&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;“Decreto de Alcaldía n.º 2022-0069&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;RESOLUCIÓN DE ALCALDÍA DE CONCESIÓN DE TRÁMITE DE AUDIENCIA CON MOTIVO DE LA INTERPOSICIÓN DE RECURSO DE ALZADA CONTRA LOS RESULTADOS DEFINITIVOS DEL PROCESO DE SELECCIÓN DE UNA PLAZA DE ADMINISTRATIVO, FUNCIONARIO DE CARRERA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;1. El día 23 de diciembre de 2021 (Registro de entrada 2021-E-RC-5357) se interpuso recurso de alzada contra los resultados definitivos del proceso de selección de una plaza de administrativo, funcionario de carrera. La convocatoria y las bases se publicaron al Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, de 16 de marzo de 2021, n.º 36&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;2. Visto el informe del técnico de administración general de esta Corporación de día 18 de enero de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Por lo expuesto,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;PRIMERO.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt; - Otorgar audiencia a todas las personas interesadas, para que, si lo consideran oportuno, en el plazo de diez días hábiles a contar desde el día siguiente a la fecha de publicación del presente anuncio al Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, puedan alegar cuando estimen procedente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;SEGUNDO.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt; - Suspender el proceso convocado el día 16 de marzo de 2021, de selección de una plaza de administrativo de carrera, en tanto no sea resuelto el recurso presentado el día 23 de diciembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;TERCERO.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt; - Publicar el presente decreto en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, y permitir el acceso del expediente a las personas interesadas. Binissalem, a la fecha de la firma electrónica. El alcalde, firmado y sellado.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
