    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Transcurrido el plazo de exposición al público del acuerdo provisional relativo a la modificación del artículo 30.4 de la ordenanza de circulación del ayuntamiento de Lloseta, aprobada en sesión plenaria de la corporación de día 26-01-2022, y no se han presentado reclamaciones, se eleva a definitivo dicho acuerdo, según prevé el artículo 49 LBRL, de 1985, el artículo 30.4 de la ordenanza de circulación, se publicará en el BOIB, y será de aplicación a partir del siguiente día de su publicación en el BOIB&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Lloseta, en la fecha de la firma electrónica &lt;em&gt;(17 de marzo de 2022)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a) Ciclomotores, motocicletas y bicicletas estacionados en las zonas reservadas y señalizadas por su categoría&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b) Vehículos de servicios de urgencia, cuando se encuentren de servicio (ambulancia, bomberos, protección civil, ejército, fuerzas y cuerpos de seguridad)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c) Vehículos empleados por usuarios con tarjeta de estacionamiento con movilidad reducida, sólo si el vehículo es conducido por la persona titular de la tarjeta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d) Vehículos de servicios públicos o privados, vinculados a trabajos del Ayuntamiento con acreditación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e) Los vehículos de auto-taxi cuando su estacionamiento derive del servicio que se está prestando al usuario, siempre que el conductor esté presente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;f) Los vehículos de servicio oficial debidamente identificados, propiedades de Organismos dedicados directa y exclusivamente a la prestación de servicios públicos de su competencia, cuando estén realizando dichos servicios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;g) Los vehículos de representación diplomática acreditada en España, externamente identificados con placa de matrícula diplomática&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;h) Los vehículos destinados a la asistencia sanitaria durante el servicio”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
