&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“RESOLUCIÓN DE PRESIDENCIA&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SRA. ANA JUAN TORRES, PRESIDENTA DEL CONSELL INSULAR DE FORMENTERA, ISLAS BALEARES.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Vistas las bases que rigen el concurso-oposición para la creación de una bolsa de Técnicos/as de Inserción Laboral, para cubrir, con carácter interino o temporal, las posibles necesidades de provisión urgente de plazas y lugares de trabajo del Consell Insular de Formentera, BOIB n.º 104, de 5 de agosto de 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Dado que este proceso selectivo se rige por las determinaciones contenidas en esta convocatoria específica y por las Bases Generales de convocatorias de procesos de selección del Consell Insular de Formentera, publicadas en el BOIB n.º 46, de 5 de abril de 2008.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Atendiendo la documentación presentada por los aspirantes que se ha tramitado según la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Vista la Resolución de Presidencia de día 24 de agosto de 2021 por la cual se aprobó el listado provisional de aspirantes admitidos y excluidos al proceso selectivo de una bolsa de Técnicos/as de Inserción Laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Vista la resolución de Presidencia de día 28 de agosto de 2021, de corrección de error material, que aprueba el listado provisional de aspirantes admitidos al proceso selectivo de una bolsa de Técnicos/as de Inserción Laboral, para cubrir, con carácter interino o temporal, las posibles necesidades de provisión urgente de plazas y lugares de trabajo del Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Visto que ha transcurrido el plazo para realizar enmiendas, alegaciones o reclamaciones, y se han presentado varias enmiendas, según informe emitido por el área de secretaría de fecha 20 de enero y 28 de febrero de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Dado que se ha detectado un error material a la Resolución de Presidencia de fecha 02 de marzo de 2022, en concreto en su punto primero del He Resuelto, donde dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.- APROBAR &lt;/strong&gt;el siguiente listado definitivo de&lt;strong&gt; aspirantes admitidos&lt;/strong&gt; al proceso selectivo de una bolsa de Técnicos/as de Inserción Laboral, para cubrir, con carácter interino o temporal, las posibles necesidades de provisión urgente de plazas y lugares de trabajo del Consell Insular de Formentera:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Levantado el estado de alarma acordado por el Real Decreto 926/2020, de 25 de octubre, por el cual se declaró el estado de alarma para contener la propagación de infecciones causadas por el SARS-CoV-2, prorrogado hasta el 10 de mayo de 2021 por el Real Decreto 956/2020, de 3 de noviembre, hay que tener en cuenta las medidas de prevención sanitaria que se citan a continuación, derivada de la siguiente normativa: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Real decreto ley 13/2021, de 24 de junio, &lt;/strong&gt;por el que se modifican la Ley 2/2021, de 29 de marzo, de medidas urgentes de prevención, contención y coordinación para hacer frente a la crisis sanitaria ocasionada por el COVID-19, y el Real Decreto-ley 26/2020, de 7 de julio, de medidas de reactivación económica para hacer frente al impacto del COVID-19 en los ámbitos de transportes y vivienda, publicado en el BOE n.º 151, de 25 de junio de 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;AUTONÓMICA BALEAR:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Decreto Ley 5/2021, de 7 de mayo, &lt;/strong&gt;por el cual se modifican la Ley 16/2010, de 28 de diciembre, de salud pública de las Islas Baleares, y el Decreto Ley 11/2020, de 10 de julio, por el cual se establece un régimen sancionador específico para hacer frente en los incumplimientos de las disposiciones dictadas para paliar los efectos de la crisis ocasionada por la COVID-19, publicado en el BOIB n.º 60, de 8 de mayo de 2021. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 14 de febrero de 2022, &lt;/strong&gt;por el cual se establecen los niveles de alerta sanitaria que se tienen que aplicar en cada una de las islas, se modifica el Plan de Medidas de Prevención, Contención y Coordinación Frente a la COVID-19 y se aprueba un nuevo Plan Específico de Medidas de Prevención y Contención de la COVID-19 en los Servicios Sociales, aprobados por el Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 25 de octubre de 2021 (BOIB n.º 24, de 14 de febrero de 2022).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 28 de febrero de 2022&lt;/strong&gt;, por el cual se establece el nuevo Plan de Medidas Frente en la COVID-19, y que sustituye el Plan de Medidas de Prevención, Contención y Coordinación Frente a la COVID-19 que se aprobó mediante el anexo 1 del Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 25 de octubre de 2021. (BOIB n.º 31, de 1 de marzo de 2022).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Y atendido, finalmente, que, en cualquier caso, se tiene que cumplir necesariamente todas las medidas sanitarias y de prevención derivadas de la normativa anteriormente citada, con la adopción de todas las exigencias que la situación comporta, y sus actualizaciones, según que corresponda. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo esto, y por las competencias que tiene atribuidas la Presidencia según el Decreto de Presidencia de fecha 15 de octubre de 2021 (*BOIB n.º 146, de 26 de octubre de 2021), en relación con el artículo 9.2.l de la Ley 8/2000, de 27 de octubre, de consejos insulares, y toda la normativa aplicable que esté vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;HE RESUELTO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.- RECTIFICAR&lt;/strong&gt; el error material de la Resolución de Presidencia de fecha 02 de marzo de 2022,&lt;strong&gt; donde dice:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
