    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;De acuerdo con el edicto publicado en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB) núm. núm. 163 de 25 de noviembre de 2021, en relación al acuerdo adoptado por el Pleno del Ajuntament de Son Servera, en sesión ordinaria de 18 de noviembre de 2021, por el que se aprobó inicialmente la designación de los miembros del Pleno del Consejo Escolar Municipal de Son Servera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;De conformidad con lo previsto en los artículos 22.2.d), 49, y 70.2, de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril de Bases de Régimen Local, y habiendo transcurrido el plazo de exposición al público sin que se hayan presentado ninguna alegación ni reclamación en relación a la designación de los miembros del Pleno del Consejo Escolar Municipal de Son Servera, por lo que queda aprobada definitivamente, y por este motivo, se publica el texto íntegro del acuerdo, que es el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;Primero.&lt;/strong&gt; Designar a los miembros que deben constituir el Pleno del Consejo Escolar Municipal de Son Servera que a continuación se transcribe: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;“a. Presidenta: Natalia Troya Isern, alcaldesa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b. Vicepresidenta: Maria Teodora Moreno Gómez, concejala de Educación, Igualdad y LGTBI.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar el presente acuerdo en el tablón de edictos de esta corporación y en el BOIB, para que, en un plazo de treinta días, los vecinos y las personas legítimamente interesadas puedan examinar el expediente y formular reclamaciones, objeciones u observaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.&lt;/strong&gt; Conceder audiencia previa a las asociaciones vecinales y de defensa de las personas consumidoras y usuarias establecidas en el ámbito territorial del municipio de Son Servera que estén inscritas en el registro municipal de asociaciones vecinales y cuyas finalidades guarden relación directa con el objeto de la disposición, por un plazo de diez días a contar a partir del siguiente al de la notificación del presente acuerdo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto.&lt;/strong&gt; En caso de presentarse reclamaciones, reparos u observaciones las resolverá el Pleno. Se entenderá aprobado definitivamente en caso de que no se hayan producido alegaciones.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
