    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;El apartado&amp;nbsp;9.3. de la Resolución del&amp;nbsp;Presidente del Fondo de&amp;nbsp;Garantía Agraria&amp;nbsp;y Pesquera de&amp;nbsp;las&amp;nbsp;Islas Baleares&amp;nbsp;(FOGAIBA) de 10 de setiembre de 2015 por la&amp;nbsp;que se convocan, subvenciones&amp;nbsp;para la Creación de empresas de Jóvenes agricultores, correspondientes a los años 2015-2019, &amp;nbsp;especifica&amp;nbsp;que la resolución&amp;nbsp;expresa&amp;nbsp;se notificará&amp;nbsp;a&amp;nbsp;los interesados mediante&amp;nbsp;su publicación en el&amp;nbsp;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;de acuerdo con los&amp;nbsp;términos&amp;nbsp;previstos en el artículo&amp;nbsp;45.2&amp;nbsp;de la Ley&amp;nbsp;39/2015, de 1&amp;nbsp;de octubre, del&amp;nbsp;procedimiento administrativo común de&amp;nbsp;las&amp;nbsp;administraciones públicas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;Los expedientes&amp;nbsp;han sido&amp;nbsp;tramitados&amp;nbsp;por el Fondo&amp;nbsp;de Garantía Agraria&amp;nbsp;y Pesquera de&amp;nbsp;las&amp;nbsp;Islas Baleares&amp;nbsp;(FOGAIBA) en cumplimiento de lo&amp;nbsp;dispuesto en el artículo&amp;nbsp;43&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;la Ley&amp;nbsp;39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las&amp;nbsp;administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;El vicepresidente&amp;nbsp;en Materia Agraria del FOGAIBA, con fecha 26&amp;nbsp;de enero&amp;nbsp;de 2022, firmó la siguiente resolución, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;2. De conformidad con el apartado sexto &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;de la citada Resoluci&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;ó&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;n, el plazo para presentar las solicitudes finaliz&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;ó&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;el d&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;í&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;a 30 de no&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;viembre&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;de 202&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;1.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;3. Los ó&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;rganos gestores del Servicio de Ayudas al Desarrollo Rural han llevado a cabo el control administrativo de las solicitudes y de la documentaci&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;ón aportada de acuerdo con las normas reguladoras de esta ayuda.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;4. Con fecha 20 de diciembre de 2021 &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;se comunicó las deficiencias detectadas en la revisión del expediente indicado en el anexo de esta resolución.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;5. Pasados los diez días hábiles desde estas notificaciones&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;,&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;el interesado indicado en el anexo no ha presentado la documentación que carecía y por tanto &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;se procede a desistir su solicitud.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;1.Resolución del Presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) por la que se convocan, para los años 2015 a 2019, subvenciones para la creación de empresas de jóvenes agricultores.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;2. Orden del Consejero de Agricultura, Medio Ambiente y Territorio de 19 de febrero de 2015, por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras para la concesió&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;n de subvenciones en el marco del&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;em&gt;Programa de Desarrollo Rural de las Islas Baleares 2014-2020 .&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;3. Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Propuesta de Resolución de desistimiento&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Por todo ello, se informa favorablemente del desistimiento &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;y&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;se &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;propon&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;e&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;al vicepresidente &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;en Materia Agraria del FOGAIBA que dicte una resolución en los siguientes términos:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;1.Dar por desistida la solicitud de la línea de ayudas “C&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;reación de empresas de jóvenes agricultores ", presentada por el interesado relacionada en el Anexo, que es &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;un total de 1 expediente que empieza con BARTOLOMÉ MUNTANER RIUTORT &amp;nbsp;y termina con BARTOLOMÉ MUNTANER RIUTORT, al no haber presentado la documentación que faltava en su expediente.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;2. Declarar concluido el procedimiento y proceder al archivo de&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;l&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;os &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;expedientes relacionados en el Anexo.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;3. Notif&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;icar &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;esta &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;resolución &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;mediante la publicación en el &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
