Margalida Roser Riera Llull, la cual se transcribe a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;“DECRETO DE ALCALDIA DE CESE DE MARGALIDA ROSER RIERA LLULL.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVE&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Disponer el cese de la funcionaria eventual Margalida Roser Riera Llull por concurrir una de las causas legalmente previstas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO&lt;/strong&gt;.- El cese y sus efectos jurídicos serán efectivos desde el día 26 de enero de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Notificar la presente resolución a la interesada citándola para la firma del acta de cese.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Comunicar la presente Resolución al servicio de personal para que realicen las anotaciones y trámites pertinentes así como a la Intervención a los efectos oportunos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINTO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Publicar la presente resolución mediante la inserción del correspondiente anuncio en el Boletín Oficial de la Provincia.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Lo que hacemos público a los efectos oportunos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
