obtener en función de las solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;La cuantía a otorgar por cada solicitud en cada una de las líneas será la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Qi Cuantía a otorgar = K * Si solicitud (si la Qi resultando es superior se limitará a la cuantía máxima establecida)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Una vez realizado el reparto de todas las cuantías correspondientes por solicitud, en el supuesto de que haya excedente, este excedente (N2) se volverá a repartir entre todas aquellas solicitudes que todavía no hayan llegado al límite otorgable según el mismo criterio de reparto:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;K2= N2/S2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Dónde:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;(N2) es el excedente que resta de la distribución anterior&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;(S2) es la Suma del total de los importes resultantes del valor de los módulos de todas las solicitudes, que no hayan llegado al límite otorgable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;(K2) es una constante de proporcionalidad a obtener en función de las variables anteriores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Q2i Cuantía adicional a otorgar en el segundo reparto = K2 * Qi resultando del primer reparto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Las ayudas se otorgarán con informe previo del Departamento instructor de las ayudas y siempre con el límite de ciento cincuenta mil euros&amp;nbsp;(150.000,00 €) para el total de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En ningún caso la ayuda efectivamente pagada podrá ser superior a la cuantía debidamente justificada; en tal supuesto la cantidad de la ayuda se reducirá en la misma proporción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las ayudas no generan ningún derecho a la obtención de otras ayudas en ejercicios posteriores y no se pueden alegar como precedente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. Procedimiento de concesión y compatibilidad&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;7.1 Procedimiento de concesión de las ayudas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 30.7 de la Ley 38/2003 y el artículo 39.7 del Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, el procedimiento de concesión de estas ayudas se tramitará en régimen de concurrencia competitiva, y de acuerdo con los principios de publicidad, de objetividad, de transparencia, de igualdad y de no-discriminación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las ayudas no generan ningún derecho a la obtención de otras ayudas en ejercicios posteriores y no se pueden alegar como precedente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;7.2 Compatibilidad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las subvenciones que se otorguen de acuerdo con esta convocatoria son compatibles entre sí y también con las que puedan otorgar otras entidades públicas o privadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El importe de las subvenciones en ningún caso puede ser de una cuantía tal que, aisladamente o en concurrencia con otras subvenciones, ayudas, ingresos o recursos, supere el coste de la actividad subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La persona beneficiaria tiene que comunicar al Consejo Insular de Ibiza (véase Anexo 1) la obtención de otras subvenciones, ayudas, ingresos o recursos para la actividad subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. Solicitudes. Plazo y documentación a presentar&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;8.1. Forma y lugar de presentación de la solicitud&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las solicitudes de subvención se formalizarán mediante instancia, según el modelo normalizado que figura como Anexo 1 de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Con las solicitudes de subvención se tendrá que aportar la documentación que se requiere en este punto de las bases. En el momento de hacer la solicitud, se aportarán también los documentos requeridos para justificar la actividad (base 9).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las solicitudes se dirigirán a la Presidencia del Consejo Insular de Ibiza y se presentarán vía telemática mediante la Sede electrónica del Consejo Insular de Ibiza (https://seu.conselldeivissa.es), de conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 14 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas (en lo sucesivo Ley 39/2015), publicada al BOE de 2 de octubre de 2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;No se admitirá ninguna solicitud ni ninguna documentación que se presente únicamente a través de correo electrónico, en ningún momento de la tramitación del expediente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El hecho de presentar solicitud de estas ayudas implica la aceptación de estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;8.2. Plazo de presentación de solicitudes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El plazo para presentar las solicitudes empezará el día siguiente al de la publicación del extracto de la convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB) y finalizará:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Línea 1 (actividades ejecutadas entre el 11 de octubre de 2020 y el 31 de marzo de 2022): el 22 de abril de 2022. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Línea 2 (actividades ejecutadas entre el 1 de abril y el 14 de octubre de 2022): el 21 de octubre de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La solicitud se realizará una vez se pueda acreditar la realización de la actividad y aportar los documentos justificativos de la misma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;8.3. Documentación a presentar con la solicitud:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las solicitudes se presentarán con la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Acreditación de la representación, si la solicitud se hace en nombre de otra persona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Impreso de la solicitud de la subvención (anexo 1) debidamente rellenado donde se incluye:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Declaración responsable firmada por la persona solicitante de no estar sometida a ninguno de las circunstancias que determinan la imposibilidad de obtener la condición de beneficiario/aria de las subvenciones públicas recogidas en el artículo 13 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, y en el artículo 10 del texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones (de las Islas Baleares), aprobado por el Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, así como de estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias y de la Seguridad Social ante la Administración del Estado, así como de estar al corriente de las obligaciones económicas ante el Consejo Insular de Ibiza, y autorización al órgano instructor para comprobar estos datos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Declaración responsable en que se hagan constar todas las subvenciones o las ayudas obtenidas o solicitadas para la misma finalidad de cualquier ente público o privado, si procede, o una declaración exprés de no haber solicitado ninguna.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Si el/la solicitante es persona jurídica, original o copia cotejada de la escritura de constitución o modificación, estatutos o reglamento de funcionamiento inscritos en el registro correspondiente. En el supuesto de que así lo determinen los estatutos, se tiene que adjuntar certificado de nombramiento del representante legal habilitado para realizar la solicitud así como acuerdo adoptado por el órgano correspondiente de la entidad para solicitar la ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Si el/la solicitante es una agrupación de personas físicas o jurídicas, comunidades de bienes u otras agrupaciones económicas sin personalidad jurídica propia, tendrán que firmar la solicitud todas las personas integrantes y adjuntar sus DNI (o documentación acreditativa de la personalidad jurídica de cada uno de los integrantes); así mismo tienen que designar una persona como representante único a efectos de notificaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En cumplimiento del artículo 11.3 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, cuando se trate de personas físicas o jurídicas sin personalidad, se tendrán que hacer constar expresamente en la solicitud los compromisos de ejecución de cada miembro haciendo referencia a qué parte de la actividad ha ejecutado cada uno de ellos, así como el importe de subvención que solicita y que se ha de abonar a cada miembro de la agrupación, que tendrán igualmente la consideración de beneficiarios. En cualquier caso, se tendrá que nombrar un representante o apoderado único de la agrupación con poderes para cumplir las obligaciones que, como beneficiaria, corresponde a la agrupación. No se podrá disolver la agrupación hasta que haya transcurrido el plazo de prescripción previsto en los artículos 39 y 65 de la citada ley.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Acreditación de estar dado de alta en Hacienda, en el epígrafe correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Acreditación del alta en la Seguridad Social o, si es el caso, recibos de pago a la Seguridad Social para demostrar que ha estado de alta en el momento de la solicitud de la ayuda y hasta la fecha de justificación de la actividad objeto de subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Declaración responsable en que el diseñador o la diseñadora informe si dispone de taller de confección propio o ajeno en la isla de Ibiza, así como dirección, datos de contacto y número de trabajadores. Así mismo, se tendrá que indicar el número de inscripción o de la solicitud de inscripción al Registro Industrial del Gobierno de las Islas Baleares, según modelo que figura como Anexo 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Documentación de justificación de la ayuda: junto con la solicitud, se aportarán también los documentos requeridos para la justificación, de acuerdo con la base 9 de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- El impreso de transferencia bancaria del Consejo Insular de solicitud de transferencia bancaria, expedido necesariamente a nombre del/de la solicitante de la ayuda (persona física, jurídica o miembro de la CB –persona física– que cobrará la ayuda) y sellado por la entidad bancaria. Podréis encontrar este documento en la Sede electrónica del Consejo Insular de Ibiza, seleccionando el Ámbito Tesorería. Este impreso no habrá que presentarlo en caso de que se haya presentado anteriormente en el Consejo Insular de Ibiza y no se haya producido ningún cambio en los datos aportados en su momento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Cualquier otra documentación que la persona solicitante considere conveniente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Las personas solicitantes que ya hayan presentado en el Consejo Insular de Ibiza cualquiera de estos documentos solo tendrán que aportar la documentación que sea necesario actualizar o renovar, siempre que no hayan transcurrido más de cinco años desde que la documentación fue presentada y señalen la fecha y el órgano ante el cual se presentó.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Consejo Insular de Ibiza puede requerir, además, toda la documentación complementaria que considere necesaria para evaluar correctamente la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. Justificación de las ayudas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;9.1 Para justificar debidamente los gastos subvencionables se tendrá que aportar la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Memoria justificativa del cumplimiento de las condiciones establecidas para la concesión de la subvención, con indicación de las actividades llevadas a cabo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La memor&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;ia tiene que incluir:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;- explicación de la actividad&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;- fecha de realización de la actividad&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;- fotografías del expositor y de los productos&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;- Liquidación de ingresos y gastos: documento, debidamente firmado, con la liquidación detallada de ingresos y gastos de la actuación desarrollada, siempre dentro del periodo subvencionable establecido en su punto 4 de las presentes bases. Este documento, de acuerdo con el modelo del anexo 3, tendrá que tener la información siguiente:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;En el apartado de ingreso&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s: se informará, si es el caso, de otras ayudas recibidas para la misma actividad, detallando:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Concepto del ingreso&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Procedencia (se tendrán que indicar los fondos propios destinados a la actividad, y la presente ayuda solicitada al Consejo Insular de Ibiza, y otros ingresos que se hayan podido percibir)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Importe&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Fecha del ingreso&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Actuación para la cual se ha recibido el ingreso&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En el apartado de gastos: relación o listado de facturas o los documentos probatorios que el gasto se ha efectuado y pagado debidamente y los justificantes. Para cada factura o documento probatorio se tiene que especificar: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El balance de ingresos y gastos tiene que estar equilibrado y coincidir en los importes económicos totales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;9.2. Todas las facturas o los documentos probatorios del pago del gasto que, en su caso, se aporten para la justificación del gasto subvencionable tendrán que estar emitidos en una fecha dentro del periodo subvencionable (en la línea 1, entre el día 11 de octubre de 2020 y 31 de marzo de 2022; en la línea 2, entre el 1 de abril y el 14 de octubre de 2022).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;9.3. Los documentos probatorios o las facturas que se presenten para justificar la subvención tendrán que estar emitidos en una de las dos lenguas oficiales de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares o presentar una traducción oficial a alguna de estas lenguas oficiales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;9.4. Para aquellos gastos que estén sujetos a otras subvenciones y por cualquier motivo que lo aconseje, los justificantes originales presentados se marcarán con una estampilla indicando la subvención para la justificación de la cual ha sido presentada, y si el importe del justificante se imputa total o parcialmente a la subvención. En este último caso, se indicará además la cuantía exacta que resulte afectada por la subvención. Después, se aceptará la copia cotejada de esta factura estampillada, sujeta a otras subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;9.5. Se tendrá que acreditar el pago de las facturas/los documentos probatorios del gasto efectuado en alguna de las siguientes formas, dependiendo del medio de pago:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- En el supuesto de que el pago se haya realizado por transferencia bancaria, se acompañará documentación acreditativa de la transferencia bancaria. La persona beneficiaria tiene que ser titular de la cuenta bancaria desde la cual se haya efectuado el pago y así lo tendrá que acreditar, si es el caso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- En el supuesto de que el pago se haya realizado mediante tarjeta electrónica, se tendrá que aportar la liquidación de los pagos de la tarjeta electrónica. La liquidación tiene que estar efectuada en un número de cuenta bancario del cual la persona beneficiaria sea titular y así lo tendrá que acreditar, si es el caso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- En el supuesto de que el pago se haya realizado en efectivo, dentro de los límites permitidos por la legislación vigente, se tendrá que acreditar su pago al contado bien haciendo constar en la factura la firma, la identificación (nombre y DNI) de la persona que ha recibido el importe, la fecha de recepción del importe y el sello del proveedor, o bien aportando un documento de recibo del importe, en que consten el concepto, la cuantía abonada, la fecha de pago, la identificación (nombre y DNI) de la persona que ha recibido el importe y el sello del proveedor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10. Comisión de evaluación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;La comisión de evaluación es el órgano colegiado al cual corresponden las funciones siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Examinar las solicitudes, de acuerdo con las bases establecidas en esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Emitir un acta con un informe que tiene que servir de base para elaborar la propuesta de resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La comisión de evaluación estará integrada por un/a presidente/a, un/a secretario/aria y un número de vocales no inferior a tres, y, de acuerdo con criterios de competencia profesional y de experiencia, se designan las personas siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Olga Torres Ribas, presidenta titular; Rebeca Miguel Climent, suplente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Ana Maria Rodrigo Lara secretaria titular; Conchita Rebollo Laserna, suplente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11. Órganos competentes para la ordenación, la instrucción y la resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;11.1 El Departamento de Promoción Económica y Empresarial, y Cooperación Municipal del Consejo Insular de Ibiza es el competente para instruir el procedimiento de esta convocatoria, de conformidad con aquello establecido en el artículo tercero, apartado 5.g), del Decreto de Presidencia n.º 471/2019, de fecha 10 de julio, de estructura del gobierno del Consejo Insular de Ibiza y creación de departamentos (BOIB n.º 95, de 11-07-19; modificación en el BOIB n.º 175, de 31-12-2019).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;11.2. Corresponde a la consejera ejecutiva del Departamento de Promoción Económica y Empresarial, y Cooperación Municipal, la ordenación del procedimiento, en virtud del artículo primero, apartado y), del Decreto de Presidencia n.º 484/2019, de fecha 16 de julio de 2019, de determinación de las atribuciones correspondientes a los diferentes órganos del Consejo Insular de Ibiza (BOIB n.º 98, de fecha 17-07-19; modificación al BOIB n.º 175, de 31-12-2019).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;11.3. La aprobación de estas bases y la convocatoria, de conformidad con aquello establecido en el artículo tercero, apartado e), del Decreto de Presidencia n.º 484/2019, de fecha 16 de julio, de determinación de las atribuciones correspondientes a los diferentes órganos del Consejo Insular de Ibiza, corresponde al Consejo Ejecutivo, dado que su importe total supera los 15.000 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;11.4 Estas ayudas se concederán y se pagarán, por delegación del Consejo Ejecutivo, mediante resolución de la consejera ejecutiva del Departamento de Promoción Económica y Empresarial, y Cooperación Municipal, de lo cual se dará cuenta al Consejo Ejecutivo de este Consejo Insular de Ibiza en la próxima sesión que se celebre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12. Instrucción. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Subsanación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt; y mejora de la solicitud&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El Departamento de Promoción Económica y Empresarial, y Cooperación Municipal del Consejo Insular de Ibiza es el competente para instruir el procedimiento de tramitación de las solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Después de valorar las solicitudes, se requerirá a las personas interesadas, si la solicitud no reúne los requisitos establecidos en estas bases, que lo enmienden, de acuerdo con el que dispone el artículo 68.1 de la LPAC. Las personas interesadas podrán subsanar su solicitud en el plazo de diez días hábiles, contadores desde el día después de haber recibido la notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si en el plazo de diez días hábiles el interesado/da no hace la rectificación reclamada o no presenta la complementación requerida, el Consejo Insular de Ibiza, después de haber tomado la resolución pertinente, considerará que la entidad interesada desiste de su petición. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El órgano instructor podrá requerir, en cualquier momento de la tramitación del expediente, los documentos complementarios que se consideren necesarios, a efectos de garantizar la inversión correcta de los recursos presupuestarios destinados a las ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las notificaciones para las cuales se requiera la subsanación de la documentación aportada se realizarán mediante la publicación correspondiente en el tablón de anuncios de la sede electrónica y la web del Consejo Insular de Ibiza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13. Propuesta de resolución provisional y alegaciones&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Con base en el informe de la comisión de evaluación y de conformidad con el artículo 24.4 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, y el artículo 16 del TRLS, el órgano instructor formulará la propuesta de resolución provisional, debidamente motivada, que expresará la relación de personas beneficiarias para las cuales se propone la concesión de la ayuda y su cuantía; igualmente, si es el caso, en las solicitudes excluidas o para las cuales se propone la desestimación/denegación, se indicará la causa de exclusión o desestimación/denegación, y se abrirá un plazo de diez días hábiles para presentar alegaciones, contador a partir del día siguiente de su notificación, que se realizará mediante la publicación correspondiente en la sede electrónica del Consejo Insular de Ibiza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Una vez resueltas las alegaciones, si hay, se formulará la propuesta de resolución definitiva y la posterior resolución de concesión de las subvenciones, aprobada por el órgano competente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;14. Resolución y notificación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El procedimiento de concesión de estas ayudas es el de concurrencia competitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La resolución de concesión y abono de las ayudas la dictará la consejera ejecutiva del Departamento de Promoción Económica y Empresarial, y Cooperación Municipal, por delegación del Consejo Ejecutivo, que es el órgano competente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La resolución de concesión determinará la cuantía concedida e incorporará, si procede, las condiciones, obligaciones y determinaciones accesorias a que deba sujetarse el beneficiario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Los expedientes se resolverán en un plazo máximo de seis meses&amp;nbsp;a contar desde la finalización del plazo de presentación de las solicitudes a que se refiere cada línea de la convocatoria. Transcurrido este plazo sin que se haya dictado resolución expresa, la solicitud se tiene que entender desestimada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El órgano instructor notificará la resolución a las personas interesadas, que tendrán un plazo de diez días desde su recepción, para presentar alegaciones o la aceptación de la ayuda. Aun así, la aceptación se entenderá producida automáticamente si en el referido plazo no se hace constar lo contrario. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las notificaciones de la resolución de concesión se realizarán mediante la publicación correspondiente en el tablón de anuncios de la sede electrónica y en la web del Consejo Insular de Ibiza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;15. Pago de las subvenciones&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El importe de la ayuda que otorgue el Consejo Insular de Ibiza se hará efectiva una sola vez mediante transferencia bancaria, después de que se dicte la resolución definitiva de concesión, se notifique y haya pasado el plazo de aceptación de la misma sin ninguna alegación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Para efectuar el pago los beneficiarios tienen que estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias (AEAT y ATIB) y con la Seguridad Social, así como de las obligaciones económicas con el Consejo Insular de Ibiza. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Toda alteración de las condiciones que se han tenido en cuenta para conceder la subvención y, en todo caso, la obtención concurrente de subvenciones o ayudas otorgadas por otras administraciones o entes, públicos o privados, nacionales o internacionales, puede dar lugar a la modificación de la resolución de la concesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Para el pago de la subvención se podrá solicitar cualquier otra documentación o informes técnicos que los servicios del Consejo Insular de Ibiza consideren adecuadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;16. Revocación y reintegro&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;16.1. El incumplimiento de la obligación de justificar la finalidad de la ayuda económica recibida en la forma y los plazos establecidos supondrá, además de la revocación, la imposibilidad de participar en próximas convocatorias de ayudas del Consejo Insular de Ibiza mientras no se haga la devolución del importe reclamado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;16.2. Las ayudas concedidas se podrán revocar, por delegación del Consejo Ejecutivo, mediante resolución de la consejera ejecutiva del Departamento de Promoción Económica y Empresarial, y Cooperación Municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;16.3. Si durante la instrucción del expediente o en el transcurso de los 4 años posteriores a la concesión de las ayudas se observan incumplimientos parciales o totales de las actividades objeto de las ayudas estas pueden ser sometidas a reintegro, así como la exigencia del interés de demora desde la fecha del pago de la subvención hasta que se acuerde la procedencia del reintegro de esta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En este sentido, en conformidad con el artículo 17.3.n de la Ley general de subvenciones, en relación con el artículo 37.2 de la misma ley, y los artículos 13.n y 44 del TRLS, se establecen los siguientes criterios de graduación del posible incumplimiento material de la actividad objeto de esta subvención, y siempre que los beneficiarios acrediten una actuación inequívoca tendente a la satisfacción de sus compromisos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En particular procederá el reintegro total de la ayuda en el supuesto de falsedad de las declaraciones responsables presentadas, así como en caso de alienación de bienes adquiridos que hayan contado con subvención de esta convocatoria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;16.4. El órgano instructor aplicará estos criterios para determinar, si se tercia, el importe a reintegrar por parte de la entidad o persona beneficiaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;16.5. De acuerdo con lo que dispone el artículo 43 del Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, se tiene que revocar la subvención cuando, posteriormente a la resolución de concesión válida y ajustada a derecho, el beneficiario incumpla total o parcialmente las obligaciones o los compromisos contraídos a los cuales está condicionada la eficacia del acto de concesión de la subvención. En tal caso, quedará sin efecto el acto de concesión, total o parcialmente, y se reintegrarán las cantidades percibidas indebidamente además del interés de demora correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;16.6. El reintegro se realizará por el procedimiento establecido en el Título II de la Ley general de subvenciones, en el cual se tiene que garantizar la audiencia a las entidades interesadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;16.7. Las cantidades reintegrables tienen la consideración de ingresos de derecho público y pueden ser exigidas por la vía de apremio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;17. Régimen de infracciones y sanciones&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El régimen de infracciones y sanciones administrativas aplicables será el establecido en el título IV de la LGS, y en el título V del texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, aprobado por el Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre (de las Islas Baleares). Todo esto sin perjuicio de las responsabilidades penales o civiles en que se pueda incurrir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;18. Régimen de Recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;18.1. El acuerdo del Consejo Ejecutivo que aprueba las bases reguladoras de estas ayudas no agota la vía administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;18.2. Las resoluciones de la consejera ejecutiva del Departamento de Promoción Económica y Empresarial, y Cooperación Municipal, dictadas por delegación, y que se tienen que considerar dictadas por el órgano delegante (en este caso el Consejo Ejecutivo), no agotan la vía administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;18.3. Contra el acuerdo del Consejo Ejecutivo de aprobación de las bases reguladoras de las ayudas y las resoluciones de la consejera ejecutiva del Departamento de Promoción Económica y Empresarial, y Cooperación Municipal, dictadas por delegación del Consejo Ejecutivo, se podrá interponer ante la Comisión de Gobierno el recurso de alzada previsto en los artículos 112.1, 121 y 122 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, en el plazo de un mes desde el día siguiente de su notificación, todo esto en virtud de lo que disponen los artículos 22.2 de la Ley 8/2000, de 27 de octubre, de consejos insulares y el artículo 147.1 del Reglamento orgánico del Consejo Insular de Ibiza (publicado al BOIB n.º 136, de 18-09-10; corrección en el BOIB n.º 148, de 14-10-10; modificación en el BOIB n.º 48, de 16-04-16).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El recurso tendrá que resolverse en el plazo de tres meses, transcurridos los cuales sin que se haya dictado resolución expresa se entenderá desestimado y quedará abierta la vía contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;20. Publicidad&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las bases de la presente convocatoria se enviarán a publicar al Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB) y, una vez publicadas, en cumplimiento de lo que disponen los artículos 17.3, 18 y 20.8 de la LGS, se enviará la convocatoria y un extracto de esta a la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones (BDNS), que dará traslado del extracto al BOIB. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Además, quedarán recogidas en el portal web de ayudas del Consejo Insular de Ibiza Consejo Insular de Ibiza - Portal ajudes (conselldeivissa.es) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La eficacia de la convocatoria queda supeditada a la publicación del extracto en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

En cualquier caso, se tendrá que nombrar un representante o apoderado único de la agrupación con poderes para cumplir las obligaciones que, como beneficiaria, corresponde a la agrupación. No se podrá disolver la agrupación hasta que haya transcurrido el plazo de prescripción previsto en los artículos 39 y 65 de la citada ley.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
