&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; El 14 de enero de 2022, tuvo entra&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;da en la Dirección General del Tesoro, Política Financiera y Patrimonio un oficio de la secretaria general de la Consejería de Fondos Europeos, Universidad y Cultura&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;por el que solicita la adscripción del vehículo&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;mencionado ya que actualmente es empleado por el personal del Archivo del Gobierno de las Illes Balears, que depende de esta Consejería.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;3. En fecha 17 de enero de 2022, el Servicio de Patrimonio emitió un informe favorable sobre el expediente de referencia (CSV: https://vd.caib.es/1642424023604-383434207-8310961168787194895).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;1. Los artículos 24 y 88 c de la Ley 6/2001, de 11 de abril, del patrimonio de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears (&lt;em&gt;BOIB núm. 49, de 24 de abril&lt;/em&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;2. Los artículos 28, 29, 154 y 156 del Decreto 127/2005, de 16 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de desarrollo de la Ley 6/2001, de 11 de abril, del patrimonio de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears (&lt;em&gt;BOIB núm. 192, de 24 de diciembre&lt;/em&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;3. El Decreto 8/2021, de 13 de febrero, de modificación del Decreto 9/2019, de 2 de julio, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; se determina la composición del Gobierno y se establece la estructura de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;BOIB núm. 20, de 14 de febrero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;4. El Decreto 9/2021, de 13 de febrero, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;que&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; se dispone el cese y el nombramiento de miembros del Gobierno de las Illes Balears (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;BOIB núm. 20, de 14 de febrero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;5. El Decreto 25/2021, de 8 de marzo, por el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;que&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; se modifica el Decreto 11/2021, de 15 de febrero, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;que&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;BOIB núm. 33, de 9 de marzo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#fff200"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;6&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;. El Decreto 14/2021, de 15 de marzo, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;por el que se&amp;nbsp;dispone el cese y el nombramiento&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#fff200"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; de un alto cargo de la Consejería de Hacienda y Relaciones Exteriores &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;(BOIB núm. 36, de 16 de marzo).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En virtud de las atribuciones que me confiere el artículo 88 de la Ley 6/2001, de 11 de abril, dicto la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Autorizar el cambio de adscripción del vehículo que a continuación se detalla de la Consejería de Educación y Formación Profesional a la Consejería de Fondos Europeos, Universidad y Cultura:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Activo fijo: 10000001676-0&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Notificar esta Resolución a las partes interesadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Publicar esta Resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. Anotar el contenido de esta Resolución en el Inventario General de Bienes y Derechos de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer recurso potestativo de reposición ante la directora general del Tesoro, Política Financiera y Patrimonio en el plazo de un mes a contar a partir del día siguiente de haberse notificado y publicado en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears, de acuerdo con el artículo 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;También se puede interponer directamente un recurso contencioso administrativo ante la Sala Contenciosa del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Illes Balears en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente de haberse notificado y publicado la Resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes B&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;alears, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
