    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Sr. Alcalde-Presidente de este Ayuntamiento, el 9 de marzo de 2022, dictó la siguiente resolución:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;Decreto de Alcaldía nº 2022-0224&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Dado que finalizó el plazo por el cual fue nombrado el actual juez de paz titular y juez de paz sustituto, tal como ha comunicado en el Ayuntamiento el Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Dado que se hace necesario, por lo tanto, proceder a una nueva elección de estos cargos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Dado que corresponde al Pleno del Ayuntamiento la elección de las personas que tienen que ser nombradas como juez de paz titular y sustituto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Atendido el artículo 5 del Reglamento del Consejo General del Poder Judicial n.º 3/1995, de 7 de junio, de los jueces de paz, se anuncia la convocatoria pública para las provisiones de los cargos de JUEZ O JUEZA DE PA&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Z&lt;/span&gt; Y JUEZ O JUEZA DE PAU SUSTITUTO/A de este municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.- &lt;/strong&gt;Aprobar la convocatoria pública para cubrir las vacantes de Juez de Paz titular y sustituto del municipio de Binissalem. De acuerdo con la normativa aplicable, los interesados tienen que presentar sus solicitudes como se detalla a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Requisitos de los aspirantes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Ser español&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Ser mayor de edad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) Residir en este término municipal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d) No estar incurso en ninguno de las causas de incapacidad establecidas en el artículo 303 de la Ley Orgánica 6/1985, de 1 de julio, del Poder Judicial&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e) No incurre en ninguno de las incompatibilidades y prohibiciones reguladas en los artículos 389 a 397 de la Ley 6/1985, Orgánica del Poder Judicial&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Presentación de solicitudes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las personas interesadas que cumplan los requisitos mencionados pueden presentar sus solicitudes al Registro General del Ayuntamiento o en cualquier de los lugares previstos al apartado 4 del artículo 16 de la ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El plazo de presentación de instancias es de quince días hábiles contados a partir del día siguiente que se publique este anuncio en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Documentación a presentar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Junto con la solicitud se tendrá que presentar la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Fotocopia de su DNI&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Currículum vitae con los detalles más significativos de su perfil personal, académico y profesional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.- &lt;/strong&gt;Publicar la presente convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, en la llanura web del Ayuntamiento de Binissalem, al Enjuiciado Decano de Inca y al Juzgado de paz de Binissalem.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.-&lt;/strong&gt; Someter a la consideración del Pleno del Ayuntamiento las solicitudes presentadas porque elija, con el cuórum de mayoría absoluta, a la persona idónea de entre las personas interesadas. Binissalem, a la fecha de la firma electrónica. El alcalde, firmado y sellado.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
