    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Sr. Alcalde-Presidente de este Ayuntamiento, día 16 de febrero de 2022, ha dictado la siguiente resolución: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;DECRETO DE ALCALDÍA nº 2022-0162&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Visto que el 9 de septiembre de 2021, se publicó en el BOIB nº 124/2021 la convocatoria y las bases que regirán el procedimiento selectivo de una plaza de arquitecto/a, personal funcionario de carrera, para el procedimiento de concurso-oposición. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Visto que dice: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;«CONVOCATORIA DE PROCEDIMIENTO SELECTIVO PARA LA PROVISIÓN DEFINITIVA DE UNA (1) PLAZA De ARQUITECTO/A, POR TURNO LIBRE, DE PERSONAL FUNCIONARIO DE CARRERA DEL AYUNTAMIENTO DE BINISSALEM, CORRESPONDIENDO A LA OFERTA DE OCUPACIÓN PÚBLICA DEL AÑO 2018»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERA&lt;/strong&gt;.- Objeto de la convocatoria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El objeto de esta convocatoria es la provisión, por el procedimiento de CONCURSO-OPOSICIÓN, de una plaza de arquitecto/a, por consolidación y turno libre, de personal funcionario de carrera, correspondiendo a la Oferta pública de empleo del año 2018 (BOIB nº 134, de 27 de octubre de 2018)». &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, procede rectificar el error material advertido, mediante su corrección. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;RESUELVO &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Rectificar el error material advertido, &lt;strong&gt;donde dice&lt;/strong&gt;: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Oferta de Ocupación Pública del año 2018 (BOIB nº 134, de 27 de octubre de 2018)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;tiene que decir &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Oferta de Ocupación Pública del año 2020 (BOIB nº 86, de 01 de julio de 2021)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Corregir el error material&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Publicar la presente resolución en el BOIB y en la página web del ayuntamiento. Binissalem, a la fecha de la firma electrónica. El alcalde, firmado y sellado.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Lo que se hace público por general conocimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
