    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Sr. Alcalde Presidente de esta Corporación Municipal, ha adoptado el Decreto n.º 296, de 7 de febrero, de nombramiento de miembro de la Junta de Gobierno Local, que literalmente dice así:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;“Vistos los Decretos de Alcaldía n.º 1945/2021, de 31 de mayo y 2284/2021 de 30 de junio, de constitución de la Junta de Gobierno Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Atendido el escrito presentado por la Sra. Katia F.L. Rouarch de fecha 4 de febrero del actual y registro de entrada n.º 2022-E-RE-825 por el cual comunica su renuncia al cargo de Primer Teniente de Alcaldía y propone al Sr. Llorenç Suau Simó para que asuma el cargo mencionado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Dado que la Sra. Rouarch formaba parte de la Junta de Gobierno Local de este Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el ejercicio de las atribuciones que me confiere la legislación vigente &lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.-&lt;/strong&gt;Nombrar al Sr. Llorenç Suau Simó como miembro integrante de la Junta de Gobierno Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.-&lt;/strong&gt;Los miembros integrantes de la Junta de Gobierno Local de este Ayuntamiento seràn los cinco Tenientes de Alcaldía, todos los miembros de la Corporación Municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.º Teniente de Alcaldía, al Sr. Llorenç Suau Simó.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.º Teniente de Alcaldía, a la Sra. Ruth Mateu Vinent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.º Teniente de Alcaldía, a la Sra. Margarita Esteva Jofre&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.º Teniente de Alcaldía, a la Sra. Francisca Castell Tomàs&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5.º Teniente de Alcaldía, al Sr. Bartomeu Bosch Esteva&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO.-&lt;/strong&gt;Dar cuenta al Pleno del presente Decreto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO.-&lt;/strong&gt;Publicar el presente Acuerdo en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINTO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Notificar el presente Decreto a los interesados.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
