font-size:12px">Visto el Dictamiento del Consejo Consultivo de las Islas Baleares de día 17 de diciembre de 2021 (2021-E-RC-2725 ) desestimando la declaración de nulidad del acto administrativo de concesión de certificado final de obra ( licencia de ocupación o de primera utilización) de día 28 de marzo de 2003 del inmueble situado en Avenida Son Marget número 28.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Visto los antecedentes PROPONGO al Ayuntamiento pleno la adopción del presente ACUERDO:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Primero.-</strong> Desestimar la declaración de nulidad del acto administrativo de concesión de certificado final de obra (licencia de ocupación o de primera utilización) de día 28 de marzo de 2003 del inmueble situado en Avenida Son Marget número 28.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Segundo.-</strong> Notificar a los interesados ​​la desestimación de la declaración de nulidad del acto administrativo y dar publicidad a este Acuerdo en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.”</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Le notifico para su conocimiento y efectos procedentes.
