En consecuencia, queda aprobada de forma definitiva y a continuación se publica el texto íntegro de la misma.</span></p> <p style="text-align:center"> </p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><strong><span style="line-height:120%">ORDENANZA REGULADORA DEL PRECIO PÚBLICO POR LA PRESTACIÓN DEL SERVICIO DE LAS ESCUELAS INFANTILES MUNICIPALES</span></strong></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><strong><span style="line-height:120%">ARTÍCULO 1</span></strong></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><strong><span style="line-height:120%">Concepto</span></strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="line-height:120%">Conforme a lo dispuesto en el artículo 127, en relación con el artículo 41, ambos del R. D. 2/2004, de 5 marzo, por el que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, el Ayuntamiento establece el precio público por la prestación del servicio de las escuelas infantiles municipales.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><strong><span style="line-height:120%">ARTÍCULO 2</span></strong></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><strong><span style="line-height:120%">Obligados al pago</span></strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="line-height:120%">Estarán obligadas al pago del precio público regulado en la presente ordenanza las personas solicitantes de las prestaciones de este servicio o, en su defecto, los padres y tutores del alumno beneficiado.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><strong><span style="line-height:120%">ARTÍCULO 3</span></strong></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><strong><span style="line-height:120%">Cuantía</span></strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="line-height:120%">La cuantía del precio público regulado en esta ordenanza será el establecido en las tarifas contenidas en el anexo de esta ordenanza.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><strong><span style="line-height:120%">ARTÍCULO 4</span></strong></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><strong><span style="line-height:120%">Normas de gestión</span></strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="line-height:120%">1. El precio público se considerará meritado simultáneamente a la prestación del servicio y el contratista confeccionará por mensualidades vencidas los recibos, que serán entregados a la Tesorería del Ayuntamiento o empresa concesionaria para que este los pase al cobro.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="line-height:120%">2. El pago del recibo mensual se realizará mediante el sistema de domiciliación a entidades de crédito y de ahorro que el Ayuntamiento o empresa concesionaria designó como colaboradores, conforme a las condiciones siguientes:</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="line-height:120%">Las personas obligadas al pago presentarán al encargado de la guardería municipal los escritos de domiciliación según modelo oficial, que a su vez se presentarán a la Tesorería municipal, en los que deberán especificar sus datos de identificación personal, número de cuenta y establecimiento, y concepto que desea domiciliarse.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="line-height:120%">Las domiciliaciones de pago tendrán validez por tiempo indefinido, mientras no sean anuladas por el interesado o rechazadas por el establecimiento donde tengan que presentarse los instrumentos de cobro.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="line-height:120%">3. Un retraso en el pago de más de dos mensualidades sin motivo justificado significará la baja del niño en el centro, lo cual el Ayuntamiento deberá comunicar por escrito con 15 días de antelación.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="line-height:120%">4. Para mantener la reserva de plaza aunque el niño no utilice el servicio durante un mes completo, éste se abonará íntegramente. El inicio del abono de la cuota será a partir de la fecha de ingreso informada en el momento de realizar la preinscripción.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><strong><span style="line-height:120%">ARTÍCULO 5</span></strong></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><strong><span style="line-height:120%">Bonificaciones</span></strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="line-height:120%">1. Se establece una bonificación en el conjunto de las tarifas para los niños que presenten algún tipo de minusvalía y según el porcentaje de ésta, acreditada presentando previamente el certificado del órgano competente de la Comunidad Autónoma:</span></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="line-height:120%">Porcentaje de minusvalía del 33% al 65%: 20% de descuento.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="line-height:120%">Porcentaje de minusvalía del 65% al 75%: 30% de descuento.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="line-height:120%">Porcentaje de minusvalía del 75% o superior: 50% de descuento.</span></span></span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="line-height:120%">2. Asimismo, se aplicarán las bonificaciones siguientes:</span></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Miembros de familias numerosas (3 hermanos o más): 20%</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Si asisten a la guardería dos miembros de la misma familia (1º grado): 10%</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Si asisten a la guardería tres miembros de la misma familia (1º grado): 15%</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
