    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se hace público que el Pleno del Consell Insular de Formentera, en la sesión ordinaria del día 25 de febrero de 20202 ha adoptado el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3.1.4.- PRP2022/90 PROPUESTA DE APROBACIÓN DEFINITIVA DE LA MODIFICACIÓN DE LA ORDENANZA REGULADORA DE LA TASA PARA ESTACIONAMENTO REGULADO DE VEHÍCULOS DE TRACCIÓN MECÁNICA EN LAS ÁREAS Y VÍAS PÚBLICAS DE LOS NÚCLEOS DE ES PUJOLS, SANT FERRAN, SANT FRANCESC Y LA SAVINA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;...&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Sometido a votación los 15 miembros presentes de los 17 que forman el Pleno de la corporación, por más de la mayoría absoluta, con la siguiente composición y votación: el voto a favor de los 5 representantes del grupo político Gent x Formentera y de los 5 representantes del grupo político PSIB-PSOE (que forman el equipo de Gobierno), y la abstención de los 5 representantes presentes del grupo político Sa Unió de Formentera PP- Compromís, adopta, sobre la base de la propuesta transcrita, lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ACUERDO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Primero.- ESTIMAR PARCIALMENTE &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;la alegación presentada en fecha 11 de agosto de 2020 y con RGE 16293 por el Sr. EMT con DNI *****87X mediante la cual se incorpora un escrito del Sr. LYAS con DNI *****04S en representación de la entidad ARVAL, SAU, sobre la base de la argumentación expuesta en el informe de los servicios técnicos de movilidad de 15 de febrero de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Segundo.- APROBAR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; con carácter definitivo, la redacción final del texto de LA MODIFICACIÓN DE LA ORDENANZA REGULADORA DE LA TASA PARA ESTACIONAMIENTO REGULADO DE VEHÍCULOS DE TRACCIÓN MECÁNICA EN LAS ÁREAS Y VÍAS PÚBLICAS DE LOS NUCLEOS DE ES PUJOLS, SANT FERRAN, SANT FRANCESC Y LA SAVINA, una vez resuelta la reclamación presentada, con la redacción que a continuación se expone en el anexo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tercero.- NOTIFICAR &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;al interesado en contestación a las alegaciones presentadas en el RGE 16293 de fecha 11 de agosto de 2020 para su conocimiento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Cuarto.- PUBLICAR &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;el mencionado acuerdo definitivo con el texto íntegro de la Ordenanza en el BOIB, tablón de anuncios y página web de la corporación, entrando en vigor según lo previsto en el artículo 70.2 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local y, el artículo 103 de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, Municipal y de Régimen Local de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ANEXO&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ORDENANZA REGULADORA DE LA TASA PARA ESTACIONAMIENTO REGULADO DE VEHÍCULOS DE TRACCIÓN MECÁNICA EN&amp;nbsp; LAS ÁREAS Y VÍAS PÚBLICAS DE LOS NÚCLEOS DE ES PUJOLS, SANT FERRAN, SANT FRANCESC Y LA SAVINA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 1&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamento y naturaleza&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Al amparo de lo que prevén los artículos 57 y 20.3.uno del RD Legislativo 2/2004 del 5 de marzo, por el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de haciendas locales, el Consell Insular de Formentera establece la tasa de estacionamiento regulado de vehículos de tracción mecánica en las áreas y vías públicas de los núcleos de es Pujols, San Ferran, Sant Francesc y la Savina, la cual se regirá por la presente Ordenanza fiscal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 2&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Hecho imponible&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.- Constituye el hecho imponible de la tasa, el aprovechamiento especial del dominio público que se produce cuando se estacionan vehículos de tracción mecánica en las áreas y vías públicas señalizadas como zona azul o verde en los núcleos de es Pujols, San Ferran, Sant Francesc y la Savina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.- A los efectos de exigibilidad de esta tasa, se entenderá por estacionamiento toda inmovilización de un vehículo que no constituya una detención o parada según la Ley sobre tráfico, circulación de vehículos de motor y seguridad vial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 3&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Excepciones&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No está sujeto a la tasa el estacionamiento de los siguientes vehículos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.- Los vehículos autotaxis en servicio que se paren para permitir la subida o bajada de las personas usuarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.- Los vehículos eléctricos, previa petición al Consell.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.- Los siguientes vehículos, siempre que acrediten su identidad:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a. Vehículos del cuerpo Nacional de Policía, la Guardia Civil y el cuerpo de Policía Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b. Vehículos sanitarios, de bomberos y de protección civil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c. En la zona portuaria de La Savina, la Policía Portuaria y cualquier vehículo oficial de la Autoridad Portuaria de Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d. Vehículos de los servicios públicos vinculados al Consell Insular de Formentera, al Gobierno de las Islas Baleares o al Estado, cuando estén de servicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e. Vehículos de servicios de interés general para la isla de Formentera, previa autorización y con las condiciones que se determinen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;f. Vehículos de las representaciones diplomáticas y consulares acreditadas en España, externamente identificados con placas de matriculación diplomática y consular, así como un vehículo asignado al servicio de una oficina consular dirigida por personal funcionario consular honorario, todo esto a condición de reciprocidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;g. Vehículos de personas con movilidad reducida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;h. Vehículos de personas físicas o jurídicas que por motivos excepcionales, no permanentes y justificados necesiten estacionar más tiempo del permitido por la presente ordenanza. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;i. En las zonas reservadas al efecto, las motocicletas y ciclomotores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;j. En las zonas reservadas al efecto y en horario de servicio, los vehículos de transporte de mercancías. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 4&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sujeto pasivo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Son sujetos pasivos de la tasa las personas conductoras de vehículos estacionados en las áreas y vías públicas de los núcleos de es Pujols, San Ferran, Sant Francesc y la Savina reguladas como zona azul o verde.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 5&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Importe de la tasa&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.- Las tarifas de la tasa por unidad de tiempo en zona azul serán:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Importe por hora: &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;1,20€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Importe por minuto: 0,02€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Pago mínimo: &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;0,30€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Anulación de denuncia: 3,00€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.- El importe fijo mensual para las zonas de estacionamiento regulado de las poblaciones de es Pujols, San Ferran, Sant Francesc y la Savina serán:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Temporada de invierno (comprende los meses de noviembre a abril): 100€/mes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Temporada de verano (comprende los meses de mayo a octubre): 200€/mes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 6&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Beneficios fiscales&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.- Los vehículos híbridos, previa petición al Consell, dispondrán de una bonificación del 50% en las tarifas de la tasa por unidad de tiempo en zona azul:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Importe por hora: &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; 0,60€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Importe por minuto: &amp;nbsp; 0,01€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Pago mínimo: &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; 0,15€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.- Se beneficiarán de una bonificación del 100% del pago fijo mensual del artículo 5.2. las siguientes personas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Personas físicas residentes en la Savina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Personas físicas residentes en Formentera, no residentes en la Savina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Empresas y personas autónomas con domicilio social en Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.- Se beneficiarán de una bonificación del 85% del pago fijo mensual del artículo 5.2. las personas físicas del apartado 2 anterior que dispongan de un vehículo bajo la modalidad de arrendamiento financiero o similar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.- Se beneficiarán de una bonificación del 50% del pago fijo mensual del artículo 5.2. las siguientes personas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Personas físicas propietarias de un bien inmueble en es Pujols, San Ferran, Sant Francesc o la Savina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Personas físicas arrendatarias de un bien inmueble en es Pujols, San Ferran, Sant Francesc o la Savina por un tiempo igual o superior a 3 meses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Empresas y personas autónomas no radicadas en Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5.- Los propietarios de hoteles y el resto de los establecimientos de estancias turísticas ubicados en los núcleos de es Pujols, San Ferran, Sant Francesc y la Savina que adquieran las autorizaciones de estacionamiento en el núcleo donde esté ubicado el establecimiento para poder ponerlas a disposición de sus clientes, se beneficiarán de una bonificación del 25% en&amp;nbsp;las tarifas de la tasa por unidad de tiempo en zona azul:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Importe por hora: 0,90€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6.- Las personas físicas podrán disfrutar de una única bonificación, ésta será para un máximo de 12 meses consecutivos (renovable al finalizar el periodo) e irá referida a la matrícula de un vehículo concreto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7.-Las empresas y los trabajadores y trabajadoras autónomos podrán disfrutar de hasta cuatro bonificaciones, una para cada población con aparcamiento regulado. En el caso de disponer de una oficina o local comercial en un núcleo con aparcamiento regulado podrá disponer de una autorización extra. Las bonificaciones serán para un máximo de 12 meses consecutivos (renovables al finalizar el periodo) e irán referidas o bien a la matrícula de un vehículo concreto o bien al NIF de la empresa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8.-Por razones justificadas, la Comisión de Gobierno podrá ampliar el número de autorizaciones con bonificación para empresas y trabajadores autónomos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9.- Las personas físicas o jurídicas que se quieran acoger a alguna de las bonificaciones anteriores tendrán que acreditar el cumplimiento de los requisitos que se establecen para cada caso en el Anexo 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;10.- Las bonificaciones serán de aplicación en los tickets de estacionamiento regulado adquiridos en un expendedor de tickets.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Disposición adicional.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Acreditación de las bonificaciones en el estacionamiento regulado de la Savina.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En conformidad con el artículo 21 de la Ley 39/2015, del 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo Común, en los formularios de solicitud de la bonificación prevista en el artículo 6 de la Ordenanza presente, ya sean por primera vez o de renovación de las ya concedidas, se indicará de manera muy patente para las personas interesadas, que salvo que se notifique expresamente que hay que aportar nueva documentación por no ser completa la aportada o que la aportada originariamente obliga a denegarla sin más trámites, se entenderán otorgadas en todos los casos las bonificaciones solicitadas o las renovaciones, según corresponda por silencio administrativo a todos los efectos. Y a tales efectos, la propia solicitud valdrá como justificante acreditativo de la concesión de la bonificación por silencio, conforme al artículo 43.4 de la citada Ley 30/1992 y, en lo que corresponda, los artículos 103 y 104 de la Ley 58/2003, del 17 de diciembre, general tributaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las bonificaciones otorgadas por silencio administrativo serán efectivas en el plazo máximo de dos días.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Mediante el correspondiente Decreto de Presidencia que se expedirá con carácter quincenal o, como mucho, mensual y tendrá carácter general, se dictarán las resoluciones expresas correspondientes donde se contendrán los datos individuales relativos a las correspondientes solicitudes, ya sea para nuevas bonificaciones, ya sea para renovación de las ya concedidas. En este Decreto se especificarán debidamente los datos individuales relativos a cada solicitud y quedará patente, por cuestiones de seguridad jurídica y veracidad, cuántas son nuevas y cuántas son por renovación. En cuanto a las solicitudes denegadas, se dictarán resoluciones individuales específicas, con información de los correspondientes recursos en vía administrativa y judicial y solo estas se notificarán individualmente a las personas interesadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Disposición transitoria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las bonificaciones otorgadas con anterioridad a la entrada en vigor de la presente ordenanza fiscal mantendrán su vigencia durante el plazo fijado en su otorgamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Disposición Derogatoria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La entrada en vigor de la presente Ordenanza deroga la anterior ordenanza vigente, reguladora de la tasa por estacionamiento regulado de vehículos de tracción mecánica a las áreas y vías públicas del núcleo de la Sabina (BOIB n. º 26 de fecha 21 de febrero del 2015).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Disposición final&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En conformidad con lo que dispone el artículo 56 de la Ley 39/2015, del 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, el acuerdo de aprobación inicial de la presente ordenanza tendrá efectos ejecutivos, por los motivos económicos y de fondo que se señalan en la parte expositiva del acuerdo de aprobación, todo esto en relación a lo que ha supuesto y supone el estado de alarma derivado del Real Decreto 463/2020, del 14 de marzo y las consecuencias que conlleva, de todo orden y, una vez acabado el estado la alarma, sus consecuencias, y el Real decreto ley 21/2020, de 9 de junio, de medidas urgentes de prevención, contención y coordinación para hacer frente a la crisis sanitaria ocasionada por el COVID-19.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La presente Ordenanza, una vez aprobada definitivamente, tendrá vigencia indefinida y entrará en vigor el día siguiente en su publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares en cumplimiento del artículo 103.2 de la Ley 20/2006, del 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ANEXO 1&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requisitos para acogerse a las bonificaciones&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los requisitos y la documentación a presentar para cada caso son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.- Personas físicas residentes en la Savina.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.1.- Bonificación del 100%&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Requisitos: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Empadronamiento en la Savina de la persona titular o persona conductora del vehículo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Acreditación de ser la persona propietaria del vehículo o de ser persona conductora&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- El vehículo debe disponer de permiso de circulación destinado al uso particular e ITV en vigor&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Pagar el impuesto sobre Vehículos de Tracción Mecánica al Consell Insular de Formentera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- No tener deudas con el Consejo Insular en vía de apremio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Documentación a presentar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Documento de identidad de la persona beneficiaria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Permiso de circulación del vehículo destinado a uso particular&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Si procede, la póliza de seguro del vehículo con la persona designada como conductor/a&amp;nbsp;habitual. - Ficha ITV del vehículo en vigor&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Opcional: último recibo del Impuesto sobre Vehículos de Tracción Mecánica debidamente pagado correspondiente al Consell Insular de Formentera o, cuando todavía no se hubiera emitido ninguno para tratarse de vehículos nuevos o de alta reciente en el padrón fiscal de Formentera, acreditación de esta. En caso de encontrarse exento del pago de este impuesto, acreditación de esta circunstancia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.2.- Bonificación del 85%&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Requisitos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Empadronamiento en la Savina de la persona titular del contrato de arrendamiento financiero del vehículo o de la persona conductora&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Acreditación de ser titular de un contrato de arrendamiento financiero del vehículo o de ser persona conductora&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- El vehículo debe disponer de permiso de circulación destinado al uso particular e ITV en vigor&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- No tener deudas con el Consejo Insular en vía de apremio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.1.- Bonificación del 100%&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Requisitos: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Empadronamiento en la isla de Formentera de la persona titular o persona conductora del vehículo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Acreditación de ser la persona propietaria del vehículo o de ser la persona conductora&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- El vehículo debe disponer de permiso de circulación destinado al uso particular e ITV en vigor - Pagar el impuesto sobre Vehículos de Tracción Mecánica al Consell Insular de Formentera - No tener deudas con el Consell Insular en vía de apremio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Documentación a presentar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Documento de identidad de la persona beneficiaria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Permiso de circulación del vehículo destinado a uso particular&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Acreditación de ser titular de un contrato de arrendamiento financiero del vehículo o de ser la persona conductora&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- El vehículo debe disponer de permiso de circulación destinado al uso particular e ITV en vigor&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- No tener deudas con el Consell Insular en vía de apremio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Requisitos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Persona física propietaria de un bien inmueble en es Pujols, San Ferran, Sant Francesc o la Savina - Acreditación de ser la persona propietaria, de ser el titular de un contrato de arrendamiento del vehículo o de ser persona conductora&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Permiso de circulación del vehículo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Si procede, la póliza de seguro del vehículo con la persona designada como conductor/a habitual&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- En caso de tratarse de vehículos de alquiler, contrato de alquiler correspondiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- En caso de tratarse de vehículos sometidos a arrendamiento financiero, el contrato correspondiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Ficha ITV del vehículo en vigor&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.- Personas físicas arrendatarias de un bien inmueble en es Pujols, San Ferran, Sant Francesc o la Savina por un tiempo igual o superior a 3 meses&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Requisitos: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Persona física arrendataria de un bien inmueble en es Pujols, San Ferran, Sant Francesc la Savina, por un periodo de tiempo igual o superior a 3 meses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Acreditación de ser la persona propietaria, de ser el titular de un contrato de arrendamiento del vehículo o de ser persona conductora&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- El vehículo tiene que disponer de permiso de circulación e ITV en vigor&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Que la persona propietaria del bien inmueble no disponga de una autorización en vigor para el mismo inmueble.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Documentación a presentar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Empresas, personas autónomas y personas trabajadoras por cuenta propia, con domicilio social en la isla de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Requisitos: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Sede social radicada en Formentera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Vehículos a nombre de la empresa/persona autónoma&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Los vehículos tienen que disponer de permiso de circulación e ITV en vigor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- No tener deudas con el Consell Insular en vía de apremio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Para bonificación extra: disponer de una oficina o local comercial en casco urbano con aparcamiento regulado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Tarjeta de identificación fiscal de la empresa, o constitución de la sociedad civil, o comunidad de bienes, o presentación del modelo 036/037 de la AEAT, o certificado de la situación de Alta al IAE del AEAT&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Permiso de circulación del vehículo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- En caso de tratarse de vehículos de alquiler destinado al uso de la empresa, contrato de alquiler correspondiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Ficha ITV del vehículo en vigor&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Para bonificación extra: acreditar la propiedad o contrato de alquiler de una oficina o local comercial en casco urbano con aparcamiento regulado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6.- Empresas o personas autónomas no radicadas en Formentera&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Vehículos a nombre de la empresa/persona autónoma&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Requisitos: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Persona física o jurídica propietaria o titular de un hotel o establecimiento de estancias turísticas ubicadas en los núcleos de es Pujols, San Ferran, Sant Francesc y la Savina&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Documentación a presentar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- CIF/DNI de la persona física o jurídica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
