2022-03-01 658274 CAIB es 7837 7836 2022-03-01 CAIB 102501 ![CDATA[MF-762 Creación puesto subescala auxiliar administrativa II]] CAIB ![CDATA[<div class="WordSection1"> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Mediante acuerdo de la Junta de Gobierno de 16/02/2022, se aprobó lo siguiente:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">“<strong>PRIMERO</strong>.- Aprobar la modificación de la Relación de Puestos de trabajo del Ayuntamiento de Palma que figura a la propuesta adjunta MF-762 relativa a la creación de un lugar de trabajo de la subescala auxiliar administrativa, adscrito en el Centro municipal de protección animal Son Reus, Servicio de ecología, agricultura y bienestar animal, del área d Medio ambiente y bienestar animal, de acuerdo con la petición del área.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif"><strong>SEGUNDO</strong>.- Establecer como fecha de efectos la del día siguiente de su aprobación.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif"><strong>TERCERO</strong>.- Publicar el contenido del Acuerdo en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.”</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Contra la presente resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer por parte de los interesados recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes ante el mismo órgano que las haya aprobado, de acuerdo con el artículo 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.
