&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. ANTECEDENTES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.1. El pasado 26 de mayo de 2019 se celebraron las elecciones locales. La nueva corporación municipal se constituyó en sesión pública el día 15 de junio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.2. En virtud del principio de autoorganización y con la finalidad de hacer más eficaz la gestión de los asuntos municipales, se considera necesaria la delegación de atribuciones a la junta de gobierno local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. FUNDAMENTOS DE DERECHO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Con arreglo a lo dispuesto en los artículos 21.3 y 23.4 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local, y demás legislación concordante, es facultad de esta Alcaldía la delegación del ejercicio de las atribuciones propias en la junta de gobierno local y, sin perjuicio de las delegaciones especiales que puedan efectuarse. Todo ello, salvo de las materias indelegables previstas en los artículos 21.3 antes mencionado y 9 de la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de Régimen Jurídico del Sector Público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo lo anterior, en uso de las atribuciones que tengo legalmente conferidas, RESUELVO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;PRIMERO. Efectuar a favor de los siguientes concejales una delegación específica de atribuciones, conforme a lo establecido en el artículo 43.4 del Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, para gestionar los asuntos relacionados con las siguientes materias:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Carmen Corraliza Gallardo: SEGURIDAD CIUDADANA, MEDIO AMBIENTE, FERIAS Y FIESTAS Y MERCADOS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Mònica Viejo Becerra: TURISMO, VÍAS Y OBRAS, MOVILIDAD.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Lorena Molinillo Medina: HACIENDA, CONTRATACIÓN, TIC, SANIDAD, JUVENTUD.&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Magdalena Albertí Gili: URBANISMO, ACTIVIDADES, ARCHIVO Y CMC.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El alcance de las funciones de esta delegación comporta facultades de dirección y gestión. Se excluyen de la misma las facultades de resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;SEGUNDO. Notificar esta Resolución a los interesados. La eficacia de esta Resolución, en lo referente a las delegaciones específicas, resta condicionada a su aceptación por el órgano delegado. Si, en el plazo de tres días hábiles, a contar desde la notificación del acuerdo, el órgano delegado no efectúa ninguna manifestación expresa ante el órgano delegante, la delegación se entenderá aceptada.&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;TERCERO. Dar cuenta de esta Resolución ante el Pleno en la próxima sesión que se celebre. &lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;CUARTO. Publicar esta Resolución en el Boletín Oficial de la Provincia, sin perjuicio de que esta&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;resolución sea efectiva a partir del día siguiente de la fecha de la Resolución, conforme establece el artículo 44.2 del Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
