&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;a. Caudal instantáneo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

REG_48: 15.000 m3/año (12.000 m3/año por obtención de hidrógeno y 3.000 m3/año por usos diversos de la planta, personal etc) por ENAGAS RENOVABLE SL para la producción de Hidrógeno mediante electrólisis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;ii. El resto hasta los 160.000 m3/año a extraer entre ambos aprovechamientos, para uso de la fábrica de hormigón de CEMEX España Operaciones SL.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Término municipal donde radica la presa, afectado por la obra y en la que se utilicen las aguas: Lloseta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 109 del Reglamento de Dominio Público Hidráulico, se somete a información pública por un plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente a la fecha de publicación de este anuncio en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y en el tablón de anuncios del Ayuntamiento de Lloseta, para que las corporaciones, las entidades y las personas interesadas puedan consultar su documentación en la página web de la DGRH (http://dgrechid.caib.es) y en la Consejería de Medio Ambiente y Territorio (C/ Gremio de Corredores, 10 – Polígono Son Rossinyol – Palma) y formulen las alegaciones que consideren oportunas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
