    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La Comisión de Gobierno del Consell Insular de Formentera en sesión de carácter Ordinario &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de 11 de febrero de 2022, celebrada en forma presencial, adoptó, entre otros, el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;(...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO. - APROBAR&lt;/strong&gt; la convocatoria y las Bases reguladoras del otorgamiento de ayudas del Consell Insular de Formentera para deportistas individuales formenterenses o residentes en Formentera destacados por sus méritos deportivos durante el año 2021 con una dotación de 25.000,00 euros con cargo a la partida presupuestaria 2022.341.48000.01 las cuales constan adjuntas a este documento como ANEXO I.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO. - Publicar&lt;/strong&gt; las Bases presentes en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears, en el tablón de anuncios del Consell Insular de Formentera y en la página web de esta Administración a los efectos legales oportunos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO. - Abrir&lt;/strong&gt; un plazo para la presentación de solicitudes según lo previsto en la base quinta de la presente convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ANEXO I&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;BASES REGULADORAS PARA EL OTORGAMIENTO DE AYUDAS DEL CONSELL INSULAR DE FORMENTERA PARA DEPORTISTAS INDIVIDUALES FORMENTERENSES O RESIDENTES EN FORMENTERA DESTACADOS POR SUS MÉRITOS DEPORTIVOS DURANTE EL AÑO 2021 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. OBJETO DE LA CONVOCATORIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las presentes bases tienen como objeto apoyar la preparación participación de los deportistas destacados formenterenses o residentes en Formentera, considerados deportistas destacados por sus actuaciones y clasificaciones en campeonatos autonómicos, campeonatos y copas de España, de Europa y del mundo, en competiciones o rankings oficiales de ámbito nacional e internacional, así como seleccionados por la federación correspondiente para representar a España y las Islas Baleares en competiciones nacionales e internacionales. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La concesión de estas ayudas económicas no implica ninguna relación laboral, vinculación administrativa, ni prestación de servicios de ningún tipo entre la persona beneficiaria y el Consell Insular de Formentera, ni da lugar a incluirla en un régimen general de la seguridad social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. CRÉDITO PRESUPUESTARIO E IMPORTE DE LA SUBVENCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las ayudas concedidas se atenderán con cargo a la partida presupuestaria 2022.341.48000.01 con un valor de &lt;strong&gt;25.000,00 euros.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. RÉGIMEN DE COMPATIBILIDAD CON OTRAS AYUDAS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las ayudas que se otorguen de conformidad con estas bases son compatibles con la concesión de otras subvenciones y ayudas, sin perjuicio de la obligación de las personas beneficiarías de comunicarlo al Consell Insular de la forma establecida en estas bases. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El importe de las subvenciones o ayudas que se concedan no puede superar en ningún caso, de manera aislada o en concurrencia con otras ayudas o subvenciones, el coste de la actividad subvencionada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. ACTIVIDADES SUBVENCIONABLES. REQUISITOS DE LOS BENEFICIARIOS.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Para la concesión de ayudas y determinación de su importe, se tendrá en cuenta el currículo que acredite la participación en actividades o competiciones federadas desde el 1 de enero 2021 al 31 de diciembre de 2021, así como la programación o proyectos que acredite para todo 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Únicamente se tendrán en cuenta las modalidades deportivas individuales y las modalidades colectivas de un deporte individual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;No se concederán más de 6 becas a deportistas del mismo deporte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;4.1. Pueden ser objeto de subvención las actividades siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- La clasificación del o la deportista entre los 10 primeros del Campeonato de Baleares y / u otras competiciones autonómicas del mismo nivel dentro del calendario competitivo autonómico de la propia federación deportiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- La clasificación del deportista entre los 20 primeros del campeonato/copa de España.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- La clasificación del deportista entre los 35 primeros del campeonato/copa de Europa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- La clasificación del deportista entre los 35 primeros del campeonato/copa del Mundo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Haber sido seleccionado por la federación correspondiente para representar a España y las Islas Baleares en competiciones nacionales e internacionales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Posiciones en el ranking nacional, europeo o mundial elaborado al acabar la temporada deportiva objeto de la convocatoria a nivel nacional, europeo y / o mundial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;4.2. Pueden ser beneficiarios de estas ayudas los y las deportistas que cumplan los requisitos siguientes que deberán acreditar en el momento de presentar la solicitud:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Deportistas que en el año 2021 cumplan 15 años o más, pero menos de 35 años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Deportistas en &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;edad escolar &lt;/span&gt;que hayan sido convocados por federaciones autonómicas y/o nacionales para acudir a competiciones nacionales e internacionales de categorías infantiles y alevines durante el año objeto de la convocatoria (11 a 14 años cumplidos en el año 2021).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Haber realizado la actividad objeto de la subvención dentro del año objeto de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Estar empadronado en el municipio de Formentera, al menos, desde el 1 de enero del 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Estar en posesión de una licencia expedida u homologada por la federación balear o española correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- No tener vigente ninguna sanción firme grave o muy grave en materia deportiva, ninguna sanción firme por dopaje, ni ninguna sanción penal firme por delitos relacionados con el dopaje. En caso de que los expedientes sancionadores o los procedimientos judiciales estén aún en tramitación o la resolución sancionadora o sentencia condenatoria no sea firme, el deportista puede presentar la solicitud de ayuda, pero la concesión, en su caso, queda suspendida hasta estos procedimientos se resuelvan definitivamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- En caso de que la o el deportista haya estado lesionado durante las competiciones más importantes de 2021, y quiera presentar resultados del 2020 no vigentes, se debe presentar un certificado de la lesión deportiva que acredite el tiempo de baja y la relacióń de las competiciones que no se han podido hacer como consecuencia de la lesióń.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;4.3. En cualquier caso, no pueden ser beneficiarias las personas o entidades en las que concurra alguna de las prohibiciones establecidas en el art. 13 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;5. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SOLICITUD &lt;/strong&gt;Y DOCUMENTACIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las solicitudes, junto con la documentación requerida, se dirigirán al Consell Insular de Formentera, y se presentarán en el Registro General de la Oficina de Atención Ciudadana (OAC u OVAC) del Consell Insular de Formentera, en la calle de Ramon Llull núm. 6, Sant Francesc Xavier, Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Esta convocatoria se publicará en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears (BOIB), en el Tablón de anuncios de la OAC, en la página web de la Corporación: www.consellinsulardeformentera.cat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las solicitudes podrán presentarse, durante el plazo de 15 días naturales, desde el día siguiente al de la publicación de estas bases en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En caso de otorgamiento de la subvención, si por parte del Consell Insular de Formentera se tuviera conocimiento de la falsedad en alguno de los datos en los documentos requeridos, implicará la revocación inmediata de la subvención, sin perjuicio de que se inicien aquellas otras medidas legales que se estimen oportunas. La presentación de las solicitudes presume la aceptación expresa de lo establecido en esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;No se admitirán a trámite aquellas solicitudes que se presenten fuera del plazo establecido, resolviéndose la no admisión, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;que será notificada a los interesados de acuerdo con artículos &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;40 a 43 de la Ley 39/2015, d ́1 d ́octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;En caso de no reunir la solicitud toda la documentación exigida, o la presentada tuviera algún defecto formal, el Área de Deportes del Consell Insular de Formentera requerirá a los solicitantes para que en el plazo máximo e improrrogable de diez días hábiles enmienden la falta o aporten los documentos preceptivos, comunicándoles que si así no lo hicieran,&amp;nbsp; se les tendrá por desistidos de su solicitud, previa resolución, que deberá ser dictada en los términos previstos en el artículo 68 de la Ley 39/2015, d ́1 d ́octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Junto con la solicitud, la documentación a presentar por los solicitantes debe estar debidamente firmada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Licencia Federativa en vigor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Volante de empadronamiento del solicitante&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Certificado o informe técnico de la Federación Deportiva correspondiente que acredite los resultados deportivos de todo el año 2021 o en su defecto, las clasificaciones oficiales de cada una de las competiciones realizadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- En el caso de ser deportista en edad escolar, el certificado federativo que acredite la convocatoria y asistencia del o de la deportista al campeonato nacional y/o internacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Programa/Proyecto deportivo para el año 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Certificado bancario con el nombre del solicitante para poder efectuar el pago en caso de serle concedida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Declaración responsable &lt;strong&gt;Anexo I&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Declaración Jurada de las subvenciones recibidas &lt;strong&gt;Anexo II&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Cuenta Justificativa Simplificada de gastos subvencionables, es decir, vinculados a la actividad deportiva llevada a cabo: material, desplazamientos, alojamientos, preparación física, fisioterapia y recuperación, otros . . ..&amp;nbsp; &lt;strong&gt;Anexo III&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;En caso de que el deportista haya estado lesionado durante las competiciones más importantes de 2021, y quiera presentar resultados del 2020 no vigentes, se debe presentar un certificado de la lesióń deportiva que acredite el tiempo de baja y la relacióń de las competiciones que no se han podido hacer como consecuencia de la lesióń.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los modelos y anexos se pueden obtener en el portal web del área de Deportes Consell de Insular de Formentera ( www.consellinsulardeformentera.cat ) o en las dependencias del Polideportivo Antoni Blanc del Consell de Formentera. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Si alguno de los documentos exigidos, ya estuviera en poder del área de Deportes del Consell de Formentera, el solicitante de la subvención podrá acogerse a lo establecido en el artículo 13 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, siempre que no hayan transcurrido más de 5 años desde la finalización del procedimiento y no habiendo sufrido ninguna modificación desde su aportación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;6. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CRITERIOS &lt;/strong&gt;Y BAREMOS PARA EVALUAR LAS SOLICITUDES &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Se puntuará cada una de las solicitudes de acuerdo con los criterios siguientes: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;a) Por clasificación obtenida en Campeonato de Baleares o autonómicos de mismo nivel, Campeonato o Copa de España (prueba única o resultado global), Campeonato de Europa o del Mundo, se otorgará la puntuación que corresponda según la tabla correspondiente contenida en esta base.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;b) Por la posición en el ranking nacional, europeo o mundial, se otorgará la puntuación que proceda según la tabla correspondiente contenida en esta base.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Los y las deportistas que presenten un certificado acreditando una lesión deportiva que les haya impedido participar en competiciones importantes durante el año 2021, pueden presentar los resultados deportivos NO VIGENTES obtenidos entre el 1 de enero de 2020 y el 31 de diciembre de 2020, que se evaluarán como resultados del 2021&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- En el caso de competir en el mismo deporte en dos o más modalidades deportivas, se tendrá en cuenta la de mayor éxito deportivo; el resto puntuará al 50 %.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- En el caso de participar en dos categorías por edad se tendrá en cuenta la de mayor éxito deportivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- En las competiciones con diversas pruebas o celebraciones durante el año o temporada, debe considerarse como válido el resultado global conseguido tras sumar el resultado de todas las pruebas realizadas una vez finalizado el campeonato.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- No se evaluarán los resultados en pruebas con menos de cuatro deportistas, equipos o países participantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Sólo contará el ranking en una categoría (mundial, europeo, nacional o autonómico).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. DEL IMPORTE DE LAS AYUDAS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7.1. &lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El proceso para la distribución de las ayudas una vez admitidas las solicitudes es el siguiente: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Adjudicación de puntos en cada una de las solicitudes de conformidad con el apartado sexto de estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Suma del total de los puntos que hayan obtenido todas las solicitudes admitidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- División de la cantidad asignada que fije la convocatoria entre la suma de puntos adjudicados a los solicitantes, a fin de obtener el valor económico del punto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- La cantidad que corresponde a cada solicitud es la multiplicación de los puntos que se hayan adjudicado por el valor del punto, siempre que esta cantidad no sea superior a la solicitada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;7.2. El importe mínimo individual para optar a la ayuda será de 5 puntos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;7.3. El importe máximo por deportista individual será de &lt;strong&gt;5.000,00 €&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. PROCEDIMIENTO Y ÓRGANOS COMPETENTES PARA LA CONCESIÓN DE LAS AYUDAS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;8.1. Las ayudas se concederán, de acuerdo con los principios de objetividad, transparencia, igualdad, no discriminación y publicidad, mediante el procedimiento de concurrencia competitiva. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;8.2. El inicio del expediente se efectuará por medio de la aprobación de la convocatoria correspondiente. El texto de la convocatoria y demás documentación que se requiera se comunicará a la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones (de ahora en adelante BDNS) y se publicará el extracto de la convocatoria en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;, en cumplimiento del art. 20.8 de la Ley General de Subvenciones. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;8.3. El órgano instructor del procedimiento es el área de deportes del Consell Insular de Formentera, que debe llevar a cabo las actuaciones necesarias para la determinación, el conocimiento y la comprobación de los datos en virtud de las cuales debe dictarse resolución, en el marco del artículo 16 decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de septiembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;8.4. Todas las solicitudes presentadas dentro del plazo establecido en la convocatoria se someterán al examen del instructor/a del expediente, o de la comisión evaluadora si es obligatoria su constitución o se aprueba su constitución en la convocatoria correspondiente. Una vez examinadas las solicitudes por el instructor/a o la comisión evaluadora correspondiente, y después de que ésta haya emitido su informe, el consejero ejecutivo jefe del departamento elevará la correspondiente propuesta de resolución al órgano competente, que en este caso es la Comisión de Gobierno del Consell Insular de Formentera que dictará resolución sobre la concesión o denegación de las ayudas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;8.5. La resolución del expediente de otorgamiento de las subvenciones debe ser expresa y motivada y debe fijar, con carácter definitivo, la cuantía específica de cada una de las subvenciones concedidas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;8.6. El plazo máximo para dictar y notificar la resolución expresa de concesión de subvención será de seis meses contados desde el día que acabe el plazo de presentación de solicitudes. No obstante, este plazo se podrá reducir si se establece expresamente en la convocatoria de las ayudas. El silencio administrativo tendrá carácter desestimatorio. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;8.7. La resolución del expediente de concesión o denegación de las ayudas se publicará en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;, en cumplimiento del art. 20.8 del LGS y se publicará por el CIM en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears a efectos de notificación (art. 45.1b de la LPACAP) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. COMISIÓN EVALUADORA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9.1. &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La comisión evaluadora es el órgano colegiado al que corresponde, si es el caso, examinar las solicitudes presentadas y emitir el informe que debe servir de base para elaborar la propuesta de resolución que debe formular el órgano instructor competente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9.2. &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Se constituirá una Comisión Evaluadora formada por los siguientes miembros:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Presidenta: consejera de Deportes o persona en quien delegue.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Secretario/a: secretario/a del Consell Insular de Formentera o funcionario/a en quien delegue.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Vocales: técnicos del área de Deportes, letrados o funcionario/a del departamento que corresponda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;9.3. Son funciones de esta Comisión:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Examinar las solicitudes, y la documentación adjunta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Analizar y valorar las solicitudes de acuerdo con los criterios de valoración establecidos en las bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Formular informe propuesta de concesión o denegación de las subvenciones, debidamente motivado, que debe servir de base para elaborar la resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Cualquier otro que exija aplicación de estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10. IMPORTE DE LA SUBVENCIÓN Y JUSTIFICACIÓN.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Consell Insular de Formentera podrá financiar el 100% de los conceptos, de acuerdo con los criterios objetivos de valoración previstos en estas bases. En todo caso, el importe máximo por deportista individual será de &lt;strong&gt;5.000,00 €&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el caso de que la subvención no fuera otorgada en su totalidad y quedara remanente, ésta sería distribuida entre los adjudicatarios siguiendo los criterios de adjudicación establecidos. Nunca se podrá adjudicar una subvención por importe mayor al justificado por los deportistas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las subvenciones que se regulan en las presentes bases son compatibles con la percepción de otras subvenciones, ayudas, ingresos o recursos para la misma finalidad, procedentes de otras administraciones o entes públicos o privados, nacionales, de la Unión Europea o de organismos internacionales. El importe de la subvención individual en ningún caso podrá ser de tal cuantía que, aisladamente o en concurrencia con otras subvenciones, ayudas, ingresos o recursos, supere el coste de la actividad subvencionada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El pago de la subvención se realizará mediante transferencia bancaria, con previa justificación, por el beneficiario, de la realización de la actividad para la que se concedió en los términos establecidos en las presentes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Teniendo en cuenta que se trata de una convocatoria en la que las solicitudes se presentan una vez realizada la actividad, la justificación de los gastos debe hacerse en el momento de presentación de la solicitud de subvención, mediante la &lt;em&gt;Cuenta Justificativa Simplificada&lt;/em&gt; (Anexo III) de gastos subvencionables, es decir, vinculadas a la actividad deportiva llevada a cabo: material, desplazamientos, alojamientos, preparación física, fisioterapia y recuperación, otros . . .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las facturas o documentos acreditativos del gasto efectuado pueden ser requeridos por el Área de deportes del Consell Insular de Formentera en cualquier momento, como mínimo, por el importe de la subvención concedida, que deberán reunir los requisitos regulados en el RD 1496/2003 de noviembre, por el que se regula el Reglamento por el que se regulan las obligaciones de facturar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11. RÉGIMEN JURÍDICO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Esta convocatoria se rige por estas bases y, en lo que no esté previsto en ella, por el Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones de las Illes Balears, la Ley estatal 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, el Real Decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio,&amp;nbsp; por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley 38/2003, y la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, en todo aquello que sea de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En el marco de lo previsto en el artículo 39.7 del Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, la justificación de estas ayudas se produce por reunir los requisitos para ser beneficiario de las mismas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12. RESOLUCIÓN Y PUBLICIDAD&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Con fundamento en el informe propuesta de la Comisión Evaluadora que debe llevar a cabo las actuaciones necesarias para la determinación, el conocimiento y la comprobación de los datos en virtud de las cuales debe dictarse resolución, en el marco del artículo 16 del Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones,&amp;nbsp; corresponde a la Comisión de Gobierno del Consell Insular de Formentera, como órgano competente, el acuerdo de concesión y denegación de las ayudas, que expresará la lista de personas beneficiarias propuestas para el otorgamiento de subvención y su cuantía, así como de las solicitudes excluidas, con indicación de la causa de exclusión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La resolución de las ayudas de deportes se hará pública en el tablón de anuncios de la corporación, según establece la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y de conformidad con el art. 34.2.c&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;del Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La notificación de los actos de tramitación y de los acuerdos resolutorios de estas ayudas, de acuerdo con los artículos 40, 41 y 45 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, debe hacerse mediante la exposición de listas en los tablones de anuncios físicos del Consell Insular de Formentera &lt;/span&gt;y en la web&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt; www.consellinsulardeformentera.cat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;, en el apartado "Tablón de anuncios", adoptando medidas de no identificación por terceros con preservación de los derechos protegidos en el artículo 18, puntos 1 y 4 de la Constitución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Con carácter complementario, también se publicarán las notificaciones mediante los procedimientos electrónicos habilitados de que disponga el Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Debe darse publicidad de la información a que se refiere el artículo 15 de la Ley 19/2013, de 9 de diciembre, de transparencia, en la web del Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13. RECURSOS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El acuerdo de concesión de las ayudas agota la vía administrativa, y ante el mismo puede interponerse, o bien, recurso potestativo de reposición ante el mismo órgano que la ha dictado, es decir, ante la Comisión de Gobierno del Consell Insular de Formentera, en el plazo de un mes desde la notificación, o bien, recurso contencioso-administrativo ante los juzgados de lo contencioso-administrativo de Palma (Mallorca), en el plazo de dos meses de la notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;14. VERIFICACIÓN Y CONTROL&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las personas beneficiarias de las ayudas quedarán sometidas al régimen de obligaciones, intervenciones y sanciones establecidos en el Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones, la Ley estatal 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, el Real Decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio, por el que se aprueba el reglamento de la Ley 38/2003, y otra normativa que esté de aplicació&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; &lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;a) Someterse a las actuaciones de comprobación de la entidad que concede la ayuda y las de control financiero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;b) Acreditar la realización de la actividad en el Consell Insular de Formentera, así como el cumplimiento de los requisitos y condiciones que determinen la concesión de la ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Cualquier alteración de las condiciones tenidas en cuenta para conceder la ayuda podrá dar lugar a la modificación del acuerdo de la concesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El incumplimiento de estas obligaciones por parte de las personas beneficiarias, o la alteración sustancial de las condiciones determinantes del otorgamiento de la ayuda o la concurrencia de las causas de reintegro previstas en el artículo 11 del Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, del artículo37 de la Ley 38/2003, podrá dar lugar al reintegro de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;15. CAUSAS DE REINTEGRO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Se revocará la ayuda y se deberá reintegrar total o parcialmente el importe recibido por las personas beneficiarias y, si procede, el interés de demora, en los siguientes casos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;a) El incumplimiento de la finalidad para la que se conceda la ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;b) La obtención de la ayuda sin que se cumplan las condiciones requeridas o cuando se alteren las condiciones tenidas en cuenta para concederla, siempre que sea por causas imputables a la entidad beneficiaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;c) La negativa a someterse a las actuaciones de control previstas o la obstrucción injustificada de estas actuaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Para el reintegro deben aplicarse los procedimientos previstos al efecto en la legislación de finanzas, en los que debe garantizarse la audiencia a las entidades interesadas. Las cantidades reintegrables tienen la consideración de ingresos de derecho público y pueden ser exigidas por la vía de apremio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El incumplimiento de la obligación de justificar la finalidad de ayuda económica recibida en la forma y los plazos establecidos supondrá, además del citado reintegro, la imposibilidad de participar en próximas convocatorias de ayudas mientras no se haga la devolución del importe reclamado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;16. LEY ORGÁNICA 3/2018, DE 5 DE DICIEMBRE, DE PROTECCIÓN DE DATOS DE CARÁCTER PERSONAL Y DE GARANTÍA DE LOS DERECHOS DIGITALES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los datos de carácter personal que las personas interesadas deben facilitar para obtener la ayuda se incluyen en un fichero del departamento de Deportes del Consell Insular de Formentera. La finalidad del fichero es la gestión de las solicitudes de ayudas y prestaciones en materia de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;De acuerdo con la Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de protección de datos personales y garantía de los derechos digitales, y el Reglamento UE 2016/679, de 27 de abril, de protección de datos, los datos personales de las personas solicitantes serán tratados con la finalidad de gestionar y tramitar la correspondiente convocatoria, de acuerdo con los principios de seguridad y confidencialidad que la normativa establece. Las personas interesadas pueden ejercer los derechos de acceso, de rectificación, de cancelación y de oposición, en relación con sus datos personales. 	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Estar culpable la persona física, los administradores de las sociedades mercantiles o aquellos que ostenten la representación legal de otras personas jurídicas, en alguno de los supuestos de la Ley 12/1995, de 11 mayo, de Incompatibilidades de los Miembros del Gobierno de la Nación y de los Altos Cargos de la Administración General del Estado, de la Ley 53/1984, de 26 de diciembre,&amp;nbsp; de Incompatibilidades del Personal al Servicio de las Administraciones Públicas, o tratarse de cualquiera de los cargos electos regulados en la Ley Orgánica 5/1985, de 19 de junio, del Régimen Electoral General, en los términos establecidos en la misma o en la normativa de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tener la residencia fiscal en un país o territorio calificado reglamentariamente como paraíso fiscal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Haber sido sancionado mediante resolución firme con la pérdida de la posibilidad de obtener subvenciones. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;No encontrarse al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias (Estado, Comunidad Autónoma y Consell Insular de Formentera) o con la Seguridad Social en el momento de presentación de esta solicitud. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;No encontrarse al corriente de pago de obligaciones por reintegro de subvenciones anteriormente concedidas o no haber justificado debidamente las mismas, en ambos casos, según resolución del órgano municipal competente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;No haber presentado la justificación de otras subvenciones concedidas por este Consell en la fecha de presentación de esta solicitud. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Que la asociación destinará el importe de la subvención concedida a la finalidad establecida en el proyecto por el que se otorga la subvención del año 2022 y que las facturas, justificadas corresponderán a gastos efectivamente realizados y derivados de la finalidad para la que será concedida la subvención, que serán asumidas como propias y no serán presentadas ante otras entidades públicas o privadas como justificantes de ayudas concedidas para las mismas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
