2022-02-03 ![CDATA[Modificación del Decreto núm. 2019-0902 de fecha 27 de junio 2019, referente a la delegación de áreas de gestión del Ayuntamiento de Son Servera]] 2022-01-31 ![CDATA[<p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La Alcaldía del Ajuntament de Son Servera (Illes Balears), ha resuelto mediante el Decreto núm. 2022-0004 de 5 de enero de 2022, lo siguiente:</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">“<strong>Resolución de la Alcaldía del Ajuntament de Son Servera (Illes Balears)</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Visto el Decreto de Alcaldía núm. 2019-0902 de fecha 27 de junio 2019, relativo a la delegación de áreas de gestión del Ajuntament de Son Servera.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Visto el Decreto de Alcaldía núm. 2020-0276 de fecha 25 de febrero de 2020 por la que se modifica el Decreto de la Alcaldía núm. 2019-0902 de fecha 27 de junio 2019, relativo a la designación como concejal responsable del área municipal de Cultura, Juventud y Normalización Lingüística en Fa Fang Dong Hu.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Visto el Decreto de Alcaldía núm. 2021-0873 de fecha 17 de junio de 2021 por la que se modifica el Decreto de la Alcaldía núm. 2019-0902 de fecha 27 de junio 2019, relativo a la delegación del área municipal de Deportes en la concejala María Remedios Cañadas García.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Visto el Decreto de Alcaldía núm. 2021-0918 de fecha 25 de junio de 2021 por la que se modifica el Decreto de la Alcaldía núm. 2019-0902 de fecha 27 de junio de 2019, relativo a la designación como concejal responsable del área municipal de Participación Ciudadana, Patrimonio, Mercado y Comercio a José Luis Ruiz García.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Visto el acuerdo de Pleno de 5 de noviembre de 2021, relativo a la aprobación de la renuncia como concejala municipal de Margalida Vives Andreu.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Visto el Decreto de Alcaldía núm. 2021-1880 de fecha 13 de diciembre de 2021 por la que se modifica el Decreto de la Alcaldía núm. 2019-0902 de fecha 27 de junio 2019, relativo a la designación como concejal responsable del área municipal de Fiestas en Fa Fang Dong Hu y el área municipal de Ferias a José Luis Ruiz García.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Visto el acuerdo del Pleno de la Corporación adoptado en la sesión extraordinaria y urgente de 22 de diciembre de 2021, relativo al nombramiento y toma de posesión de José Miguel Servera Leno como concejal de este Ayuntamiento.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">En virtud de las atribuciones que me confieren los artículos 43.3 y siguientes, en relación con los artículos 114 y siguientes, todos ellos del RD 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, mediante el cual se aprueba el Reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las entidades locales, y de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 21.3, de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases del régimen local.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>RESUELVO</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Primero</strong>. - Modificar el punto primero del Decreto de Alcaldía núm. 2019-0902 de fecha 27 de junio 2019, en el sentido de delegar el área municipal de Cuentas y Hacienda, y Turismo en el concejal José Miguel Servera Leno.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Por lo que, una vez refundidas las modificaciones, las áreas delegadas y los correspondientes delegados son:</span></p> <ul> <li> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Área municipal de Cuentas y Hacienda, y Turismo.
