    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se hace público que el Pleno del Consell Insular de Formentera, en la sesión ordinaria del día 28 de enero de 2022, ha adoptado el acuerdo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;“3.1.1.- PRP2022/33 PROPUESTA DE ACUERDO EN EL PLENO SOBRE LA MODIFICACIÓN DE LA ORDENANZA FISCAL REGULADORA DE LA TASA DE ENTRADA DE VEHÍCULOS EN LA ISLA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ACUERDO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;PRIMERO.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;APROBAR PROVISIONALMENTE LA MODIFICACIÓN DE LA ORDENANZA FISCAL REGULADORA DE LA TASA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; para la obtención y control de la autorización para la entrada, circulación y estacionamiento de vehículos de motor en las vías públicas de la isla de Formentera durante los periodos del año de mayor afluencia turística, con el texto que se transcribe como anexo (I y II), todo esto de conformidad con los artículos 15 a 19 del Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, que regula el Texto refundido de la Ley de Haciendas Locales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;SEGUNDO.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Publicar en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears (BOIB), en el tablón de anuncios y en la página web del Consell Insular de Formentera, así como en un diario de los de mayor difusión de la isla de Formentera, edicto relativo al acuerdo de aprobación provisional de la modificación de la ordenanza fiscal, para que la ciudadanía y las personas legítimamente interesadas puedan examinar el expediente y formular reclamaciones durante el plazo de 30 días a partir de la publicación del edicto al BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;TERCERO.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Remitir copia cotejada del texto del proyecto de modificación de la ordenanza aprobada provisionalmente al Institut de la Dona de les Illes Balears en cumplimiento de lo que establece el art. 5.3 de la Ley 11/2016, de 28 de julio, de igualdad de mujeres y hombres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;CUARTO.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Solicitar informe a la Conselleria d'Hisenda i Relacions Exteriors del Govern de les Illes Balears, a los efectos oportunos atendido el fondo de la Ordenanza fiscal presente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;QUINTO.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Considerar que si en el plazo de información pública no hay reclamaciones y si el informe a la Conselleria d'Hisenda i Relacions Exteriors del Govern de les Illes Balears es favorable, se entenderá como definitivamente adoptado el acuerdo provisional, sin necesidad de un nuevo acuerdo exprés.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;SEXTO.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Considerar, en cuanto al informe del Institut de la Dona, que queda facultado el secretario de la corporación a incorporar de oficio el contenido del correspondiente informe en el texto definitivo a publicar, siempre que el informe emitido no desvirtúe el fondo del acuerdo objete de aprobación provisional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;SÉPTIMO.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Ordenar la publicación íntegra al BOIB del acuerdo correspondiente, ya sea lo provisional elevado a definitivo, ya sea lo derivado del estudio de las reclamaciones, a los efectos de entrada en vigor, todo de conformidad con el citado Texto refundido de la Ley de Haciendas Locales y también el artículo 103.2 de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de Régimen Local de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ANEXO I&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ORDENANZA FISCAL REGULADORA DE LA TASA PARA LA OBTENCIÓN Y CONTROL DE LA AUTORIZACIÓN PARA LA ENTRADA, CIRCULACIÓN Y ESTACIONAMIENTO DE VEHÍCULOS DE MOTOR EN LAS VÍAS PÚBLICAS DE LA ISLA DE FORMENTERA DURANTE LOS PERIODOS DEL AÑO DE MAYOR AFLUENCIA TURÍSTICA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El Pleno del Consell Insular de Formentera, por acuerdo de fecha 20 de diciembre de 2017 y al amparo del artículo 47.2 del Estatut d'autonomia de les Illes Balears, instó el Govern de les Illes Balears a tramitar una ley para poder implantar limitaciones de acceso a la isla y establecer un techo en el número de vehículos que circulan durante el periodo veraniego, a fin de corregir la problemática derivada de la congestión del territorio insular en los periodos del año de más afluencia de personas y vehículos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En este sentido, el Parlament de les Illes Balears, aprobó el 29 de enero de 2019, la Ley 7/2019, de 8 de febrero, para la sostenibilidad medioambiental y económica de la isla de Formentera (publicada al BOIB n.º 21, de 16 de febrero de 2019). Esta establece, en su artículo 3, que los vehículos a los cuales se permite la circulación por la isla de Formentera en el periodo de limitación que se establezca tienen que abonar previamente, si procede, la tasa correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Por este motivo, desde el Consell Insular de Formentera se convocó en dos sesiones, de fecha 11 de enero y 18 de enero de 2022, el Consell d'Entitats para presentar y validar, si fuera oportuna, la propuesta por el periodo de aplicación y el techo a aplicar en las limitaciones en cuanto a la entrada, circulación y estacionamiento para el año 2022 de los diferentes tipos de vehículos. Esta propuesta incluía también la tasa a abonar y las bonificaciones y exenciones por los diferentes tipos de usuarios a los que se permita la circulación por la isla de Formentera en el periodo de limitación establecido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Vista la necesidad de aprobar la modificación de la correspondiente tasa, una vez se aprobara el acuerdo del punto anterior, por providencia del conseller de Mobilitat i Territori, con fecha 19 de enero de 2022, se ordenó iniciar los trámites oportunos para modificar la ordenanza fiscal reguladora de la tasa para la obtención y control de la autorización para la entrada, circulación y estacionamiento de vehículos de motor en las vías públicas de la isla de Formentera durante los periodos del año de mayor afluencia turística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Vistos los artículos 15 a 19 del Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el cual se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, los artículos 22.2.d, 47.1 y 107 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Vistos los artículos 107 y siguientes, los cuales hacen referencia al procedimiento de aprobación de normas, del Reglamento orgánico del Consell Insular de Formentera, aprobado por el Pleno, en fecha 31/03/2010, y publicado al BOIB número 61 de 22/04/2010.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Viste el informe económico del tesorero de la corporación, de fecha 20 de enero de 2022, así como el correspondiente informe de servicios jurídicos, de fecha 20 de enero de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Visto que la aprobación de esta ordenanza fiscal está prevista en el Pla normatiu vigente para el resto de mandato, en los próximos años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se aprueba esta modificación de la ordenanza fiscal y se transcribe el texto entero para mayor seguridad jurídica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 1&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Fundamento y naturaleza&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;En uso de las facultades concedidas por los artículos 133.2 y 142 de la Constitución y por el artículo 106 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local y con arreglo al que disponen los artículos 15 a 19 del Texto refundido de la Ley reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, aprobado por el Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo y la Ley 7/2019, de 8 de febrero, para la sostenibilidad medioambiental y económica de la isla de Formentera, este Consell establece la tasa para la obtención y control de la autorización para la entrada, circulación y estacionamiento de vehículos de motor a las vías públicas de la isla de Formentera durante los periodos del año de mayor afluencia turística, que se regirá por la presente ordenanza fiscal, las normas de la cual atienden a lo que establece el artículo 57 del mencionado Texto refundido y normativa concordante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 2&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Hecho imponible&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;1.- Constituyen el hecho imponible de esta tasa:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a. La actividad administrativa con motivo de la expedición por parte del Consell Insular de Formentera de toda clase de documentos que habiliten para la entrada, la circulación y el estacionamiento de vehículos de motor a las vías de la isla de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;b. El control de la acreditación para la entrada, la circulación y el estacionamiento en vías públicas de la isla de Formentera de los vehículos de motor durante el periodo de limitación que establezca el Pleno del Consell Insular de Formentera, de conformidad con la LSMEIF.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 3&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;No sujeción&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;No están sujetas a la tasa presente los siguientes vehículos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Vehículos al servicio de personas con movilidad reducida, acreditados debidamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Vehículos oficiales y de servicio público, incluidos en todo caso los de las fuerzas y cuerpos de seguridad, extinción de incendios, ambulancias y vehículos del sistema sanitario, coches fúnebres, protección civil, transporte público y escolar, taxis, residuos y limpieza pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Vehículos de transporte de bienes y mercancías, así como de distribución comercial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tractores, excavadoras y vehículos similares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La documentación a presentar para no estar sujeto a la tasa va anexada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 4&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Sujeto pasivo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Son sujetos pasivos de la tasa las personas titulares (propietario/a, primero/a conductor/a o segundo/a conductor/a; o, si fuera el caso, poseedor/a legal) de vehículos de motor que soliciten la autorización o acreditación que permita la entrada, la circulación y el estacionamiento en vía pública durante el periodo de limitación establecido en las medidas aprobadas por el Consell Insular de Formentera para la aplicación de la LSMEIF.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Artículo 5&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Importe de la tasa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Se bonificará la tasa al 50% a los siguientes vehículos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Vehículos híbridos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se bonificará la tasa al 100% a los siguientes vehículos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Vehículos de los cuales sean titulares personas físicas o jurídicas con residencia en Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Vehículos de los cuales sean titulares personas físicas no residentes en la isla que sean propietarias de una vivienda en Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Vehículos de los cuales sean titulares personas residentes en la isla de Ibiza que acrediten la necesidad habitual de desplazarse a Formentera por razones laborales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Vehículos de los cuales sean titulares personas no residentes en Formentera que estén temporalmente fuera de la Isla y acrediten la necesidad de desplazarse por circunstancias familiares graves.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Vehículos de alquiler que estén autorizados a circular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Vehículos destinados al uso particular para personas residentes en la isla de Ibiza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Vehículos destinados al uso particular para personas residentes en las islas de Mallorca o Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Vehículos eléctricos o de cero emisiones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Vehículos de servicios de interés público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Vehículos históricos asociados a clubes de vehículos clásicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Vehículos destinados al uso particular de personas no residentes en Formentera que dispongan de un contrato de trabajo en Formentera. La bonificación se aplicará durante la vigencia del contrato laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La documentación para acogerse a las bonificaciones va anexada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Disposición final&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La presente ordenanza fiscal, una vez aprobada definitivamente, ya sea por acuerdo específico o por elevación a definitivo del acuerdo provisional, entrará en vigor el día siguiente en su publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears en cumplimiento del artículo 103.2 de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de Régimen Local de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En consecuencia, desde el día siguiente de la publicación al BOIB del presente edicto relativo al acuerdo de aprobación inicial del establecimiento y exacción de la tasa y de aprobación provisional de la ordenanza fiscal, la ciudadanía y las personas legítimamente interesadas pueden examinar el expediente y formular reclamaciones en el área de Secretaría de la corporación, durante el plazo de 30 días.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Si en el plazo de información pública no hay reclamaciones y si el informe solicitado a la Conselleria de Hacienda y Administraciones Públicas del Gobierno de las Illes Balears es favorable, se tendrá que entender definitivamente establecida la tasa y aprobado el acuerdo provisional adoptado, sin necesidad de un nuevo acuerdo exprés.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En cuanto al informe que se solicitará en el Institut de la Dona, queda facultado el secretario de la corporación a incorporar de oficio el contenido del correspondiente informe en el texto definitivo a publicar, siempre que el informe emitido no desvirtúe el fondo del acuerdo objeto de aprobación provisional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Finalmente, se publicará íntegramente al BOIB el acuerdo correspondiente, ya sea lo provisional elevado en definitivo, ya sea lo derivado del estudio de las reclamaciones, a los efectos de entrada en vigor, todo en conformidad con el Texto refundido de la Ley de Haciendas Locales y también el artículo 103.2 de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de Régimen Local de las Illes Balears”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
