&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓN DEL TRIBUNAL APROBANDO EL CAMBIO EN LA DESIGNACIÓN DEL TRIBUNAL CALIFICADOR&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Visto el Decreto 195/2022, por el cual se designa los miembros del Tribunal de selección de la bolsa de de trabajo de Técnico/a informático, grupo C, subgrupo C1 al Ayuntamiento de Sa Pobla. Vistas las renuncias de miembros del Tribunal al proceso selectivo.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De conformidad con las bases y convocatoria del proceso selectivo para formar una bolsa de trabajo de técnico informático del Ayuntamiento de sa Pobla (BOIB n.º 166, de día 2 de diciembre de 2021, mediante la presente,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Nombrar, como miembros del Tribunal calificador, conformo la base séptima, a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Presidente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Titular: Llorenç Reus Riera, funcionario de carrera del Ayuntamiento de sa Pobla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Suplente: Mateu Tous Muntaner, funcionario de carrera del Ayuntamiento de sa Pobla&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Vocales:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Suplente 2: Francesc Xavier Covas O'Ryan, Servicio de informática municipal del Consejo de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Titular 3: Jaume Pericàs Franco, técnico de nuevas tecnologías del Ayuntamiento de Felanitx.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Suplente 3: Catalina Serra Socias, administrativa RH del Ayuntamiento de sa Pobla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Secretario:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Titular: Xavier Rodríguez Abril, funcionario de carrera del Ayuntamiento de sa Pobla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Suplente: Guillem Cantallops Socias, funcionario de carrera del Ayuntamiento de sa Pobla&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El tribunal no puede constituirse ni actuar sin la asistencia de más de la mitad de sus miembros, titulares o suplentes indistintamente, sin presidente o presidenta ni secretario o secretaria. Las decisiones se tienen que adoptar por mayoría.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El tribunal puede acordar la incorporación en las tareas de personal asesor o especialistas en todas o alguna de las pruebas, que pueden actuar con voz pero sin voto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los miembros del Tribunal y los asesores se tienen que abstener de intervenir cuando concurran las circunstancias que prevé el artículo 23 de la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de régimen jurídico del sector público. Así mismo, tienen que notificar esta circunstancia a la autoridad que los nombró. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La abstención y la recusación de los miembros del tribunal se regulará por los artículos 23 y 24 de la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de régimen jurídico del sector público, y por los artículos 22 y 23 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las decisiones adoptadas por el tribunal se pueden recurrir en las condiciones que establece el artículo 121 de la Ley 39/2015&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar esta Resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y en el tablón de anuncios y portal de transparencia de la página web del Ayuntamiento de sa Pobla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
